North American riot police: Start by arresting P. Diddy!

Chapter 74: From my experience, people in power are more or less guilty.
Chicago Superior Court.
In the sky, lead-gray clouds hung low, casting a depressing tone on the entire scene.
In front of the gate, reporters were carrying cameras and all of them were pointing their lenses at the end of the street.
On both sides of the road, protesters held various signs with words such as "murderer", "executioner", and "die to black police" written in blood-red paint.
What's even more exaggerated is that some people put photos of dead stars in Dad's manor in the corner of the wall, surrounded by candles and flowers, as if they wanted to use the news of Rorschach's conviction to commemorate the dead stars.
A black car drove slowly and stopped in front of the steps.
The crowd instantly became excited.
Rorschach pushed open the car door and raised his hand to stop Thor who was chattering beside him.
He looked around, his ears filled with the clicking of camera shutters and the hysterical cursing of fans.
Those brainless fans cried their hearts out, and those who didn’t know would think their father had died.
To his surprise, next to the area where the verbal abuse was the most intense, there was a group of burly men standing.
They wore faded overalls and old jackets, their faces rough but filled with fanatical admiration.
When Rorschach appeared, the men erupted in deafening cheers.
"BOSS!!!"
"Rorschach! Judge!"
"They all deserve to die! Those pests and beasts all deserve to die! Well done! Rorschach!"
They held up crude handmade signs with a bright red "E" symbol painted on them, representing the Executioner of the medieval Inquisition!
The cheers of blue-collar workers and the curses of spoiled middle-class fans are intertwined to form an absurd picture.
Rorschach stood still, his eyes scanning these supporters.
After a moment's silence, he nodded slightly, turned and walked towards the court gate.
Just as he was about to step through the door, a familiar voice was heard.
Rorschach turned around and saw Carl and the children rescued from the cellar crowded behind the cordon, waving at him desperately.
"You guys..." Rorschach's lips curled up slightly, "You ran away secretly without telling your family, didn't you?"
Except for Carl, the other children nodded vigorously.
Ever since the FBI came to their house with a warning, their parents have been keeping a close eye on them.
These kids must have put in a lot of effort to get here from various districts.
Carl started cursing right away, "Those bastards, Little Rivers and Lina, should rot in the cellar!"
He was talking about those kids who had given false testimony in court. A few nights ago, when he saw the news showing them framing Rorschach in front of the camera, he almost exploded with anger.
"Forget it, they were forced to do this." Rorschach interrupted him and rubbed the children's heads one by one. "It's too messy here, let's go home quickly."
After saying that, he turned and walked into the court.
Behind him, Karl’s hand quietly reached into the backpack, and his eyes became fierce.
No matter what the outcome of today's trial is, he will make those who framed Rorschach pay the price!
--------------
Under Thor's guidance, Rorschach sat in the dock.
The courtroom was crowded with people, and cameras set up by reporters could be seen everywhere, with live broadcast equipment even in the corners.
"Because so many celebrities are involved, the city government couldn't handle the pressure and launched a live broadcast of the trial," Saul lowered his voice. "Now there are at least tens of millions of eyes across the United States staring at this. But this is to our advantage—with so many people watching, the judge and jury won't easily convict you. This drama will have to play out at least five or six more times." Rorschach glanced at the plaintiff's seat and replied with a smile, "There are four lawyers and an assistant on the other side, and you're doing it all on your own? Can you do it?"
Thor followed his gaze.
Four lawyers in suits sat upright in the plaintiff's seat. They were a luxurious lineup hired by the celebrity's family at a high price.
He took a deep breath and opened the case file: "Don't worry, buddy, I can handle any situation."
Rorschach looked around the courtroom casually, even nodding to the live camera, without a trace of nervousness on his face.
Until his eyes fell on Ginny in the gallery behind him, the girl was clutching her handkerchief so tightly that her knuckles turned white.
Rorschach's eyes darkened and he closed them.
As the bailiffs entered the courtroom, a black female judge in her sixties took the bench.
"Fuck!" Thor couldn't help but curse inwardly when he saw the other person for the first time.
Being black, female, and a fat woman at that—this is not a good sign.
The female judge glanced coldly at Rorschach, who was resting with his eyes closed. "Lawyers on both sides, stop wasting my time. Let's begin our opening statements."
The prosecutor cleared his throat, stood up, faced the jury, and said in a loud voice: "On behalf of the families of the 16 murdered stars, I am charging Rorschach Butcher with murder and intentional injury. At the same time, I am also charging him with intimidation on behalf of the four imprisoned children!"
As he spoke, the prosecutor took out documents from his file bag, which contained stacks of photos, most of which were photos of P. Diddy's study that was burned down.
The photos include an empty safe, a huge amount of cash seized from Rorschach's home, raw materials for handmade explosives in the cellar, and even a fingerprint left by Rorschach that they found in the study after it was burned down.
After the judge and jury members passed the materials around one by one, their faces became extremely ugly.
In their eyes, the silent Rorschach had undoubtedly been labeled as greedy and indifferent to human life.
"Defendant!" The black female judge raised her voice and shouted at Rorschach, "Do you have anything to say in your defense?"
Saul was about to speak when he was interrupted by the female judge, who made it clear that she was asking the defendant, not the lawyer.
However, Rorschach remained silent with his arms folded across his chest, as if he had not heard what the female judge said at all.
Seeing this, the female judge responded coldly: "In my experience, when faced with accusations, guilty people often choose to remain silent."
Hearing this, both Thor and Ginny who were present at the scene, as well as the Director, Jack and others who were watching through the live broadcast, could not help but frown.
As a judge, he actually made such a biased statement.
Hearing this, Rorschach slowly opened his eyes, sneered, and responded, "In my experience, people with power are more or less guilty."
"Cough cough..." Thor on the side coughed quickly, trying to interrupt Rorschach, fearing that he would say something to irritate the judge.
Then, Saul turned to the prosecutor and questioned, "The physical evidence you just presented hasn't even been notarized. And as for that safe, as far as I know, I can't count the number of people who went in and out of Diddy's study that night. As for that fingerprint, it's even more ridiculous. The scene was burned, and you still found a fingerprint? Do you think the entire jury is stupid?"
The prosecutor seemed to be waiting for Saul's words. He smiled calmly and said, "Don't worry, Saul. Physical evidence is just one of the things."
He turned to the judge and said in a loud voice, "Please allow me to call the witnesses from that evening."
After obtaining permission from the judge, several parents with their children appeared in the courtroom.
The leader was none other than Rivers, the white man who had dealings with the Secret Service.
He rubbed his palms, as if he had already seen himself becoming a millionaire after the trial.
