Even Hu Ge's portrayal of Mei Changsu makes one wonder: without Hu Ge, could there still be such a vivid, lifelike, and touching Mei Changsu?

Although Liu Tao didn't quite fit the character, his portrayal of Princess Nihuang was still outstanding. He perfectly combined the fortitude of a soldier with the tenderness of a woman, making each appearance a refreshing surprise.

If Jiangsu Yingyao were to play Princess Nihuang, given her current immature acting skills, she probably wouldn't be able to grasp the role.
