Chapter 192 Ita Pit

Chapter 192 Ita Pit

Ding Shi reviewed the information he had received: his boss was his girlfriend's mother; his boss said his girlfriend was cheating on him with her true love; his girlfriend indirectly denied the existence of true love; and his girlfriend believed that her mother had touched her.

Assuming everyone is telling the truth, the girlfriend must have cheated on her, even though she didn't directly deny the existence of true love.

Theoretically, he should have choked to death, but given Ding Shi's understanding of the dog system, it's not that simple; there must be information he overlooked.

Ding Shi's gaze fell on that intimate photo. The two people in the photo looked so well-matched and so happy.

Hmm? Does "baby" mean girlfriend?
Ding Shi discovered the flaw and was overjoyed. After careful recollection, he realized he had been too hasty in his celebration.

The boss said his daughter was Ding Shi's girlfriend. He and his girlfriend were on the phone complaining about his girlfriend's mother. His girlfriend didn't deny it and even told Ding Shi to stand up to the boss.

After confirming that the girl was his girlfriend, her mother said that his girlfriend had cheated on him with her true love. The girl neither denied nor admitted that she had another true love.

Ding looked at the photo, gritted his teeth, and filled in: No. Such an innocent and beautiful girl, with such a lovely voice, how could she possibly cheat on him? Even for the sake of his pitiful male pride, he couldn't admit it.

Email: Incorrect answer, -1 point.

Ding Shi banged his head against the table. The dog system, knowing his tendency to distrust it, turned the tables on him. He'd already seen the facts; he shouldn't have filled in anything based on gut feeling.

Ding Shi has had a double-digit number of ex-girlfriends. The photos and phone numbers both indicate that this girlfriend is head over heels in love with him; he is her true love.

How did she manage to do that? How could she express such a passionate, irreplaceable love on the other end of the phone?

Life is like a play, it depends on acting.

Ding Shi stood up and walked to his supervisor: "Supervisor, please give me some work."

Before the supervisor could answer, a support staff member went berserk, grabbing a keyboard and slamming it against the computer monitor, yelling, "She can't be my sister, no way! XXX, I XXX, damn it, I'll f*** you, Ita404..."

The supervisor immediately dialed a landline: "Security, emergency."

Ding Shi said to the rampaging player, "Dude, calm down."

The player slumped into a chair, tears streaming down his face, and said, "No, I can't calm down. Someone took a picture of me showering with a girl, and they're demanding I do something. The Cloning Bureau asked me if this girl is my sister. You tell me, is she? How could I be such a beast? And the clues tell me my mother only gave birth once, so where would I get a sister?"

Another player asked, "Could she be a half-sister?"

The player shook his head and said, "Ita is an upright person, how could he have incestuous problems?"

Everyone agrees on this point; there are no chaotic events in any of the story backgrounds of Ita's dungeons.

Ding Shi, who was standing nearby, asked, "Is it possible that this photo was taken right after you were born and were being bathed? Is it possible that you and your sister are twins?"

The player was shocked and stunned: "This...this seems possible...ah...how could he do this to me?"

Ding Shi sighed: Why are your questions so childish?

A female player said weakly, "I was wrong too. My dad died, but I didn't expect my stepfather to be a father too. I've been completely screwed over."

As they were talking, four security guards rushed into the logistics office. Under the supervisor's guidance, they pounced on the player. The player apologized and surrendered, but was still pinned to the ground with his hands tied behind his back.

The security captain said, "If you deliberately damage company property using violent means without cause, we will hand you over to the judicial authorities."

Player: "I was wrong, I apologize, I will compensate you, I just didn't control my emotions."

The security captain said, "If you are unable to control your emotions and deliberately damage company property using violent means, we will transfer you to a mental hospital."

Player: What?
The player was immediately taken away, shouting, "Let Ita remember me, my name is Spring Breeze."

Ding Shi found it somewhat amusing and said, "We also have someone in our department named Qiufeng."

Several pairs of eyes turned to Ding Shi. Ding Shi looked at his supervisor with a puzzled expression, and the supervisor looked back at Ding Shi with a puzzled expression: "We don't have an employee named Qiu Feng in our department."

This statement immediately divided the group into player and non-player factions. Apart from Ding Shi, there were one male and two female players in the logistics department, while the rest were non-players.

The male player said, "Manager, have Qiufeng deliver some documents to the boss's office."

The supervisor flatly denied it: "I didn't."

The male player asked, "Manager, is there 13 people in our department including you?"

The supervisor denied it: "Including me, there are 11 people in the department."

The three players exchanged glances, and the female player tentatively asked, "Manager, do you know Chunfeng?"

The supervisor looked at the female player as if she were a monster: "I know her, wasn't she just taken away by security?"

Ding Shi deduced that those eliminated by the rules would become non-existent, so he asked, "Where's the last person? When I arrived at the department, I saw 12 people." This ruled out Qiu Feng.

The supervisor shook his head, not understanding what Ding Shi was talking about. Ding Shi and the two players looked around and found an empty desk.

The female player suddenly thought of something and whispered, "He was sent to the 90th floor to deliver something, and he never came back."

The male player said, "He was eliminated by the rules of the 90th floor."

Supervisor: "Ding Shi (7-9 PM)."

Ding Shi: "Here."

Supervisor: "Didn't you say you wanted to work?"

Ding Shi: "I've decided to hesitate for a while."

The main line: "Give this box of tea to the boss of Happy Company on the 90th floor."

Ding Shi reluctantly walked to the supervisor's office, picked up a box of tea, and the supervisor instructed him: "The 90th floor is under renovation, and there are construction materials everywhere. Today is Sunday, there is no construction, and the lighting is dim, so be careful."

Ding Shi: "Sunday? Why do I have to work?"

Supervisor: "You're a corporate slave."

Ding Shi: "Thank you for the compliment, but actually I feel like I'm worse than an animal."

The supervisor patted Ding Shi on the shoulder with appreciation: "You young man, you have a very accurate understanding of your own position."

Ding rolled his eyes, left, took the elevator, and entered the elevator.

The rule for this personal elevator is: Do not make noise exceeding 60 decibels.

As the elevator ascends, Ding Shi uses the elevator mirror to see a handsome reflection of himself: "So handsome, and my girlfriend is cheating on me? Would anyone believe it if I told them?"
The elevator slowed down, nearing the 90th floor, and then a female ghost collapsed. Her head was level with Ding Shiping's, her hair was disheveled, and her face was deathly pale. She said, "We've reached the 90th floor."

Ding Shi poked the female ghost's eyes with two fingers, but it wasn't a ghost; it was a puppet.

Upon seeing the elevator rules, Ding Shi guessed that the dog system was going to play a scare tactic. Otherwise, why would the personal elevator rules state not to make noise at 60 decibels? Did he think he could sing in the elevator?
I stepped out of the elevator and into the waiting room. The lighting in the waiting room was bright, illuminating the darkness outside. On the snow-white wall of the waiting room, the rule for this floor was written in blood-red letters: Do not look back.

Demons and monsters, evil spirits and crooked paths! Ding Shi strode out of the waiting room and found that there were indeed many building materials on the ground: bricks, sand, tiles, wires, and so on. The indoor lighting was dim, equivalent to the light emitted by an emergency power supply after a power outage.

As soon as he stopped, Ding Shi felt a cold breeze blowing on his neck, accompanied by eerie ghost movie music.

Ding Shi walked forward, stood at attention, and turned to the left to ensure that his head and body turned at the same time. Out of the corner of his eye, he seemed to catch a glimpse of a red dress, the same red dress as the puppet in the elevator.

As he walked forward, it felt as if ice was biting his earlobe, a tingling sensation mixed with coldness. Ding Shi reached back to grab at it, but only grasped at air.

Take a deep breath and keep walking forward. There's the office of Deputy General Manager Wang, the office of Deputy General Manager Zhang, and the general manager's office at the very back.

There was no secretary, no one else. Ding Shi turned right and knocked on the door.

A middle-aged man's voice came from inside: "Please come in."

Ding Shi pushed open the door and entered. The office was poorly lit, with the brightest light coming from a desk lamp on the desk, where a middle-aged man wearing glasses sat.

The man's head reads: General Manager of Kaixin Company.

The man put down his pen and glanced behind Ding Shi. Ding Shi was almost led astray by him and cursed inwardly.

Seeing that Ding Shi hadn't fallen for the trick, the man asked, "What is it?"

Ding Shi looked at the man for two seconds and asked, "I'm an employee of Happy Company on the 80th floor. May I ask where the boss of Happy Company is?"

The man asked with a smile, "Don't I look like the boss?"

Ding Shi said, "Where is the boss? I still have work to do." Such tricks can only harm good-natured babies like Chunfeng. Having had enough of the dog system's beatings, Ding Shi now has eight hundred tricks up his sleeve.

A general manager might be the boss, a president might also be the boss, or they might not be the boss at all; it depends on the company's operating style. Ding Shi wouldn't be swayed by the man's preconceived notions, and he noticed an interesting phenomenon: functional NPCs didn't seem to lie.

The man wasn't angry and said, "The boss is in the planning department's public women's restroom. That's the only restroom that's currently usable."

Ding Shi turned left, then left again, turning her back to the man. The man behind Ding Shi said, "Beautiful lady, would you like to have some tea together? Are you bleeding? You shouldn't follow him anymore."

Ding Shi left without a word. If he turned back, he would see the man on the phone. The man hadn't deceived anyone, and he would be eliminated. This was the pit dug by the dog system, which Ding Shi called the Ita Pit. The Ita Pit had two characteristics: varying depths and appearing everywhere.

Ding Shi searched meticulously and found the planning department. The thing behind him began to speak to Ding Shi. At first, it was terrifying ghost language, then it was bewitching color glaze, then it was vulgar insults, and now it was vicious denigration.

Ding Shi completely ignored its existence and walked into the women's restroom. All four stalls were closed.

Ding Shi asked, "Is the boss in?"

no answer.

Ding Shi asked, "Is the boss in?"

Still, no one answered.

Ding Shi pushed open the first cubicle; no one was there. The second cubicle—still no one. The third cubicle—also no one.

Ding Shi pushed open the fourth cubicle and found the door locked. So Ding Shi knocked on the door: "Boss, could you please open the door?"

There was no response from inside.

Ding Shi tried three times in a row, but still received no response.

Ding Shi's first battle plan was to climb into the compartment, but his actions might violate the rules, and without the Force's support, he was unsure of the door's sturdiness, which could lead to an accident.

Operation Plan Two...

Ding Shi kicked open the cubicle door and saw a beautiful female boss dressed very little. She was sitting on the toilet seat with her head tilted back, seemingly unconscious.

Above his head: Boss of Happy Company.

The unconscious posture was alluring, and with so little clothing, few men could resist taking advantage of her. In a nearly deserted company, in a women's restroom stall, direct contact was possible without needing to undress—she had every advantage at her disposal.

Ding Shi, being a mortal, was no exception to the norm, and the next second he made physical contact with the female boss. He slapped her on the left cheek and retaliated with a slap on her right cheek. The female boss did not respond; the normal procedure at this point would have been to carry her out and provide first aid.

Ding Shi's method was to stuff the tea leaves into the female boss's hand, then turn right and leave.

After taking only a few steps, the female shop owner's voice came: "Save me, please save me, my medicine is in my pocket." Her voice was weak and pleading, enough to break the heart of almost any male animal.

Ding Shi's first thought was pockets. He was only wearing a breast wrap on his upper body and a work skirt on his lower body. Where would he get pockets?

Ding Shi's curiosity was piqued. After all, the only rule was that you couldn't turn back. He figured it would be okay to check, right? He had just checked and nothing happened.
Ding Shi turned back, his pupils contracting – the female boss of pit 4 was gone. Ding Shi was somewhat bewildered; could the NPC possess some strange ability?

Ding Shi couldn't help but take a step back. Just as he lifted his left foot, he found that his heel hit something, causing his center of gravity to shift backward. Falling down meant turning around.

To be finished.

With this thought in mind, Ding Shi gritted his teeth, gathered his strength in his left foot, took a step back with his left foot, and stood firmly on his feet.

Ding Shi pulled his foot back, turned around, and saw the female boss lying on the ground. It was her thigh that almost made him fall.

As I've said, even rules must respect basic logic.

The scene should go like this: He turns around, the female boss wakes up, cries for help, and quietly crawls out and lies down.

Ding Shi squatted down in front of the female boss, wondering two things: First, where's the pocket? Second, if a player really tried to take advantage of the female boss, where would Ita dig the hole?
Footsteps sounded outside the door. Ding Shi hid himself in compartment number 4 and left the door slightly ajar.

Through the crack in the door, Ding Shi saw a male player enter the restroom, seemingly also there to deliver goods. The male player squatted down, and after a moment of internal struggle, his hands roamed over the female boss's body, slipping inside her bra. The female boss responded with sounds. The male player then lay on top of her and began kissing her.

Ding Shi thought he was going to see a 404 error, but instead he saw the female boss's hands, which were infatuated with him, placed on the male player's face. With a forceful movement, she turned the male player's head to one side.

The male player suddenly realized what was happening and disappeared without even uttering a curse.

Ding Shi was extremely fortunate that if he touched the female boss while she was unconscious, she would twist his hands behind his back and force his head to turn to one side.

This type of pit isn't a typical Ita pit; it's more like a fishing spot.

The female boss stood up, pushed aside stall number 4, and faced Ding Shi, their eyes locked. Unlike her previous alluring demeanor, the female boss's eyes were like those of a venomous snake, but Ding Shi did not back down; he had seen all sorts of waves before.

The female boss asked, "Who are you?"

Ding Shi ignored her, walked out of the stall, turned around, and headed towards the restroom door. The female shop owner followed behind Ding Shi: "Who are you? Why are you here? Where's my coat?..."

Our company's NPCs don't seem to harbor much malice towards our players, but NPCs from other companies do. However, it's unclear whether this applies to all other companies or just these two NPCs on the 90th floor. The NPCs also have their own rules; the female boss cannot make you turn her head through physical contact, but if you initiate contact, she can make you turn her head through physical contact.

In conclusion: If you don't do it, you won't die.

Ding Shi returned to the 80th floor, stepped out of the elevator, and his phone rang, displaying an unknown number. It was the same call he received after finishing work last time.
