The Japanese, however, possessed evidence against Mossad, and Rothschilds had a history of conflict with John. Now, they were in a bind—even if they weren't directly involved, they were still implicated! Explaining their involvement was impossible unless they could provide evidence proving they had nothing to do with it, which was simply impossible.

“John, I also know about the situation in Japan. This time, the White House and the Rothschild family asked me to talk to you.
