Dao Qi Wu Zang Guan Guan: I became a Daoist Master in the 1990s
Chapter 167 The Three Internal Organs Shed Turbidity, the Furnace Connects the Three Elixirs, the In
Chapter 167 The Three Internal Organs are cleansed of impurities, the furnace connects the three elixirs, and the inner landscape is revealed!
Shenxian Mountain, Wuzang Temple.
The broken walls and ruins remain, and the familiar desolate atmosphere permeates every inch of the air.
Standing on the ruins of this place of origin of tragedy, Qi Yun's mind had not yet fully recovered from the earth-shattering calamity in the furnace, but the scene before him was already fixed on that dark and ancient alchemy furnace.
The furnace stood silently, yet it was no longer an inanimate object.
The jade slip contained all the massive amount of Yin and Yang energies it had plundered.
On the furnace body, the ancient runes that had been blurred and dimmed by the passage of time and were almost worn smooth are now starting from the furnace base, one after another, resolutely and steadily lighting up.
The light was not dazzling or intense; rather, it was extremely restrained, a deep and serene starlight that conveyed an indescribable sense of vastness and weight.
Each rune that lit up was like a deep heartbeat, echoing across this desolate ruin.
hum!
A deep hum emanated from the furnace, no longer the rigid vibration of metal, but containing a profound rhythm that was hard to describe and full of vitality, like the breath of the earth nurturing its spiritual veins.
Immediately, wisps of pure air, as timid as a newborn infant, drifted out from the lid of the stove.
At first, it was as thin as a cicada's wing, ethereal and uncertain, seemingly there yet not there.
Immediately, it became thick and viscous at a speed visible to the naked eye, turning into a milky white liquid mist. Instead of rising, it spread and expanded silently in all directions like a living tide.
Where the white mist passed, strange phenomena suddenly appeared.
The broken beams, shattered bricks, and crumbling foundations, as if immersed in some clear solution, began to blur and fade rapidly at the edges, gradually revealing a translucent texture that was a mixture of reality and illusion.
It was as if a skillful hand had gently lifted it from the heavy foundation of reality, and it floated above a hazy, vast white expanse.
Time seemed to have been stripped of its strength, falling into an absolute stillness, with everything frozen in the moment between dissipation and extinction, permeated with an ethereal and mysterious silence.
Qi Yun stood quietly in the mist, and unconsciously, his aura subtly merged with the changing world around him.
His mind was in turmoil, and his thoughts raced: "The jade slip forcibly plundered the Yin and Yang energies and poured them back into this furnace. What kind of existence is this furnace?"
"The ruins of the Five Internal Organs Temple—should they be rebuilt at this moment?"
He suppressed his turbulent emotions and waited to see how things would unfold.
However, after the white mist spread to a certain extent, transforming most of the ruins into that semi-transparent, illusory state, the momentum of its transformation gradually slowed down.
After waiting for a long time without any further dramatic changes, Qi Yun decided to first examine the changes he had experienced after this ordeal.
His mind sank into his body.
Upon introspection, one immediately sees a completely different scene within the dantian.
The original thirty-three streams of milky-white true qi that were flowing and surging have now increased to forty-two streams!
Not only has the quantity increased significantly, but each strand of true qi has become more condensed, pure, and profound. As it flows and surges, it faintly emits the clear sound of a mountain stream, its inner radiance is extraordinary and wondrous.
The breadth and depth of the entire Qi Sea have expanded more than twice compared to before, revealing its immense potential.
The most astonishing changes are in the six internal organs.
The realm of receiving ordination involves refining the five internal organs to strengthen the foundation and cultivate the original essence, storing essence and absorbing qi; while the realm of shedding turbidity involves cleansing the channels of transformation of the six viscera, removing the turbidity and stagnation accumulated over the years, so that the qi mechanism can operate smoothly and without obstruction, and yin and yang can be in harmony.
At this moment, he clearly "saw" that three of the six internal organs had been completely cleansed and transformed!
The gallbladder and internal organs are now as clear and pure as crystal, allowing the fierce energy to flow naturally.
This organ is the "official of impartiality," responsible for making decisions.
At this moment, he was filled with courage and a fearless, decisive and resolute spirit that arose from his heart and permeated his whole body, making him more steadfast in his beliefs and faith. External evils and distracting thoughts could not invade him, and his mind was as steady as a rock, enabling him to make decisions in the face of events.
The stomach and intestines are also refreshed, with a gentle and mellow luster subtly flowing between them as they move.
This organ is the "official in charge of granaries," responsible for receiving and digesting ripe grains and water.
Now its absorption and transformation power has become extremely strong, as if it has become a highly efficient furnace. In the future, whether it eats ordinary food or spiritual pills, its effects will be greatly enhanced.
The small intestine, known as the "receiving organ," is responsible for separating the clear from the turbid.
At this moment, its ability to differentiate the subtle and separate the pure from the impure is greatly enhanced, enabling it to absorb the essence of food and water more exquisitely and completely separate the waste and toxins, making its detoxification and purification capabilities far superior to those of the past.
As the three viscera complete their transformation, the physical body receives nourishment from the vast true qi and the pure qi of the internal organs.
The muscle fibers are denser and tougher, and the bone density is greatly increased. When you clench your fist, you can feel the immense power contained within.
The body is light yet explosive, with sharp hearing and eyesight, and the five senses are heightened to a new level. The subtle rolling sound of dust in the wind in the distance and the mysterious flow of the mist around the body are clearly discernible, and the world presents an unprecedented level of delicacy and layering.
With a slight thought, he tried to summon the jade slip.
A phantom image appeared before my eyes.
On the third page, the phantom of a pill furnace is rapidly becoming solid and clear, transforming from its original almost transparent and blurry appearance. Every curve and every pattern on it is exactly the same as the real pill furnace emitting white mist in front of us.
There seems to be a mysterious resonance and close connection between the two that transcends distance, one illusory and one real, echoing each other.
Just now.
The humming sound of the real alchemy furnace in front suddenly rose higher, becoming incomparably clear and melodious, piercing through the clouds and splitting rocks! On the furnace body, all the ancient runes that were lit up simultaneously burst out with a brilliant but not dazzling light, like the Milky Way in the night sky suddenly lighting up!
An indescribable, overwhelming vitality and creative power were conceived and accumulated from the deepest part of the furnace, and finally erupted with a roar!
The next moment, the furnace lid was not opened mechanically, but rather vanished silently like ice melting into water, revealing the deep and unfathomable furnace opening beneath.
"boom!"
A thick, condensed beam of light, as solid as jade, shot into the sky from the furnace opening!
The beam of light instantly tore through the seemingly eternally frozen, somber, and oppressive dark sky above the Immortal Mountain!
It was as if millions of glass mirrors were shattered simultaneously by a tremendous force!
The dark, heavy sky was violently struck by this domineering yet vibrant cyan beam of light, creating countless crisscrossing, spiderweb-like cracks.
Warm and pure sunlight poured down from countless cracks like a golden waterfall, instantly dispelling the deathly silence and gloom, and illuminating the entire ruins of Wuzang Temple without reservation!
Its daybreak!
Warm light shines in all directions, coating every inch of land, every ruin, and every grain of dust with a vibrant, warm, and hopeful golden halo.
The milky white mist that shrouded the ruins began to violently churn, contract, and condense under the fusion and agitation of the vast sky light and the blue beam of light!
The towering cyan beam of light completed its mission and began to fall, with the vast white mist following suit, like rivers flowing into the sea.
The whole scene resembled a master craftsman with unparalleled skill and control over creation, using heaven and earth as an anvil and light and mist as a hammer and chisel to begin reshaping this world.
The scenery changes rapidly, and the light and shadow flow endlessly.
Under Qi Yun's unwavering gaze, the ruins vanished as if time had reversed, the rubble merging into the light mist, reforming, coalescing, and rebuilding...
Finally, all the strange phenomena subsided, the light faded, and the fog dissipated.
What appeared before Qi Yun was no longer a dilapidated, lifeless ruin, but a quiet, ancient courtyard that exuded a faint spiritual glow.
The courtyard is paved with bluestone slabs that have been polished by time, and lush, vibrant moss grows in the gaps.
Surrounded by a seemingly simple yet naturally elegant bamboo fence, several unnamed emerald vines gracefully climb the fence, adorned with a few delicate and pure white flowers, emitting a refined and tranquil fragrance that soothes the soul.
In the center of the courtyard stands the ancient and mysterious black alchemy furnace, which has become even more ancient and profound, and has returned to its original simplicity. All the runes on the furnace body have disappeared again, and it stands silently with a deep and quiet demeanor.
Almost at the same time, the solidified illusory image of the alchemy furnace on the third page of the jade slip suddenly shone brightly, transforming into a stream of light that instantly entered Qi Yun's ancestral aperture between his eyebrows!
"Buzz!"
Qi Yun's body trembled violently, as if an invisible giant axe had cleaved his brow, and a cool, vast power, yet carrying the pain of creation, surged in.
The upper dantian and the ancestral aperture between the eyebrows suddenly opened up!
Immediately, a phantom image pierced through the upper, middle, and lower dantian!
A phantom image of an alchemy furnace stood majestically within Qi Yun's body!
The furnace feet are deeply rooted in the lower dantian, beneath which the Crimson Hunting Fire Elixir burns fiercely!
The furnace body is located in the Crimson Palace Qi Sea, where forty-two streams of true Qi are surging; the top of the furnace is located precisely within the ancestral aperture between the eyebrows that was just "split open".
It's as if a whole new world has been created within this small space, with divine radiance flowing and purple mist swirling around it.
On the third page of the jade slip, beneath the image of the alchemy furnace, two characters also appeared:
interior!
Qi Yun's mind jolted, as if he had suddenly realized something.
The inner vision is neither illusion nor delusion; it is the inner world manifested when a practitioner has a profound foundation in the Tao and a perfect spiritual light.
The Daoist Canon states: "Cultivating the Dao is cultivating the mind; observing the mind is observing the Dao. When the inner vision is clear and bright, supernatural powers will naturally arise."
The inner realm is truly a place where the spirit dwells and the mind resides. It is the foundation for practitioners to comprehend the profound and understand the truth, and to refine their supernatural powers. It is also a reflection of one's personal path of cultivation.
Cultivators here nurture their origins, refine all laws, and even glimpse the rules of heaven and earth, with lotus blossoms blooming at every step, a mystery beyond words.
Logically speaking, Qi Yun is currently only at the Transformation Realm, his spirit and energy are not yet pure, and he has no power to break through the Heavenly Gate between his eyebrows, let alone open up his own inner realm.
He suddenly looked up at the small courtyard that had been rebuilt from the ruins.
An unbelievable conjecture suddenly popped into my mind.
"Could it be... that this entire temple is not a real place in the mountains and wilderness, but a long-lost inner landscape?"
And that alchemy furnace actually possessed the power to reverse life and death, to rekindle one's inner light, reviving this already dead state, and then... forcibly shoved it into my hands?
It should be understood that the so-called "inner landscape," although called "land," is not actually a real mountain or river, but a spiritual realm constructed by divine will and illuminated by the light of the mind. It is a realm of contemplation, where reality and illusion are intertwined, and it is not between the inside and outside.
Although Qi Yun used this place as a transit point when crossing between the two worlds, it was a real physical crossing.
If this place is truly an inner scene, then is he currently being reflected by his primordial spirit, or is his true body residing in the world?
The moment I thought of this, I felt that it was hard to distinguish between reality and illusion, and that truth and falsehood were intertwined.
What stirred his heart even more was that this interior was not the place of birth, but the place of rebirth after death.
It once vanished, like the end of the Great Dao and the return of all things to nothingness; but now it has attained Nirvana, reappearing from nothingness, cycling through birth and death, transcending the norm.
"Then... who exactly was the former master of this place? Could he really have been a celestial being?!"
