Chapter 34 Monk Baoxiang
They watched as the lecherous monk with the blood-stained knife carried the woman and ran away into the distance.

Ren Shaoyang raised an eyebrow and said to the two of them, "Leave some for me."

The beggar, who was drinking peanuts, chuckled and waved his hand to indicate that there was no problem.

Ren Shaoyang shook his head and flew out of the window. At that moment, the rain intensified, but he instantly floated six or seven zhang away, his toes touching the branches, seemingly real yet illusory, and in the blink of an eye, he caught up with them.

The wicked monk, carrying a woman on his back, was running at full speed. Seeing that the pursuers had disappeared from sight, he spat and burst into laughter:

"What kind of bullshit 'Five Cloud Hands' is that? His concubine, Buddha, can be kidnapped whenever he wants, can't he?"

As he spoke, his large, hairy hand grabbed the woman's pretty face and smacked her on the lips.

The woman was utterly disgusted, but dared not resist. She wrapped her arms around the monk's ugly face, and with a seductive smile, moaned, "Buddha, I love strong men like you the most."

The senior monk chuckled: "How does it compare to your master?"

The woman said sweetly, "I'm old and useless, you're the best!"

The monk laughed heartily and pinched the woman's pink cheek: "You slut, wait until I find a place to properly treat you."

The woman said, "I'll do anything to keep me alive!"

A surge of excitement welled up in the monk's heart, and he dashed forward like a startled ape or a rabbit.

Just then, lightning suddenly streaked across the dark sky.

A young man with a sharp, angular face and hands tucked into his sleeves stood on the road ahead.

Upon seeing this person blocking his way, the senior monk immediately swung his fist and slammed it down, shouting, "Get out of my way!"

Ren Shaoyang shouted, "Get the hell out of here!" His fist shot out like a dragon emerging from the sea.

With a loud thud, as their fists collided, the monk felt an immense force, a raging wind, and the black cloth covering his face was instantly blown away.

The monk suddenly shouted, "What kind of force is that?!" He stumbled backward, throwing the woman to the ground in the process.

Ren Shaoyang laughed and said, "Try again." He stretched out his body and threw two more punches.

Upon seeing this, the senior monk roared in fright, drew his Burmese knife from his waist, and swung it at him.

But Ren Shaoyang's fist technique was exceptionally high. He circled around, dodged the blade, and struck Ren's arm.

The Burmese knife clattered to the ground, and with a snap, the monk's forearm broke at the elbow.

Before he could even scream, Ren Shaoyang stepped forward and delivered a punch.

A muffled "thud".

The punch landed on his chest with a "rip," tearing the bright yellow monk's robe apart, which scattered like yellow butterflies.

His powerful body was thrown up like a kite, falling several feet away, splashing water onto the ground, bleeding from his mouth and nose, and unable to get up.

Ren Shaoyang clenched his fists, strode over, and stared at the big monk's face with a sneer: "You bald thief, where is the Blood Blade Ancestor?"

The monk, his face covered in blood, asked in terror, "Who are you, and what grudge do you hold against my Blood Blade Sect?"

Ren Shaoyang said, "I am Ren Shaoyang."

"Oh dear!" The monk was momentarily stunned, filled with shock and anger. "You're the 'butcher' who first killed Bao Sheng and Bao Ming, and then Cao Shaoqin and Feng Xiao'ai?"

Ren Shaoyang said, "It's me."

"You, you actually dare to come to Jiangnan?"

"Why wouldn't I dare?" Ren Shaoyang said in a deep voice, "I just happened to run into you, so I might as well wipe you out completely."

The monk remained silent for a moment, then suddenly his face turned ashen, and he vomited a mouthful of blood.

"Clap!"

Ren Shaoyang suddenly bent down and slapped him twice. The monk, whose teeth were knocked out, glared at him angrily: "You—!"

Ren Shaoyang said calmly, "Where is that old bald thief, Blood Blade Ancestor?"

The monk stared at him, his voice lowering: "Heh heh, I, Bao Xiang, have roamed the martial world for decades, but I never expected that I couldn't even withstand a single punch from you. You've really wasted your training."

He breathed heavily and chuckled, "I know you're a ruthless and vicious person who has killed countless people. Asking me where my ancestor is is just your way of trying to wipe us out."

Ren Shaoyang frowned: "If you don't tell me now, you're going to die."

Bao Xiang whispered, "The Ancestor has arrived! However, his skill has greatly improved; he can hide in the wind and kill without leaving a trace." He breathed heavily for a few moments, then let out a loud shout.

"Ren Shaoyang, I'm waiting for you to hear your own blood!"

Its body twitched a few times, its eyes widened, and then it stopped moving.

Ren Shaoyang looked at his unseeing eyes and sneered, "Pah, you got off easy dying!"

He glanced at the woman, ignored her, and turned to look at the ground, where he saw a bulging satchel lying there.

Ren Shaoyang stepped forward and picked it up. He found it quite heavy. When he opened it, he saw several glittering gold ingots and some broken silver pieces inside, as well as a book.

Taking the book out, I saw three large characters written on it: "Blood Saber Manual". After a quick glance, I saw that the first half of the book described internal energy cultivation methods, while the second half described saber techniques.

“You can’t find anything even after wearing iron shoes, but it takes no effort to get there!”

Ren Shaoyang couldn't help but exclaim, "The person who created this technique for the Blood Blade Sect is truly remarkable! This 'Blood Blade Scripture' is easy to learn and quick to show results, incredibly powerful in actual combat, and has a high potential. Heh, it truly deserves to be the sect's signature technique!"

Just then, the words appeared before their eyes.

[Having come into contact with the "Blood Saber Manual," you discover that the wisdom of martial arts is vast and boundless; even unorthodox manuals possess wondrous aspects. In that case, why not seek out the Blood Saber Ancestor and engage in a fierce battle?]

Objective: Defeat the Blood Blade Ancestor

[Reward: Ear-Sharpening Technique (Combines the three techniques of Mindfulness, Vision, and Ear-Sharpening; has the chance to comprehend the divine skill of 'Mind-Intent Movement'.)]

[World Reputation: Renowned in the Northwest (Achieve 'Unrivaled in the World' to cross realms.)]

"Hearing-based?"

Ren Shaoyang muttered to himself, unable to help but think of the changes in the Blood Saber Ancestor that Bao Xiang had described before his death.

Hidden in the wind.

Murder without leaving a trace.

Let me hear my blood?

"Damn it, this old bald monk is probably just like Cao Shaoqin, after mastering the 'Hear-Sharpening Technique,' he's received a huge boost!"

Ren Shaoyang's face was gloomy, and he was still shaken.

He discovered that these three incomplete manuals were extremely demanding in terms of comprehension; even if an ordinary person tried to cultivate them, they would never succeed.

But in the hands of a gifted person, it can be like adding wings to a tiger or a dragon entering the sea! For example, that dead eunuch Cao Shaoqin, who was clearly inferior to me in internal strength and physical strength, was able to combine his sharp eyes with his swordsmanship, making him terrifyingly powerful in killing.

Now, with Blood Saber Ancestor, a top-notch combat master, combined with his "Hearing the Wind" supernatural ability, who knows how powerful he has become!

"Alright, let's bring it on!" Ren Shaoyang sneered, clapping his fists together. "You guys have superpowers, but I'm a cheat code! Let's see who's tougher!"

Just as Ren Shaoyang was pondering, a commotion arose in the distance, and a group of people shouted and rushed over.

He frowned, a strange displeasure rising within him, as if the newcomer possessed something foul. Besides, he had already killed the man and touched the corpse; if he didn't leave now, when would he?

When the group arrived, they saw Baoxiang lying on the ground in the road, with a woman beside him screaming pitifully, "Master, master, save me!"
