Chapter 32 Two Proposals
The first proposal: The community will issue 1000 minutes of visa time to all players every day.

Second proposal:
All players in the community are required to contribute 5% of the visa time earned in the game to the community support fund.

The community support fund will provide all players with a minimum living allowance based on a standard of '80 minutes of visa time per person per day'.

If the visa time is not used up on the same day, the remaining visa time will be returned to the community security fund; if it is exceeded, the remaining visa time will be made up by paying for it out of pocket.
