Chapter 61: Reflections on the Release (Available at 12: tomorrow)
I received a notification that it will be available for purchase tomorrow at 12:00.

First of all, I would like to thank all the readers who have been following the book all this time, and thank you for your continued support.

Thanks to everyone's help, my new book made it onto the bestseller list, and it's the first time I've seen monthly votes exceed 2000.

Your daily efforts to catch pests and pests, your additional comments, your earnest advice and harsh criticism keep me constantly on my toes, preventing me from going astray.

This led to an even greater achievement than the previous book.

Many old friends came during the new book release period. Every time I see you, I am overjoyed, as if I have come to a rendezvous with you all.

Similarly, I made many new friends, and while I was happy, I was also filled with gratitude.

My books, and your books, are mostly about the immersion in martial arts and the world of chivalry.

It's like we're in a teahouse or tavern. I'll tell you stories, and you can relax and listen.

Well said! I'll give you two coins as a reward, have a good laugh, and forget all my grievances.

If I say something bad, I'll spit on it, curse it, and I'll accept it. If I'm wrong, I'll correct it; if not, I'll strive to improve.

Now that it's finally going to be available for purchase, I have no way to repay you but to update it more frequently.

(Six chapters will be released after the book goes on sale. Thank you all for your support over the past few days.)
Let me talk about the first volume of this book.

The world-building is actually the world I envisioned a hundred years later when Lao Yan left the world of The Smiling, Proud Wanderer in my previous book.

A world devoid of chivalry, utterly destroyed after being suppressed by the Huashan Sect for decades.

However, Lao Yan's cheat code was too overpowered, so the original idea was scrapped.

So they just let that rascal Ren in.

As for the character design, the three main characters—Ren the Rascal, the Little Beggar, and Ding'an—as my old friend 7 Hou said, it's essentially a dismantling of the main characters in current martial arts fiction, splitting them into three.

Give the golden finger to Ren Shaoyang, the talent and comprehension to the little beggar, and the great fortune to Ding An.

The reason for doing this.

First, don't move too fast, reduce repetition in the plot, and distribute some martial arts skills evenly to give the audience a sense of novelty.

Secondly, most martial arts novels feature lone wolves who solve all problems by themselves. While this is certainly exhilarating, reading too many of them can lead to a sense of loneliness.

So I added the greedy little beggar and the simple-minded Ding'an, trying my best to create a warm feeling.

In addition, I listened to the suggestions of fellow readers and revised many outlines and directions. While not padding the original work, I was more struggling with myself and reducing my own pretentious sentimentality.

Hopefully, we can bring you a smooth and lighthearted story, simple yet visually appealing fight scenes, and a touch of warmth amidst the storms of the martial arts world.

As I said before, we've all gathered together to seek that carefree world of our youth, hoping to find some solace in this messed-up reality.

I am trying my best to meet this simple yet complex need.

As I said before, 6 chapters will be released upon release.

I won't slack off on future updates, as long-time readers know.

Although I'm clumsy and meticulous, and my typing speed is a bit slow, I still hope to be able to update 8000-10000 words a day.

Finally, the author, along with Lao Yan, Ren the rogue, the little beggar, and Ding An, clasped their hands in greeting.

Dear friends, I wish you all a carefree and exhilarating journey through life, filled with happiness and joy until the end of time!
