Hogwarts: Don't call me Wandmaker
Chapter 473 Hero Professor
Chapter 473 Hero Professor
Many people want to know where Snape and Sirius went after leaving the Great Hall, but no one has seen them.
Fred and George tried everything they could, almost turning the entire Hogwarts upside down, but they couldn't find any trace of them in any room, including Professor McGonagall's Transfiguration office.
Furthermore, according to fourth-grader Colin Crevy, they were supposed to have a Defense Against the Dark Arts class yesterday afternoon, but Sirius didn't go. Instead, Professor Sinesta, who teaches astronomy, led them through a lesson on a book.
“It must be in the headmaster’s office,” Fred said confidently. “That’s the only place in the whole castle we can’t get in.”
“But Headmaster Dumbledore isn’t even at the school,” Ron reminded him.
“Not necessarily…” George said, “Such a big thing happened at school, he’ll have to come back and see.”
“No, they’re not there.” Xiren shook his head.
"Are you sure?" Fred and George looked over at the same time.
“Yes, I’m sure. There’s been no one in the principal’s office.” Siren said, making a gesture of folding and unfolding a piece of parchment.
"They stayed in the Transfiguration office for a while, and then left the castle after I finished my divination class."
“Well, it seems we have no choice but to believe it,” Fred said.
“But you should have told us sooner.” George walked over and threw himself into an armchair.
"We explored almost every corner of the castle in the afternoon."
Do you know how tiring this is?
“You didn’t even ask,” Xiren shrugged. “I thought I would be the first person you would think of.”
Fred and George exchanged a glance, both seeing annoyance and disdain in each other's eyes.
"How could you forget about the Marauder's Map?"
"Haven't you forgotten too?"
“I just didn’t remember, and you were the one who gave the Marauder’s Map to Siron, so you should remember it much better than I do.”
"But you were the one who came up with that idea first."
"Excuses, you stupid George."
"Ha, foolish Fred."
The two exchanged a quick glance, then simultaneously turned their heads to the left and right and walked away.
……
When Sirius saw him again, it was noon the next day.
Appearing in the Great Hall with him was Dumbledore, who had been missing for over a week.
It seems George was right last night; something so big happened at school, he definitely had to come back to check on it.
I don't know what Dumbledore said, but Sirius and Snape were able to sit together quietly and eat lunch as if nothing had happened.
Although it was obvious to everyone that the two were trying to treat each other as if they were invisible or something insignificant, they did sit together peacefully.
Dumbledore seemed to be telling everyone in this way that the two had reconciled and that the previous conflict had been resolved perfectly.
Whether this solution was real or not, Harry breathed a sigh of relief... at least Sirius was still in the Great Hall, which proved that he hadn't been expelled, and that was good enough.
About ten minutes later, Snape was the first to stand up from the teachers' table, seemingly having eaten his fill... although only a small piece of steak had been cut from his plate, not even enough to cause a minor cut, he was indeed full. However, Snape did not leave immediately, but waited there for a while.
“Oh, Minerva, could I have that egg and custard pie?” Dumbledore turned to Professor McGonagall on the other side and said, “I’ve been eating meat pies in Albania for a week, which is a disaster for a centenarian.”
Upon hearing this, Professor McGonagall immediately pushed the plate of eggnog pie over, and at the same time, Snape, as if he had received some answer, also left his seat and walked out of the Great Hall through a side door.
Sirius let out a disdainful snort, then continued to sit there enjoying his steak and stew, while also pouring himself a large cup of hot chocolate.
This drink wasn't originally on the Hogwarts table; it was added at Sirius's insistence, and it quickly became popular with many young wizards.
Especially now that the weather is getting colder, having a cup of rich hot chocolate before returning to the dormitory has become the thing many people look forward to most every day.
Harry had finished eating long ago, but he remained seated, staring at the teachers' table in front of him. When Sirius got up to leave, he immediately followed him out.
Out of curiosity, Celen went along too, followed closely by Ron and Hermione, along with Fred, George, Lee Jordan...
As if receiving some kind of signal, the curious Gryffindors formed a long 'tail' behind Sirius Black, stretching from the Great Hall all the way to the foyer.
At the same time, when Sirius arrived at the foyer, he saw Harry quickly catching up with Sirius, who was about to leave.
"How are you? Are you alright? Thank goodness they didn't expel you," Harry said with a relieved expression.
But Sirius noticed that Sirius's expression suddenly turned very unpleasant, as if he was thinking of some unpleasant memory.
"Stop talking, Harry! I'd rather they expel me right now!" Sirius rubbed his hands together unconsciously while clutching his stomach, looking like he might vomit at any moment.
"What happened?" Harry asked with concern.
"Don't ask, I won't tell you," Sirius shook his head and said firmly.
"Did Headmaster Dumbledore forbid you from saying it?"
"I guess so." Sirius looked up and saw the long 'tail' behind him.
"Hey, what are you guys doing!" he yelled irritably. "I must warn you, prying into the professor's privacy will get you points deducted!"
“We don’t have that idea,” Fred said loudly.
“That’s right,” George nodded in agreement. “We’re just here to celebrate.”
"What are we celebrating?"
“Of course, it’s Hogwarts’ bravest hero, Professor, returning to his beloved castle,” Fred said.
He waved his hand upwards, and a magical firework exploded in the sky above the foyer. Golden and red sparks formed two figures, one large and one small. The larger one, entirely golden and red, was relentlessly beating the other, who was wearing a black cloak.
This is a banner that Dean Thomas painted yesterday, which they bought and then turned into a fireworks design.
“Ah, I love this!” Sirius laughed heartily. “Gryffindor plus… Oh, sorry, I forgot I’m no longer eligible to add or deduct points.”
“What?” Harry was stunned. “How could they do this?”
"Don't get excited, this is already very good," Sirius said with a smile. "And the same goes for Snape, that snotty-nosed guy, he can't deduct any more points from you either."
