Chapter 56 The End of the War

Sitting inside an airdrop pod modified from a Dongfeng series missile, the word "comrade" spoken by that officer still echoed in my mind.

But then a jolt and a suffocating feeling came. Those thoughts vanished with the wind, forgotten forever.

Inside the space station, the massive elliptical-nosed warhead resounded through the cabin with a hissing sound of pressure sealing off.
High-pressure gas was ejected from the gap, and the entire huge volume slowly flowed out of the chute.

Then it fell straight down to the beautiful planet below.

The friction between the projectile and the air produced a dazzling flame, and like a meteor, it crashed heavily into the lawn of the garden, kicking up a large cloud of dust and overturning the soil and turf within dozens of meters around it.

The air defense weapons that had been activated but failed to intercept the object had now ceased fire.

Quan Tiehua looked at the elderly president and, without saying a word, grabbed him by the back of his collar.

The still-hot muzzle of the bomb gun was stopped just centimeters away from the president's head.

To be honest, its appearance doesn't resemble a flying shield. It's more like a missile shape. In the middle is a seat, perfectly suited to the Astartes' physique. However, the energy consumption rate still only allows it to last for ten minutes. Perhaps switching to promethium fuel after returning to the Empire might increase the travel time.

Gers slowly slowed down on his flying mount and approached them. Then he jumped off the mount!

As an anti-gravity motorcycle, this feature is quite well designed!
