July 20th marked the end of the first semester at Haneoka High School.

Matsueda Jun continued on his way, carrying the bucket, and Mochizuki Haruka walked up to him from behind.

"That would mean less time to talk to Songzhi."

The girl spoke in a nonchalant tone, her gaze always fixed on the boy. Matsueda Jun could only occasionally pull her towards him to prevent this careless girl from bumping into someone.

Upon reaching the sink, she turned on the low faucet specifically for cleaning. Amidst the rushing water, Mochizuki Haruka tossed a rag into the bucket, then squatted down in front of the boy, staring blankly at the bucket.

Mochizuki looked up at him, then looked down at the splashing water. "I was listening to the lecture; I just glanced at you when I was bored."

This is a lie. She has been stalking Matsueda Jun intensely at school recently, just to verify whether her aunt's suspicions are true or false. Jun Matsueda shook his head. "That's not necessarily true. We might see each other in the hallway later."

With just a glance and a simple greeting, Yamami Maki smiled as she walked past Mochizuki Haruka. The girl followed the boy toward the classroom, turning back to watch the figure disappear around the corner.

Back in the classroom, Mochizuki Haruka picked up a towel floating in the bucket, wrung it out slightly, and began wiping the glass of the back doors and windows.

"Thank you for your help, Matsueda-kun~" Another girl's voice sounded behind her. Mochizuki Haruka moved the rag aside and looked at the reflection in the clean glass surface. It was Tomatsu Tomoka standing next to Matsueda Jun.

"Tell me if the water gets dirty later, and I'll change it." Jun Matsueda waved his hand and walked towards the boys who were fighting with brooms.

Almost forgot about this guy. Mochizuki Haruka turned her head and looked at Tomatsu Yuka standing behind her. The two looked at each other.

"What brings you here?" Tomatsu Tomoka's smile vanished, her tone becoming distant.

"." Mochizuki Haruka turned her head and continued wiping the image of the lone girl on the glass with a rag.

When will Tomatsu Yuka find out? She waited with a wicked sense of anticipation.

I hope I can see this guy's expression with my own eyes when the time comes.

The cleaning ended half an hour later. Jun Matsueda pushed his bicycle out of the school gate and waved goodbye to Tomoka Tomatsu and Haruka Mochizuki behind him.

The girls watched the boy's figure disappear into the sunlight; it was time for the two to go their separate ways.

Tomatsu Yuka glanced at the black sedan parked by the roadside and walked in the opposite direction.

"Tomatsu".

A cool voice sounded behind her, and Tomatsu Yuka turned around to look at the girl standing by the car.

Mochizuki Haruka smiled at her, her expression gentle and friendly.
