This book was put on the shelves on September 1, 2020, with an initial order of 1000. Currently, it has 15,700 collections on Qidian, 594 collections in the bookstore, 31,100 fans, and no leader.

I first learned about the Swordmaster in Warcraft 15 years ago. There was a Swordmaster who could turn invisible, increase critical hits, and had a powerful single-target attack. Later, in the game Chenghai 3C, the Swordmaster was also a top-notch home raider.

The second time I heard about the Sword Saint was in the game DNF. The Ghost Swordsman specializes in Sword Soul and awakens to become the Sword Saint. The awakening skills are super cool, but the damage is average.

The third time was in League of Legends, with Master Yi, the swordsman. Whether jungling, laning, or stealing, he was, at one point, unbeatable. His famous saying was: Your sword is my sword.

So, when I saw the title of this book, I thought it was about sword cultivators. In the high martial arts world, everyone can practice sword and become a sword cultivator, and the most powerful sword cultivator is the Sword Saint.

It turned out not to be!
I discovered through the book club that this book may be related to another game, Blade & Soul.

Unfortunately, I haven't played that game, so many of the plots are not that immersive.

Another thing is the writing style. It's very strange.

The first chapter focuses entirely on the supporting actress, stage-named Little Bunny, who engages in livestreaming, her journey from being scammed to being deceived. The second chapter follows Little Bunny again, who travels to another world, expecting to grow, only to be drawn into the same company's livestreaming scheme. In the third chapter, a mysterious figure finally appears. He's not even given his name at first; he's simply referred to as "The Man."

Then a group of big guys were chatting for a long time, about 7,000 to 8,000 words, most of which were just chatting.

I remember the first time I saw this kind of dialogue-based chat format, outside of dialogue novels, was in "Global High Martial Arts" and "Cultivation Chat Group." Someone told me that Eagle's style is to use dialogue to drive the plot. I'm not a big fan of this style. If you like dialogue, why not write scripts or dialogue novels?

As the author himself said, this book is not a single-line story centered on the protagonist, but a multi-line story, written in the style of peeling an onion, with one layer within another.

Therefore, the supporting actress, the heroine, and the hero use three different story lines to drive the entire story, and then at some clever junction, they meet to jointly promote the development of the plot.

This is different from the three-day two-awakening multi-line behind-the-scenes mastermind flow of "Zhou Lin", where the group of chatty big guys don't have the feeling of being the mastermind. I always feel that the multiple lines are difficult to distinguish in terms of importance, and the priority is a bit confusing.

Another point is that the author has many and powerful aliases.

He himself said that he changed his author ID every time just to try different writing styles.

In fact, I think there is no need to change the number, nor is there any need to do so in order to see the real data.

I feel that his actions are more harmful than beneficial. It doesn't serve any purpose in proving himself.

If he puts all his books under one number, some will be a big hit while others will flop, which is normal.

Most of those who changed their account to play again had their game unfinished or abandoned too many times, and there was no way to remedy it.

Overall, this book is quite difficult to understand and it is not a masterpiece.
