Chapter 123 Easy to Handle (Fifth Update, Please Subscribe and Vote)
"Ah Song, the transfer certificates for the other houses can also be completed today, since they are not in the same place," Section Chief Zhou said again.

Li Song nodded, looked at the small courtyard, and then said, "Brother Zhou, please take me to Sister Lin's school!"

"it is good!"

Section Chief Zhou dropped Li Song off not far from the school gate.

"Grandpa, can you help me find someone?" Li Song arrived at the gatehouse of the school, first took out his work ID and letter of introduction, and then gave the old man a cigarette.

"Who are you looking for?" The old man looked at Li Song's work ID and letter of introduction, then nodded and lit a cigarette.

“I’m looking for Zhu Ling…” Li Song began.

"Oh, I'll have someone pass on your message!" The old man nodded and then picked up the phone.

"Thank you, sir!" Li Song gave the old man another cigarette and then waited by the gate.

Li Song waited for a full forty minutes before Zhu Ling finally came out.

Zhu Ling stayed at home all morning, waiting for Li Song to come, but there was no news.

It was almost noon, and Zhu Ling thought the person wasn't coming, but then someone brought word that someone was looking for her outside.

At this moment, Zhu Ling hesitated again, after all, what would it look like for a man and a woman to be alone together?

After hesitating for a while, I decided to wash and dress up!
Looking at herself in the mirror, she reminded herself that she was nine years older than Li Song.

Then I wondered why I was thinking about these things for no reason. Maybe Li Song didn't have any thoughts at all.

It took almost forty minutes to complete, and we kept dawdling around.

"Sister Lin, I'll treat you to lunch, but can you do me a favor this afternoon?" Li Song said with a smile when he saw that Zhu Ling had obviously dressed up.

Forty minutes is considered a short time for a woman to get ready.

Zhu Ling, pushing her bicycle, heard this and asked curiously, "What kind of help?"

"I bought a yard, but the previous owner didn't want anything. Can you help me tidy it up this afternoon?"

"We also need to buy a few other things," Li Song said.

"So fast?" Zhu Ling asked in disbelief.

"Hmm, take a look at this." Li Song took out the property transfer certificate from the housing management bureau, which showed the district, street, and number of the house.

"How about I take you to see it first?" Li Song showed Zhu Ling the property transfer certificate from the housing authority and then asked.

"Then let's go take a look." Zhu Ling looked at the address and was quite surprised, as it was near the Forbidden City.

"Your Majesty, please get in the carriage," Li Song said, taking the bicycle from him.

Zhu Ling didn't know what "Your Majesty" meant and thought it was a funny way of addressing Li Song.

Sitting on the back of the bicycle, Zhu Ling felt Li Song's aura carried by the wind and felt his strong body. Her face flushed slightly.

Li Song unlocked the gate to the courtyard; the lock had been left by the previous owner.

"Wow, the yard is so big!" Zhu Ling exclaimed in surprise as she looked at the 50-square-meter yard.

There are also east wing rooms, west wing rooms, the main house, and a side room.

"I don't want any of these things!" Zhu Ling looked at the contents and saw that almost everything was there, including pots, pans, bowls, and blankets.

"Yeah, it's just inconvenient to go to the toilet." Li Song nodded, as he had to go to a public toilet about 200 meters away.

Unless there are subsequent municipal renovations, which you can of course pay for yourself, it's just a matter of digging up and installing a sewer pipe.

“That’s how it is in a bungalow,” Zhu Ling nodded. “Let’s go, let’s eat first. You decide how to deal with Sister Lin; I don’t know anything about these things,” Li Song said.

"Mmm." Zhu Ling nodded.

The two of them ate something casually outside, which still required food coupons and money, both of which Li Song had.

After finishing their meal and returning to the courtyard house, Li Song and Zhu Ling began cleaning.

"Sister Lin, aren't there any ready-made blankets in Kyoto?" Li Song felt a little uncomfortable looking at things that others had used.

“There aren’t any readily available, and you need tickets for everything.” Zhu Ling shook her head.

“Who knows if the previous owner had any illnesses?” Li Song said.

"Well... I have some at home. Do you want me to go back and get you a set? They're all cleaned." Zhu Ling felt that Li Song's concerns were reasonable, and besides, Li Song was a wealthy man.

"of course can."

"Then I'll go back and get it for you." Zhu Ling rode her bike to her workplace dormitory, leaving her own belongings behind because she knew the neighbors would see her taking them from her parents' home.

After Zhu Ling left, Li Song went outside, where Section Chief Zhou appeared.

"Could you please help me buy some household items, like basins and buckets, Brother Zhou?" Li Song said directly.

"Hmm." Section Chief Zhou nodded.

Then Li Song found two people who pulled carts and asked them to work.

When the two cart pullers heard that Li Song didn't need mosquito nets, blankets, washbasins, or bowls, they rolled up their sleeves and got to work, even finding two more people to help.

When Zhu Ling arrived at the courtyard house with her bedding and other belongings, she saw that the courtyard house had been completely transformed, with the leaves and other debris swept clean.

Apart from the furniture, there was nothing else in the room, except for brand new teapots, basins, and bowls. Judging from the words on them, they should be from the logistics warehouse of some unit.

"Sister Lin, I'll get it." Li Song carried the bicycle and the quilt into the courtyard. A brand new lock was hanging on the gate of the courtyard.

"Aren't you staying at the guesthouse?" Zhu Ling asked as she helped Li Song set up the room on the east side of the main house.

"I'm not staying there. There are too many people and too much attention over there." Li Song looked at Zhu Ling, who was making the bed, and then slowly walked over and leaned against the canopy bed. It was a carved canopy bed, dark and very heavy.

"If you ask me, the guesthouse is more comfortable," Zhu Ling said after she finished laying out the bedding.

"How does it look? Is there anything else you need?" Zhu Ling then asked Li Song.

Li Song sat down and swayed around for a bit, feeling that there was nothing wrong, so he nodded and said, "Thank you, Sister Lin."

“When I have time, I’ll buy you a new one and fix it again…” Zhu Ling said, then stopped talking because Li Song grabbed her hand.

"Sister Lin!" Li Song grabbed Zhu Ling's hand. Zhu Ling tried to pull away twice, but couldn't, so she gave up. Li Song then took advantage of the situation and put his arm around her waist.

Li Song was sitting, and Zhu Ling was standing.

"Ah Song, no, I'm nine years older than you, and I just got divorced," Zhu Ling said, stopping Li Song's hand.

Li Song stood up and said, "Sister Lin, this is easy to handle."

Li Song released Zhu Ling's hand and then turned Zhu Ling's body to one side, saying, "Turn your back to me first."

Zhu Ling didn't know what Li Song was going to do, so she turned away.

"Close your eyes!" Li Song said.

Then Li Song grabbed her and hugged her tightly, his hands slipping inside her shirt like a slippery snake.
