Yuanshi Tianzun asked, "Did the Underworld Emperor send you?"

The Corpse Emperor said, "The Heavenly Venerable is indeed insightful. My senior brother sent me here to ask the Heavenly Venerable to help me find the Ancient Tree of Life."

The Primordial Celestial Lord could immediately discern the Corpse Emperor's purpose, and thus had anticipated it. However, since the Ancient Tree of Life had once belonged to the Underworld Lord, the Primordial Celestial Lord inevitably thought of the past hundreds of thousands of years ago.

He said leisurely, "I thought he would ask me to help you set up your cultivation plan. We used to call each other fellow disciples, but now we haven't been in contact for a long time because of my transformation and slumber. It seems we've become estranged."

As he spoke, Yuanshi Tianzun reached out and tore open a large hole in the void in front of him, grasping the Ancient Tree of Life in his palm across the endless starry sky and taking it from afar.

A divine tree shimmering with emerald green light appeared before the Corpse King, and a strong life force swept over him, making the Corpse King feel refreshed.

Although the Primordial Celestial Venerable did not bring the Ancient Tree of Life back to the Kunlun Sacred Realm, he had already known its whereabouts. Therefore, after hearing the Corpse Emperor's words, he brought the tree directly to this place.

The Corpse Emperor said, "The Heavenly Venerable truly has discerning eyes."

Yuanshi Tianzun said, "You are my master's successor, but it seems you don't want to learn his method of transformation, is that right?"

The Corpse King said, "Yes, I only want to be myself and I don't want to become anyone else."

The Primordial Celestial said, "Since that's the case, your future path is clear. The Yin-Yang Dao Diagram passed down to you by the Human Emperor can help you integrate this corpse energy. If you want to go further, you only need to ask your Underworld Emperor senior brother."

The Corpse King said, "Thank you for your guidance, Heavenly Venerable."

So the Corpse King cupped his hands and said, "Thank you for your help, Heavenly Venerable. I shall take my leave now."

After saying this, the Corpse Emperor took the Ancient Tree of Life back to the Underworld.
