Chapter 305 Not Alone
But that moment of hesitation is undoubtedly fatal in a life-or-death struggle.

Eric, expressionless and exuding an extremely fierce aura, lunged at the person slightly closer to his left.

Seeing Eric's fierce approach, the man was startled and instinctively took a half step back, his right hand quickly reaching under his armpit, clearly intending to draw his gun.

But Eric was faster, and a swift low sweeping leg, like a steel whip, viciously struck the outside of the knee joint of his supporting leg.

"Ah!" Another cry of pain, accompanied by a distinct cracking sound, followed by the man's sudden loss of balance. He screamed and knelt on one knee, his movement to draw his gun abruptly halted.

Eric gave his enemy no chance to breathe. The instant his opponent's knee touched the ground, Eric used the momentum of his forward thrust and rotation to shift his center of gravity forward, and his right leg was released like a spring compressed to its limit.
A fierce and sharp knee strike, carrying the momentum of the whole body and the power of the waist twist, slammed into the opponent's chest and abdomen diaphragm area, which was exposed due to the kneeling position, like a heavy hammer.

Thump! A heavy, dull thud, like leather being struck.

The man's screams stopped abruptly, as if an invisible hand had gripped his throat.

The immense impact not only caused his ribs to crack with a sickening sound, but also instantly squeezed all the air out of his lungs.

His eyes bulged out, his face instantly lost all color, and he was thrown backward a short distance.

He then fell heavily to the ground like a bag of discarded garbage, his body curled up like a shrimp, only unconscious spasms and gasping sounds coming from his throat, before he completely lost consciousness.

The last man watched in horror as his companions fell in the blink of an eye.

But with his escape route cut off, he could only roar to bolster his courage and lunge from the right, spreading his arms to try and use brute force to grab Eric around the waist and pin him against the wall.

Eric's eyes remained unchanged. The moment Eric lunged forward, he slightly lowered his body and shifted his center of gravity backward. Just as the opponent's arms were about to close, he suddenly turned to the side, his left hand precisely grabbing the opponent's arm as he lunged forward, while his right hand swiftly supported the opponent's hip, his waist and abdomen exerting force instantly.

A clean, powerful over-the-shoulder throw!
Bang!
The heavy body was slammed hard onto the smooth, hard tile floor, the dull thud echoing through the bathroom.

The man was thrown around so hard he was completely disoriented, his internal organs were displaced, and he couldn't even groan. He could only curl up and twitch unconsciously.

The battle ended in less than ten seconds.

Eric glanced around the scene and confirmed that apart from the enemies lying on the ground, there was no one else there, and no new travelers were coming in at the moment.

"Fortunately."

Eric breathed a sigh of relief, first walking over to the Albanian who had been finished off with a knee strike, grabbing his collar and dragging him away effortlessly like a heavy sack, then grabbing the collar of the last person who had been finished off with an over-the-shoulder throw, and dragging the two of them into the bathroom.

To prevent them from blocking the entrance and being discovered too early.

Eric then crouched down and began a quick and professional search of the four Albanians for any useful equipment.

Equipment delivered right to your doorstep—why not take it? It saves you time and effort.

Eric pulled a Glock 19 pistol from the holster under the arm of the guy who was trying to reach for a gun.

To be honest, Glock is everywhere. Is it because it's cheap?
Eric skillfully ejected the magazine, glanced at it, and then clicked the slide to confirm there were no bullets in the chamber before stuffing it, along with two spare magazines, into his back waistband.

In addition, Eric also found a stack of large-denomination euro banknotes, as well as all the cell phones except for Alexander's.

He stuffed the banknotes into his pockets and wrapped his cell phone entirely in Alexander's denim jacket.

Eric then grabbed the unconscious thugs by the ankles and dragged them one by one into the innermost large stall of the bathroom. He stuffed them all in like a pile of junk, then locked the stall door from the inside and climbed out again.

This will at least delay the time it takes to be discovered.

However, three of the four people have already stopped breathing, and the remaining person, whose internal organs were displaced by the over-the-shoulder throw, will probably die soon as well.

He went all out to deal with this scum of the earth. With the four elemental attributes combined, his current physical abilities are terrifying, and his attacks are all deadly. Anyone who survives would probably be a monster.

After doing all this, Eric went to the sink, turned on the tap, and carefully washed his hands.

Looking up at myself in the mirror, my eyes remained calm.

This means that the fight just now was not exciting for him at all.

Eric shook his head, straightened his slightly disheveled collar and hair, and finally helped the still unconscious Alexander up, as if supporting a drunken companion, and calmly walked out of the restroom, instantly blending into the bustling crowd at the airport.

Throughout his journey, Eric used crowds and building pillars as cover to avoid being seen by surveillance cameras in front of him as much as possible.

Even when they occasionally appeared in the frame, his bowed head and Alexander's slumped posture made them seem unremarkable.

Soon, they arrived at the black Audi A6 Avant. Erica opened the rear door, shoved Alexander inside, and secured his wrists and ankles to the sturdy handles on the inside of the door with prepared plastic straps.

Then, he got into the driver's seat, started the engine, and the vehicle smoothly drove away from the airport under Eric's control.

The only thing to do now is to find a completely safe and undisturbed place to interrogate Alexander.

The safe house Bill offered was the best option.

Just as he entered the expressway leading to the city, the car's Bluetooth rang.

It is Tifa.

Eric glanced at the caller ID, took a deep breath, pressed the answer button, and tried to make his voice sound normal.

Tifa is just too smart, and she's also a psychological profiling expert.
“Hey, darling.” Tifa’s cheerful voice came from the speaker. The background was quiet, indicating that the seminar had ended.

"My meeting just ended a little earlier than expected. What about you? Still enjoying the sunshine in the coffee shop?"

Eric's gaze swept across the car's rearview mirror, then he glanced at Alexander, who was unconscious in the back seat, and said with a hint of apology.

"I'm sorry, darling, I had something urgent to take care of and couldn't wait for you to finish."

"Urgent?" Tifa paused for a moment, and Eric's lips twitched slightly, knowing that he couldn't hide it from Tifa.

"Is there any trouble?"

"It's nothing, just a small personal matter that I need to handle immediately," Eric said casually, not wanting to, and unable to, involve Tifa.

"I'll come back to you as soon as I'm done."

There was a moment or two of silence on the other end of the phone. Tifa seemed to sense something was amiss, but she wisely didn't press for details, simply saying:

"Okay, be careful, I'll wait for you to come back."

The next second, Tifa added one last sentence: "Honey, you're not alone. If you need help, tell me."

“Okay, I’ll contact you later.” Eric replied gently, then ended the call, his expression shifting.

He came to Paris really to spend quality time with his girlfriend and relax, so how did things suddenly take such a turn for the worse?
That's fine, but even a small reward for completing the task would be nice!

Eric sighed inwardly and slammed on the gas.
