Chapter 10 Antique Bed

My maternal grandmother's house was a long, narrow, east-west oriented house, with a 32-square-meter area divided into three rooms by wooden boards.

The bedrooms at the east and west ends are very small, only big enough to fit a wardrobe and a bed.

My cousin also sprang up from the bed as if she had risen from the dead.

The loud voice, octaves higher, drew everyone's attention, and the whole family gathered around the television, staring wide-eyed at the screen.

Lin Xiyu was momentarily dazed.

The television recording was even more shocking than she remembered.

From the car accident to her jumping into the water to save people, and then to the help from the enthusiastic crowd.

Grandma looked at her with concern, took her hand, and pulled her closer.
