Chapter 53 Li Xiaoyi's Battle
As Li Xiaoyi ran a few steps forward, he saw that the isolation walls on all four sides were about to fall down. If he were trapped here, it would be fatal. So he rushed forward a few more steps and finally rolled into the corridor opposite room 40.

The structure of this corridor is symmetrical to that of area 40, and Li Xiaoyi saw that there was another room at the end of the corridor.

Just as he turned his gaze back to the nearby object with a heart full of doubt, Li Xiaoyi suddenly felt a chill run through his body, as if he had fallen into an ice cave.

There was a vent on the top of the door to room 38, or rather, the cold storage room, and at that moment, a dark figure poked its head out of the vent.

"Damn it!" Li Xiaoyi's right hand trembled, and he almost dropped his natal greatsword. The greatsword only weighed one-tenth of its weight in the hands of its natal user, but in his panic, he felt as if he and the greatsword were falling to the ground.

Why are there cat aliens here? And how many of them are there, damn it?

Then a sharp pain shot through his abdomen. He looked down and saw a hole in his bulletproof vest, blood seeping out. Li Xiaoyi wasn't sure if his internal organs were injured. He stared blankly at the bloody hole when another gust of wind rushed towards him. He only had time to roll away, barely dodging a claw powerful enough to tear his face off. But it was too late to get up again. Li Xiaoyi could only roll once more to escape the cat-like alien's pursuit.

However, this move can only be used once more, as the Xenomorph has an extremely strong hunting instinct... Although Xenomorphs that parasitize other mammals are not as intelligent as those that parasitize humans, the difference is not significant in this situation.

So Li Xiaoyi made the best decision in this horror movie. He pushed himself up with his left hand and suddenly flipped himself up. In an instant, his whole body burst out with a terrifying aura, forcing the cat alien to take a step back. It was clearly the threatening aura that made it wary.

The cat-like alien paced back and forth. This monster, at least 1.7 meters long, moved with an elegant cat-like gait, yet it also exuded a chilling eeriness. It turned its head toward Li Xiaoyi, then flicked out its tongue, snatched the eyeball, and swallowed it whole.

Li Xiaoyi felt a chill run through his body and his blood rush to his head, as if it were about to spill out of his right eye socket. Fear made him roar. Seeing the cat-like alien closing in, he knew he had no way to escape. He roared and swung his sword to meet it.

In another clash, his right arm was stabbed, but thanks to the buff from the intensified demonic energy, this time it did not cause a penetrating wound.

"I don't want to die!!!" Li Xiaoyi roared, all his reason and thoughts leaving him, so much so that he didn't realize his mind was blank and his only remaining eye was also glazed over. He quickly clashed with the cat alien twice, adding to his wounds, but also managing to injure the cat alien.

Just then, another voice rang out from the barrier in front of him. Li Xiaoyi forced back the cat-like alien and looked warily in that direction. At that moment, his left eye was blank, while his right eye had vanished, leaving only a bloodshot eye socket, a truly gruesome sight. But the newcomer seemed unmoved…

Another hunched-over dark figure, dragging its wounded body, crawled through the isolation wall. Its blood, thick with its own acid, flowed from its body, which was the secret to its ability to pass through the isolation gate.

This is the cat alien that was just thrown away by the Ring of Resistance and then locked between four isolation doors.

Now, it has come looking for Li Xiaoyi.

The Alien arc is almost over, and everyone's been eagerly anticipating Lee's moment of glory (and it truly is!). Today's two chapters mainly feature action scenes, so I hope you enjoy the battles.
