"I heard that Yamaha is quite anxious and wants to meet with you in person to have a talk!" Tian Jiahui said.

“It’s their business if they’re in a hurry. Let them give us a rough price first.” Li Song felt that his registered patents might be blocking some of Yamaha’s future patents.

It's possible that someone else's lab is working on some patents, and then you look back and find that the patent has already been registered by someone else.

This is quite common in academia because many people study the same subject.

But even if someone else gets their results a day earlier than you, the glory and wealth still belong to them.

"Alright then!" Tian Jiahui nodded upon hearing this.

"The more anxious these big companies are, the more valuable my patents are."

"Let them worry for a while, so that it will be easier to talk later," Li Song said.

"Ok."

Then Li Song hung up the phone and drove to pick up Alin.

Li Song felt he was too much of a womanizer. He would be all lovey-dovey with one woman in Kyoto in the morning and with another woman in Hong Kong at night.

"Sigh, let's leave it at that for now. They're just too charming."

"This is not my fault!"

“Any man who gets to where I am will make the same mistake.”

"So they are the ones who should be reflecting on their actions, not me!"

"Who can blame them for being so charming!"

Li Song worked diligently in the fields that night, and got up early the next morning.

Li Song felt he had been slacking off lately.

I didn't write much last week, and then I had to go to the magazine office on Sunday morning to mentor future female writers.

She interacted with Amin normally and did not give her any special treatment because Amin came from a single-parent family.

Sunday passed in a flash. On Monday, Li Song took Arlin to school. Arlin is about to graduate. As for what Arlin will do in the future, Li Song did not ask. If she doesn't want to do anything, she can stay at home and provide herself with emotional support.

On May 19, the sixth day of the fourth lunar month, a Monday, Li Song went to Parkson Department Store after dropping off Alin.

"Morning boss!"

"Good morning, boss!" The workload at Baisheng Company isn't very heavy. Everyone just knows that the company has invested in a motorcycle manufacturing plant in mainland China, and according to people who have been there, the plant is very large.

At first, everyone thought there was a problem with the boss not coming to the company, but after a while, they realized that it wasn't a big deal. The workload wasn't heavy. At this stage, the main issues were contracts related to investments in mainland China, as well as other collaborations, such as the patent agency for Zhang Dehua's company.

"morning!"

"morning!"

"Boss, these are sample designs from several decoration companies, along with some photos. These are some of their completed projects. The all-inclusive quotes range from 300,000 to 450,000 yuan." Tian Jiahui handed over a thick stack of documents.

"Yeah!" Li Song nodded.

"Tell Zhang Dehua to hurry up. I also have some patents that I want to collaborate with him on."

“If I can’t handle it all, I’ll find someone else.” Li Song was referring to the home appliances, the ones he had offered as a $1400 million bounty before his first trip to Kyoto, which included refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, rice cookers, microwave ovens, ovens, induction cookers, electric fans, and all sorts of other appliances.

Li Song had to urge Zhang Dehua to hurry up, because of the Suzuki incident and the Yamaha incident this time. Although there was no direct evidence, Li Song felt that if he didn't apply for an international patent quickly, someone else might apply for it. However, he wasn't a professional in these fields and had no way of knowing how these industries would develop or what the technological paths would be.

“I’ll call him later.” Tian Jiahui nodded.

Li Song knew that applying for international patents would cost a lot of money, but there was no other way. This included the design and appearance of his private jet and high bypass ratio engine, which also required international patents.

"Boss, if someone wants to buy this from you, shall we do business?" Tian Jiahui suddenly asked mysteriously, making an eight-shaped hand gesture.

"Uncle Hao?" Li Song immediately realized what was going on when he heard this. Since he had limited opportunities to expose his gun, the only person Tian Jiahui would inquire about was Uncle Hao.

"Ah..." Tian Jiahui's jaw almost dropped.

"Does the boss also know about Uncle Hao's situation?" Tian Jiahui then asked.

"Where is he going?" Li Song asked, though he didn't know why Uncle Hao was running away.

"We're preparing to flee to Southeast Asia," Tian Jiahui said.

“There are some difficulties in Southeast Asia. If you send him to Southeast Asia, I can have him airdropped whatever he needs,” Li Song said.

"Nanyang?"

"Airdrop?" Tian Jiahui was a little confused.

“We can provide some heavy weapons over there. As long as we have enough money, we can provide tanks, artillery, and airplanes. Anyway, there are so many islands over there, we can just choose one to join,” Li Song said.

"Then I'll pass on the message." Tian Jiahui nodded.

After Tian Jiahui left, Li Song wondered to himself, "Why did Uncle Hao run away?"
The next day, on the ship back to the mainland, Li Song saw the news and learned that diamond prices had fallen, and by a considerable margin, and several banks in Hong Kong were asking jewelry merchants to increase their funds.

Li Song roughly guessed that Uncle Hao had used the glove to swindle a large sum of money from the bank by using diamonds.

Then the owner behind it arranged for them to abscond.

When Li Song returned to the Yangcheng Motorcycle Factory, he was picked up by Section Chief Zhou and Ma Zhiwei. Across from the factory, land was being cleared and relocated; that was the newly built BMW marine outboard motor production plant.

Suddenly, the number of people in the motorcycle factory increased. Workers who had passed the theoretical training and exams came to the factory for further training.

Theory is theory, and practice is practice!
"Boss, you've come at the right time. We can assemble our factory's first car today." Factory manager Sun Heping led Li Song into the factory's assembly workshop.

The workshop floor is decorated with various colors, and each assembly station has a hanging notebook and a material cart.

Assembly is the final step in a motorcycle factory process.

Li Song picked up a package of parts. It was labeled "Zhujiang Machinery Factory" and had a certificate of conformity with a ship code inside.

Then there's a stamp on the bottom of the box, which is the factory's incoming inspection stamp. It also has a code inside, which indicates who handled it. And there's another stamp on the workstation, which indicates who assembled it.

Finally, the certificate of conformity will have several strings of codes representing the parts suppliers, warehousing quality inspectors, and assembly personnel of this motorcycle.

A simple process of tracing origins in later generations; of course, the names of the bricks on the ancient city walls also serve this purpose.

"How about we postpone this until tomorrow? After all, it's our first vehicle." Li Song shook his head.

"Boss, I understand." Sun Heping knew he should report first, but his superiors had repeatedly told him to listen to the boss.

The boss had just agreed, and I casually mentioned the report, not expecting that the boss actually knew about it.
