Chapter 118: Ahriman's Wrath

Chapter 118: Ahriman's Wrath

When you first log into the game,

Jujiro always likes to shout about punching Ahriman and kicking Magnus, becoming the strongest psyker in the galaxy.

But despite his boasting, Jujiro still has a clear understanding of his own strength.

Even if ten of him were tied together, they would still be no match for Ahriman.

So when Ahriman appeared, his first reaction was fear, and he quickly called his teammates on the player area channel, preparing for a righteous group fight.

Azek Ahriman was born in the Middle East region of Terra during the Unification Wars and was a descendant of the powerful nobles of the Achaemenid Empire at that time.

Fearing the Emperor's power, the Achaemenid king wisely chose to ally with the Emperor.

When Ahriman grew up, he happened to catch up with the Great Crusade and signed up for the army with his twin brother Ormazd.

He happened to be selected into the 15th Legion - the Thousand Sons, and became a Space Marine.

With his personal charm, Ormazd was quickly promoted to a respected company commander.

Unfortunately, he passed away not long after due to the genetic instability of the Thousand Sons Legion.

This incident traumatized Ahriman greatly and made him vow to find a way to rid the Thousand Sons of their mutations.

Since then, Ahriman worked hard to become the First Captain of the Thousand Sons Legion and the chief think tank of the Black Crow School.

After the failed Siege of Terra, Ahriman and the other traitors fled from the Imperium and hid in the Eye of Terror.

In the Eye of Terror, he studied the subspace knowledge more diligently.
Not only did he study the scarlet letter spell to help the legion escape the fate of mutation, he also tried to become a god. It can be said that he is very ambitious.

"Traitor." Jujiro pointed his scepter at the other man. "How dare you appear before me?"

"You have been deceived too deeply by the Corpse King, my brother." The voice was very calm. "Join us, and you will see the truth."

"I never waste my breath on heretics." Jujiro raised his scepter, pointed it at the merchant in the distance, and ordered the soldiers beside him, "Capture him."

The accompanying squad of soldiers pointed their guns at the businessman without any hesitation.

"It was a very stupid decision."

The businessman stretched out his hand, and the space twisted, revealing a crack emitting a paradoxical light.

Several Thousand Sons wizards and Rubric Warriors walked out of the rift.
They wear power armor with a red base and silver trim, and carry psionic staffs or bolters.

Open fire!
The captain of the action team gave the order decisively.

The soldiers pulled the trigger, and the Gauss rifles and shoulder-mounted machine guns in their hands fired at the same time.
Dense bullets flew towards the enemy like raindrops, forming a deadly barrage.

However, as a surge of psychic power spread, the bullet stopped in mid-air.

boom! boom! boom!
The red soldier with the bolter opened fire.

The explosive shells roared, tearing through the soldiers' armor and shredding their fragile flesh.

Those wizards also cast psychic spells, releasing thunder, lightning or summoning demons.

A pack of hounds emitting black smoke and flowing magma emerged from the warp into the world, tearing at the ignorant mortals.

Violent flames and lightning appeared out of nowhere, blowing away or burning the soldiers wearing exoskeletons to ashes.

It was a massacre, and ordinary soldiers were powerless to fight against these bastard traitors.

"Damn it!"

Jujiro cursed under his breath and joined the fight.

As he raised his hand, psychic energy surged, and fragments of subspace flowing with misty light floated around him.
He pointed his hand forward, and crystal-like fragments poured down towards the Thousand Sons Wizard like a violent storm.

Ahriman merely waved his hand,
The incoming warp fragments turned into specks of light and dissipated into the air.

"Protection from the Divine Emperor! Violent Thunder."

Jujiro released another dazzling bolt of lightning, turning the two Warp Hounds into ashes, and then rushed forward waving his psychic staff.

Although he is a psychic, he has been to the arena many times.

A red soldier tried to point his gun at Jujiro.
But he hit the wrist with a scepter, forcing the other party to give up the grenade gun.

Then another elbow hit the opponent's head, making a hollow echo.

The brutal force caused the red-letter warrior to stagger back.

Another Red Letter Warrior who tried to rush forward was hit hard on the helmet by Jujiro's scepter.
The scepter covered with the radiant force field smashed the opponent's helmet into pieces.

At this time, Ahriman took action.

A terrifying psychic shockwave struck, sending Jujiro flying and causing him to fall heavily.

"Remain calm, brother. We are not your enemies, on the contrary, we are your brothers."

The merchant revealed his true face,

It was none other than Ahriman, the great Chaos enemy of the Imperium.

He was wearing power armor that was mainly red with gold and silver accents, and in his hand was a scepter that was surging with psychic light.

Jujiro used his scepter to support himself and stood up. He took a look at the map built into the armor.

Zhan Shuai and others were desperately rushing towards him.
But it will take a few more minutes, so I have to delay.

He looked at Ahriman, "There is nothing to say, you shameless traitor who betrayed the Emperor and harmed your brothers."

Ahriman's face darkened, and anger blazed in his eyes.
The Thousand Sons wizards nearby were also shocked. This guy is really brave, daring to speak to Ahriman like that. Will Ahriman tear him to pieces?
However, Ahriman did not do that.
A Thousand Son who is pure, uncorrupted, unaffected by the backlash of the evil fire, and possesses powerful psychic powers is extremely important to the Thousand Sons Legion, to him, and to the Primarch.

It might be possible to end the Legion's long-standing curse.

He suppressed his anger and spoke calmly.

"Pure as you are, you are the key to saving the Thousand Sons."

"Come with us and meet the Primarch Father. He will be very happy." "Primarch Father? Is he the sunburned one-eyed Ogryn with amazing wisdom?" Jujiro said with contempt.

Ahriman stared at Jujiro, "He is the Primarch, the source of your bloodline. He should not be humiliated by you like this."

"My loyalty is to the Emperor," Jujiro said calmly, "not to some arrogant, one-eyed Ogryn. With all due respect, that idiot is just a giant infant who makes mistakes and then blames others."

"The Emperor is also the Primarch's father, and I've never seen that one-eyed Ogryn show him respect."

"You have been blinded by the Corpse King and cannot see the truth of this universe." Ctesias, the Thousand Sons Sorcerer, said beside Ahriman. "We are blood brothers. Only we are one."

"That's right, you haven't been fooled. Even their home planet has been stolen, and you're still helping them count their money." Jujiro nodded frantically, saying sarcastically, "You can't defeat Horus, so you only dare to take your anger out on the wolf pack."

The Emperor's original orders were for the VI Legion, the Space Wolves, to bring Magnus back.

Horus tampered with the order and ordered the Sixth Legion to exterminate the Thousand Sons' homeworld.

Magnus hated the VI Legion, yet aided Horus in the attack on Terra.

Ahriman's face darkened.

This is so touching,
When they learned the truth about Prospero's burning, they were already Tzeentch's followers.
Horus is the warmaster chosen by the four gods.

How could they have the qualifications and strength to challenge each other?

After the Heresy, Horus died, and the Sons of Horus were shattered and no longer existed. There was no place to seek revenge!!
"Why are you so scowling?" Jujiro looked at Ahriman. "You've got people killed, and you're not allowed to talk about it. You weren't fooled, but just two red spells wiped out the entire Thousand Sons Legion."

"The Sixth Legion really shouldn't have stormed Prospero back then. They should have simply won you over. After all, they killed more Thousand Sons than you wiped out with a single red spell."

"You still want me to go back with you, because you think I'm dying too slowly."

Jujiro looked at Ctesias, "Brother, take my advice. Trust the Emperor and you will be saved. Follow Ahriman and that red-skinned, one-eyed Ogryn, and you'll be screwed one day."

"Following the Emperor, all you have to worry about is mutation. Following these two brilliant minds, let alone mutation, you'll be starving nine times out of three days. Look how badly your power armor is wearing out."

"That's enough." Ahriman interrupted Jujiro, his voice filled with anger. "I thought we shouldn't kill each other, but you keep offending me."

Jujiro, however, was dismissive. He leaned over and grabbed a handful of ashes left over from the psychic battle.

He stood up and held out his clenched fist, "Do you know what this is? Ahriman."

Ahriman frowned, "What is this?"

"This is our brother, Ahriman."

Jujiro slowly loosened his grip, a smile on his face, and the ashes flowed down his hand and then drifted away.

The rage in Ahriman's heart suddenly rose, almost drowning his reason.

"What do you mean?"

"What do you mean by that? Look, our brother is floating away." Jujiro opened his hands and let the air flow blow away the smoke and dust in his hands.

"If you put your ear to the Rubric Warrior's armor, you should be able to hear their voices. Are they asking why Ahriman is like this? Didn't you say you would save us? Why did you turn to ashes?"

Ahriman was shaking with anger.

After taunting Jujiro, he clearly felt the temperature of the surrounding air suddenly drop.

Ahriman was clearly on the verge of exploding.
He was suddenly frightened, but he pretended to be calm on his face.

"You have been too deeply deceived by the Corpse King. When you meet the Primarch, you may change your mind."

Ahriman was about to use force when he heard Jujiro suddenly shout, "Wait, it's not impossible for me to go with you. After all, I also have the gene seed from that one-eyed Ogryn in my body, and I should go meet him too."

Ahriman stopped and asked, "Are you willing to come with us?"

"Of course, but there is one condition," Jujiro said.

"What conditions?" Ahriman asked.

"Move three meters to the left first."

Ahriman's mind was filled with confusion, but he did as he was told.

After all, Jujiro was surrounded and he had no way to escape.

"Is this your condition? Can you come with us now?"

Jujiro scoffed, "How could I possibly go with you? I'm playing tricks on you, idiot."

Ahriman could no longer suppress his anger and waved his scepter, trying to forcibly restrain Jujiro and take him away.

boom! boom! boom!
Dense gunfire came from a distance.

The Warmaster who received the message waited for the players to arrive.

They were armed with bolters, melta guns, and plasma pistols, and fired at Ahriman and his group.

"For MVP, go ahead, brothers."

"Capture Ahriman alive and take first place."

"."

They shouted various slogans and rushed over with excited looks on their faces.

"Are you stalling for time?"

Ahriman looked at Jujiro and finally understood why he had been talking so much nonsense.

I felt both angry and frightened.

Ahriman couldn't understand why he, as a lecturer in the Temple of the Black Crow School, which specialized in precognitive abilities, had failed to foresee the arrival of these servants of the Corpse King.

"It's a pity that you only realize it now." Jujiro said sarcastically.

"Do you think you can deal with me like this?" Ahriman looked at the other Thousand Sons wizards. "Form a mandala formation to deal with them."
