I summoned the Fourth Scourge in Warhammer

Chapter 261 Surrounded by a burly man

Chapter 261 Surrounded by a Hundred Strong Men
Thor's instinctive survival instinct made him jerk his head back, a move that saved his life. Licartel's blade, with a sickening scraping sound, tore through his Terminator helmet, but only grazed the skin of his cheek, rather than slicing open half his head.

Even so, a piercing pain still shot through him; the venom clinging to the blade was beginning to seep in. Only then did Thor fully realize what was happening. His eyes widened in fury, and a bestial roar erupted from his throat: "Beast!"

Without any hesitation, Thor's Stormblaster in his left hand roared, unleashing a torrent of explosive projectiles. Normally, after completing the "decapitation," the Hive's agent would immediately re-emerge and retreat, making it impossible for Thor to catch it.

However, this Licat made an unexpected move—instead of retreating, it charged forward, facing the flash of Thor's Stormblaster!
The reason is simple: at the moment it swallowed EGO's head, the Hive Will's consciousness, through Lycat's brain, experienced a startling blank.

The human commander's mind was completely empty, a void! It was like a newborn baby... no, even babies have some primal instincts and memories. Eating this guy's head was like swallowing a tube of nutrient solution!

In a flash, the Hive Will understood: how could it guarantee that the other officers going to their deaths wouldn't be like EGO, their minds blank and unable to provide any useful information? There was no guarantee! The only way was to kill the blue Astartes in front of them; this guy must know the exact location of the two supreme commanders.

Thor felt a sharp dizziness, numbness at his wounds, followed by a burning pain, and his limbs began to stiffen. He immediately realized that this was the damned neurotoxin at work, and its potency far surpassed any he had ever seen.

He realized that he was likely to die here today. But he didn't give up. Instead, taking advantage of the fact that the poison hadn't fully taken effect, he charged forward. His left hand's Stormblaster continuously spewed out tongues of deathly fire, while his right hand, encased in a power gauntlet, slammed down towards Ricard with a whistling sound.

However, the neurotoxins ultimately affected his judgment and speed. The strenuous exercise accelerated the spread and effectiveness of the toxins, making his movements sluggish and his body no longer obeying commands.

The punch was easily dodged by Ricard with an uncanny movement, his scythe-like limbs raised high again, ready to finish off Thor. At this critical moment, a dozen explosive shells, accompanied by sharp whistling sounds, came hurtling in from outside the door, landing precisely around Ricard, forcing him back and interrupting his fatal attack.

It turned out that when the Terminators from the First Company heard the sound of explosive guns coming from their company commander's room, they immediately realized something was wrong and rushed in without hesitation, saving their company commander's life in time.

"Alien!" The enraged Terminator warriors roared deafeningly. Clad in heavy terracotta armor, they charged towards the audacious Licat like a steel torrent, determined to tear it to pieces.

Thor struggled to warn that there was something wrong with this Licat and that he must not act rashly! But the neurotoxin had already taken full effect, and his vision blurred. His massive body crashed to the ground, and his consciousness gradually faded into darkness.

Meanwhile, Li Yongsi finally found a job to do. He immediately picked up his toolbox, rushed to Thor's side, extended his mechanical arm, and began to perform emergency repairs on Thor's Terminator armor, attempting to inject an antidote in an effort to snatch his company commander's life from the clutches of death.

Meanwhile, the Terminator warriors charged relentlessly towards Licarta. Their explosive guns spat fire, and their power gauntlets and chainsaw gauntlets swung with terrifying force.

However, the Lycat, personally controlled by the Hive's will, possessed agility and exquisite manipulation far beyond ordinary imagination. It moved like a ghost among the cumbersome Terminators, each dodge perfectly timed, each counterattack utterly deadly.

The ripples of psionic energy spread silently, weakening their reactions. One Terminator had barely raised his bombardier when Licat's sharp limbs pierced his breastplate; another warrior had his joints severed with lightning speed, his heavy body crashing to the ground. The Hive's killing machine was reaping the lives of these human elites one by one in the most brutal and efficient way. The heavier the casualties, the more resolute the Terminators' determination became! These battle-hardened Space Marines had faced countless terrifying Xenomorphs, but the speed, power, and cunning displayed by this Licat before them had reached unprecedented heights.

They knew perfectly well that, apart from their elite warriors clad in Terminator armor, no one on Plantim could pose a real threat to such a terrifying Tyranid creature. Even if it meant the First Company was wiped out, they had to kill it here; they couldn't let it continue to wreak havoc! Their roars echoed through the command room as every soldier, with a death wish, charged fearlessly towards Licarta, forming an iron wall with their own flesh and blood.

Li Yongsi anxiously busied himself around Thor, watching as the soldiers of the First Company fell one after another. The massive terracotta armor crashed to the ground, but it only left the Licat with some scorch marks and shallow wounds, far from enough to kill it.

The antidote in his hand, regardless of its formula, was completely ineffective against this particular neurotoxin. Thor's breathing grew weaker and weaker, and his heartbeat became irregular. Time seemed to drag on endlessly, each second feeling cruel and agonizing.

In his anxiety, Li Yongsi's gaze swept over his toolbox, finally settling on an inconspicuous corner. He gritted his teeth and made up his mind: "I'll try anything, even if it's a long shot!"

He pulled an old-fashioned wooden box from the depths of his toolbox, and took out a pill that emitted a faint fragrance—a Resurrection Pill from the Legend of Sword and Fairy. He pried open Thor's jaw and stuffed the Resurrection Pill into his mouth.

The moment the Resurrection Pill slid down Thor's throat, the battle in the command room came to an end. The last Terminator of the First Company let out a final, tragic roar before Licarta ripped through his breastplate, his massive body crashing to the ground, lifeless.

Licat's cold compound eyes swept across the corpses scattered on the ground, then locked onto Li Yongsi, the only one still standing, and Thor lying on the ground. It hissed and pounced like a predator, ready to kill Li Yongsi first, and then extract the information it craved from Thor's memories.

However, just as Likat was about to pounce on Li Yongsi, Saul Invictus, who should have been completely unconscious, suddenly raised his hand. His giant hand, covered by a power gauntlet, grabbed Likat's forelimb with incredible speed and power! His eyes, which were bloodshot from the poison, suddenly shone with unprecedented clarity and determination.

Looking at the horrifying scene of corpses and blood in the command room, and at his most loyal and bravest brothers-in-arms who had fallen in pools of blood to protect him, Thor's heart bled.

He should have immediately ordered his men to retreat, so that at least a few, including himself, would have died! But he knew even more clearly that if this Licatt was determined to kill him, how could his other fighting brothers possibly stand idly by? Even if he gave them a death order, they might not obey!

For Space Marines, the shame of abandoning their comrades and running away is a hundred times worse than death.

A beastly growl escaped Thor's throat, a mixture of extreme pain and rage. With all his might, he held Licarte tightly, giving him no chance to escape.

"For the Emperor! Detonate the nuclear bomb!"
