Chapter 281 No! My giant rat tank!
"Holy crap, where did this cannon come from?"

When Andrei saw the cannons exploding in his ranks, he experienced the formidable power of the Black Hawk artillery for the first time.

Before this, he had clearly destroyed at least two enemy artillery regiments with a single barrage of fire, but unexpectedly, the Black Hawk Army was able to gather such a large artillery force again!

Although Andrei couldn't clearly see the specific effects of his artillery fire, based on his analysis of the density of enemy artillery and the accuracy of the player's artillery, he believed that the previous salvo of rockets should have wiped out two enemy artillery regiments!

That's why Andrei was shocked by the Black Hawk Army's grand scale!

It seems they are truly determined to swallow this entire army whole.

After roughly calculating the casualties suffered by the players in this series of battles, Andrei couldn't help but feel slightly ashamed.

If he had led an ordinary Cambrian army, without bringing the entire army, but only a division or so, and charged straight here, he would have been crushed by now.

Of course, if it weren't for the player, Andrei would likely not have been able to break through the enemy's armored forces in the first place.

Although the Black Hawk Army's armored forces were somewhat crippled by the player, if they were to launch an attack against a typical Cambrian army, their armored forces would be an unstoppable steel torrent.

"Have the air force report the positions immediately to guide our artillery!"

While Andrei was busy giving orders, players from other guilds were also directing others.

"Stop focusing on bombing the enemy's soldiers, they're pointless. Let's scout ahead first!"

"Once we turn around, we'll have plenty of opportunities to launch a large-scale bombardment against the enemy!"

After venting his anger, the player suddenly realized a problem: Where did their air force go?

Logically speaking, with such intense fighting on this battlefield, shouldn't only a small number of air forces be rushing this way?

Where are the other air force personnel? They couldn't have gone on a picnic somewhere else, could they?
After checking the players' chat history, he simply asked in the chat group and then figured out that there was another part of the air force that was busy launching a counterattack against the enemy forces in Petrograd.

The Black Hawk forces not only wanted to completely surround Andrei, but at the same time, they also seemed to be using this opportunity to launch a large-scale offensive against Petrograd.

It's unclear whether their attack was a probing strike or a genuine attempt to take the city in one fell swoop, but the Petrograd Front's front lines are already in complete chaos.

The Black Hawk Army has deployed a full six large airship squadrons, which are bombarding the defenses here. At the same time, the players are also rushing to destroy their airships as much as possible.

In addition, it seems another Titan battle has broken out over there...

It seems that the fighting is anything but peaceful on either side!
"Good news! We've located their artillery positions!"

Just then, an Air Force player excitedly reported this, and immediately a marker on the map was transmitted to them.

Almost the instant the marker was transmitted, the artillery players, who were already prepared to launch a counterattack against the enemy, immediately began a fierce bombardment of the distance.

The heavy Andrei's Hammer cannon roared as it blasted heavy shells into the distance.

However, their bombardment seemed to have no effect, as it was blocked by the enemy's Void Shield!

"Wait a minute, where did they get a void shield generator from their exposed positions?"

"This isn't right. Do they have separate Void Shield generators?"

Upon witnessing this scene, both Andrei and the player were shocked by the enemy's advanced technology.

The air force players were also trying to strafe the artillery positions, but the results were not ideal either. A semi-transparent shield covering the artillery positions blocked all attacks.

"Wait a minute, watch out for that giant truck on the enemy's position, what the hell is that thing?"

"If nothing unexpected happens, that thing should be their mobile shield generator!"

Just then, a player noticed something extremely abstract on the enemy's position.

They also described it as not quite clear what it should be called. It looked a bit like a large truck, but with eight mechanical legs extending from the side, and there was a cab at both the front and the back, as if it could be driven in different ways.

This left players somewhat confused: what was the point of such an abstract design? Was it really that difficult to turn around?

Regardless of the circumstances, the enormous energy core above this thing, and the glowing object emitting a shield, are undeniably real.

If that's the case, then this thing must be a large, mobile shield generator.

"What the hell? Am I fighting against some experimental unit of the Black Hawk Empire? Why is there all this weird, high-tech stuff everywhere?"

Andrei was a little stunned. Although he knew that the enemy had a lot of advanced technology, he was still shocked by the strange thing in front of him.

Good grief, does this mean the Black Hawk Army can now charge forward while shielded by the Void Shield?
But then again, why didn't Warhammer 40 come up with something this advanced?

If we could build a large vehicle that could carry a Void Shield and deploy it directly to the surrounding area, wouldn't that make an entire army immune to the enemy's ranged firepower, only able to fight boarding enemies at close range?

Considering the extremely abstract tech tree and tactics of the Warhammer world, and the fact that many technologies there seem to be out of print, Andrei gave a wry smile.

It's safe to say that there's probably more to the story than meets the eye in the Warhammer universe.

"Turn our armored forces around, and have the cavalry charge in that direction at top speed, tear through the enemy lines, and destroy their artillery!"

"The outcome of this war hinges on this! Soldiers, charge!"

Andrei quickly issued orders to the players and also released new missions.

Although this forced him to break through an additional enemy line, which greatly displeased Andrei, he had no choice but to proceed.

Near that artillery position, the commander of the howitzer regiment was reporting to Major General Bush:
"General, we have launched a new round of artillery bombardment here and have successfully drawn General Vorontsov's attention!"

"But if I may be so bold, isn't this a bit too risky? I'm afraid we'll have a hard time stopping them with our existing defenses!"

Major General Bush snorted coldly and said bluntly over the radio:

"We can't worry about that now. We must use this method to wear them down as much as possible so that we can gain a greater advantage in the upcoming war!"

"If nothing unexpected happens, they will likely choose to defend the city of Volkhov against our traditional siege tactics, and we will once again be plunged into a brutal street battle."

"So your mission is very difficult. As long as you can kill as many Cambrian soldiers as possible, it will make things much easier for us in the upcoming war!"

After spouting his motivational platitudes, Major General Bush hung up the phone, leaving the regimental commander on the other end speechless.

Damn it! Aren't we just using them as bait?
Damn it, now he can only hope that his side's cannons will hit the target more accurately, and at the same time hope that the battle mage corps can put in some effort.

Otherwise, even if the soldiers in front of him had already set up a complex trench defense line, he didn't think such a defensive measure could stop the enemy.

Because Andrei's armored unit was so capable of breaking through defenses, he felt as if he were seeing a replica of the Black Hawk armored unit.

To date, this is the first time he has seen a commander outside of the Black Hawk Empire's army who can handle armored forces so skillfully.

Andrei's armored units and cavalry turned and began a fierce charge toward the artillery positions on the other side, but at the same time, some cavalry went to hunt down the battle mages hiding nearby.

No one knew how the Black Hawk Army's battle mages got here; they were all very well hidden, secretly casting spells on them from the woods.

It must be said that the commander of the Black Hawk Army on the other side is also a genius. He actually thought of concentrating the mages and using them as a kind of mobile artillery.

In most cases, the Black Hawk Army groups mages together to cast complex spells that cannot be cast individually.

Such a method, purely for the purpose of using the mage's firepower for concentrated attacks, may not be unique, but it can certainly be considered quite innovative.

Of course, leaving the mage force isolated from the main force in this way is a very risky military operation.

So now a large number of player cavalry, sharpening their swords, charged towards them, ready to quickly kill these mages.

"They're charging into the woods! Quick! Take them down!"

A mage hiding in the woods saw the cavalry rapidly turning in their direction and a look of fear flashed in his eyes.

He had no desire to test whether his spellcasting speed was faster than a cavalryman's saber. The ideal way to deal with such a large cavalry charge was to rely on the machine guns here.

Without the mage giving any instructions, the Black Hawk soldiers hiding in the forest had already set up their machine guns and started firing at the cavalry.

A burst of gunfire rang out, and the cavalry players charging at the forefront immediately fell, a scene that made the Black Hawk soldiers frown.

They felt the kill efficiency was far too low, not matching their impression of the formidable firepower of machine guns!
What's going on? Why haven't the centaur riders fallen even though they've already hit them?

Could there be something fishy about these centaur cavalrymen? Perhaps they're wearing breastplates or other types of armor?

Indeed, some of the female horse riders wore armor, for example, they chose a configuration such as machine gun sentry, and these riders were often at the forefront of the charge.

But that's not the main reason. Because the female horse riders themselves have very high health and strong defense, machine gun bullets that can easily take the lives of infantrymen cannot kill a female horse rider instantly.

As long as the players don't die, their recovery speed is astonishingly fast.

Players riding on the horse girl's back started throwing medkits on the ground, providing a wave of group healing and immediately restoring the damage the horse girl had taken.

Meanwhile, at the rear of the column, a group of female soldiers carrying mortars found a spot, stopped, set up their mortars, and began firing.

It's hard to say whether this maneuver can be considered an upgraded version of the Orphan Vehicle. Although they have to stop while firing, it has to be said that their overall combat capability seems to be stronger than that of the Orphan Vehicle.

The orphan vehicles themselves are not as well-equipped or protected as the other vehicles, and they also require better teamwork between players, but the other vehicles don't seem to have these kinds of problems.

These mortars are practically machine gun killers.

As soon as the machine gun positions hidden in the woods reveal their location, the mortars will quickly lock onto them.

This series of artillery shelling inflicted heavy losses on the Black Hawk troops in the forest, taking away more than a dozen machine guns in one fell swoop.

Their mortar crews, hidden in the woods, also tried to return fire, but with little success.

The horse girls were moving too fast; they couldn't lock onto the enemy artillery positions, let alone kill them with a single shot.

As long as the player isn't killed in one hit, the player's recovery speed will exceed the imagination of all Black Hawk soldiers!

It wasn't until a series of emerald green fire rains suddenly appeared above the horse girl's head, creating a large-scale and horrific burning scene, that the cavalry players suffered their first major casualties.

When these overwhelming magic circles connect in the sky, even players with high mobility will find it difficult to quickly escape this bombing zone.

What's more troublesome is that the damage effects of these spells are simply beyond imagination. Neither the armor on top of the tank nor these players with their considerable health seem to be able to withstand the continuous burning.

Many players were inexplicably killed, and they didn't understand what had happened.

Some players only saw a large green magic circle appear above their heads, followed by an overwhelming rain of green fire, and then they couldn't understand anything else.

The horrific scene of carnage made Andrei's heart pound with fear, and he couldn't help but feel a chill for the players.

He wasn't saddened by the casualties among the cavalry players; he was mainly filled with lingering fear.

Thanks to the latest round of fire rain, it did not fall on their own armored units, and the damage caused by the previous fire rain was not too serious.

Otherwise, his armored forces might be completely wiped out by this thing. No tank can withstand its overwhelming attack; only the giant rat has any hope of holding on!

"Damn it, how come I never noticed before that this Abyss Mage has such powerful damage output?"

Andrei recalled with slight surprise, then realized the problem:
He had never seen so many abyss mages being used in such a concentrated manner before!

In the past, when he dealt with these battle mages, he usually encountered enemy battle mages fighting alone, or appearing in twos and threes.

Even if there is indeed a rain of fire, it will usually only cover a small area, and it can be easily dodged in advance.

He didn't know whether the Black Hawk Army had realized the weakness of this spell or was trying to create some kind of large-scale magical bombardment.

In any case, the battle mages in front of him, who were concentrated in one group and numbered more than two classes, had indeed caused Andre a great deal of trouble.

Fortunately, the attention of these battle mages seemed to have been completely drawn to the cavalry players, and to be honest, cavalry players weren't really that valuable.

The main problem is that his armored forces can only be recruited through heavy factories, and since he doesn't have any heavy factories around him, these armored forces are temporarily considered rare units.

In contrast, cavalry could respawn from around their banners at any time and then launch an attack on the enemy.

Even if the losses are significant, given these players' ability to earn and squander merit points, they won't care too much. At worst, they'll just go back to finding manual labor jobs.

While the cavalry were busy chasing down the mage group in the woods, Andrei's armored forces began to charge towards the enemy's trenches and anti-tank emplacements.

It has to be said that when people are at war, their tactics improve at an absurdly fast pace.

When Andrei saw the anti-tank trenches and anti-tank cones forming the position in front of him, he was startled for a moment.

He was not only amazed that the Black Hawk Army seemed to have planned this all along, but he was also amazed that the Black Hawk Army had actually managed to come up with this thing!

It's important to understand that this thing is practically ineffective against mechs with walking mechanisms.

They can easily step over it without being restricted by a few anti-tank cones.

In other words, this kind of thing was prepared specifically for the enemy. It seems that the Black Hawk Empire's think tank has already analyzed the tanks here.

Andrei thought with a slight surprise, and at the same time realized once again the closed-mindedness of the Cambrian Empire.

Why didn't he see so many new weapons in the Cambrian Empire? The Cambrian Empire's research and development department is really problematic!

Although it was a difficult situation, Andrei had no choice but to have his armored units take a detour for the time being.

He even tried having the female horse players who rushed up take a wrench to see if they could remove the thing, but the experiment ended in failure.

It seems the engineers have no way to remove this thing; at least, they can't remove it simply by using a wrench.

However, some sappers found that the wrench was not working properly, so they immediately took out explosives and tried to blow it up.

But with a loud bang, the sappers' explosive charges seemed to have little effect, at most shattering an anti-tank cone in front of them, while the rest remained standing proudly.

Although Andrei knew that when armored units flanked, tanks with exposed flanks were very vulnerable to enemy fire, he had no choice but to order the armored units to flank from the side.

However, at the same time, his artillery also launched a barrage of attacks on the enemy's front-line positions.

Although his artillery could not damage the artillery positions behind the Void Shield, at least he could not take down that huge mobile Void Shield in a short exchange of fire.

But if it's just dealing with the unprotected trench position in front of him, he feels it should be fine.

A barrage of artillery fire sent smoke billowing across the battlefield, and massive explosions would occasionally blast away any unfortunate survivors hiding there.

They watched the shelling scene with a hint of fear, not expecting that even after the fighting had reached this point, Andrei's troops could still unleash such fierce artillery fire.

Accompanied by an officer's whistle, a large number of players wearing the Krieg skin launched another fearless charge.

They easily scaled the anti-tank cones, cut through the barbed wire at top speed, and used their own flesh and blood to carve a bloody path through the mines buried in front of the position!
Immediately afterward, disregarding the artillery fire falling overhead, they charged straight to the enemy's position and engaged in fierce fighting with the enemy in the trenches.

When the Black Hawk soldiers, hiding in their bunkers, saw the Krieg soldiers who had braved their own artillery fire to jump into the position, they felt utterly horrified.

Damn it, it's these lunatics again?

I wonder how many lunatics General Vorontsov had under his command, and how he managed to get them to work so hard.
Many Black Hawk soldiers hadn't even had a chance to crawl out of their bunkers when the enemy blocked the entrance with guns.

A burst of concentrated fire often results in one or two players single-handedly clearing an entire bunker.

After all, their appearance was too sudden, and the Black Hawk Army had no chance to react at all.

When everyone is crammed together in a narrow bunker, how many people will have time to fire back?
Relying on this barrage of artillery fire, Andrei managed to suppress most of the anti-tank guns on this position.

Apart from a very few equally reckless madmen, most Black Hawk artillerymen chose to take cover rather than continue firing at the enemy's armored forces amidst a hail of bullets.

This rendered their original defensive plan useless, allowing the enemy's armored forces to encircle them from the flank.

With the combined efforts of armored units and Krieg infantry, Andrei quickly cleared the trench defense zone in front of him.

Immediately afterwards, they drove straight towards the artillery in the distance.

The artillerymen here were still firing at the artillerymen behind Andrei, but just as they were busy firing, they saw a large number of armored vehicles suddenly overturn on the hill in front of them!

"Those bunch of useless idiots up ahead, how did they fight? They promised to buy us time!"

The commander of the howitzer regiment was stunned by the horrifying scene.

He never expected that such a large defensive position, with a reinforced regiment of Black Hawk elite soldiers deployed on it, would be breached by the enemy so quickly!

Isn't this ridiculous?

The other Black Hawk units were still trying to encircle them, but they couldn't keep up with the speed of Andrei's troops; they were too fast.

Those who prided themselves on being masters of blitzkrieg were genuinely ashamed when faced with the speed of movement of Andrei's troops.

When tanks rumble in, the Void Shield, which can only defend against fast-moving targets, is completely ineffective.

They could only watch helplessly as the enemy's armored vehicles drove into the Void Shield's defensive range and then crushed them like behemoths.

Especially the P1000 giant rat tank, which was as big as a mountain. When they saw this behemoth coming towards them, they really felt as if they were being crushed by a mountain.

The artillerymen abandoned their cannons and fled in panic, only to be shot down by machine gun fire.

Not long after, this howitzer regiment was wiped out again by Andrei.

Since the start of the battle, he has already crippled three enemy howitzer regiments and destroyed the vast majority of their artillery.

This is almost equivalent to crippling nearly an entire artillery division of the Black Hawk Army. Even with the vast and powerful Black Hawk Empire, they would find it difficult to withstand such a monstrous loss.

When General Clem, who was in charge of commanding the encirclement and annihilation battle from the rear, heard the staggering number of casualties, he was completely stunned.

He roared into the phone, demanding to know how the division commanders at the front were fighting this battle.
He thought and thought, but he couldn't come up with a solution.

The enemy only has one armored unit, which, when combined, wouldn't exceed one armored corps. How could they achieve such an exaggerated breakthrough capability?
Although his encirclement was still tightening, it was clear to anyone with eyes that Andrei was constantly breaking through his blockade.

If this trend continues, is this battle really going to turn into a bloodbath, with them losing countless troops in order to wear down Andrei's forces?

"No, order the troops at the front to intensify their offensive and fill the gaps with auxiliary troops!"

"I don't believe it. Could it be that this unit has really been blessed by some cold-blooded lady?"

It is precisely because of the heavy losses that General Clem cannot back down.

If they give in now, all their previous losses will be wasted; this is the sunk cost.

When Andrei's soldiers wiped out the enemy's artillery regiment, they also successfully captured the peculiar tank.

Because Andre was very interested in this portable Void Shield, he specifically ordered players to capture as much of the equipment as possible.

Sure enough, the player managed to snatch it intact, even though it was now surrounded by multiple tanks.

Just when the players thought they had captured the equipment, a battle mage standing on the vehicle, who was in charge of operating the Void Shield, suddenly grinned with a crazy smile.

However, because he was wearing a bird-beak mask, the player did not notice the NPC's unusual behavior.

But the next moment, when the players saw the radiant energy core, they instantly realized that something was wrong!

"Holy crap, we've been tricked! This thing is a suicide bomber!"

"Damn it, it's my new car!"

When the energy core exploded, the massive shockwave instantly destroyed several nearby tanks, causing the players to cry out in despair.

Andrei's face turned ashen. He hung up the radio without saying a word, feeling an urge to kill.

What's even worse is that the moment the energy core exploded, more shells came hurtling towards them with a whooshing sound!
This time, only two shells were fired, but these two shells came from Big Belsa!
A shell slammed into the P1000 giant rat, crashing heavily onto the surface of its armored turret.

The immense impact caused the top of the armored turret to crack, and the subsequent explosion further tore the turret apart!

When Andrei saw his giant rat tank destroyed and its heavy turret flying high into the sky, he couldn't help but let out a desperate cry.

"No!!! My rare tank!! Holy crap!"

"Damn it, I swear I will never forgive the Black Hawk Empire!"

Andrei almost burst into tears on the spot. He had managed to get this thing after a long time of trying to take advantage of the free-to-play event.

If we were to unlock it now, it would be incredibly expensive; even if we used all of his existing influence points, we still wouldn't be able to unlock it!
Therefore, this item was truly a rare and irreplaceable piece of equipment for Andrei, and the fact that this rare and irreplaceable equipment was destroyed by the enemy with a single shot really gave Andrei the urge to kill.

A perfectly good Titan unit, just like that, gone!
My land battleship!
"Chase after them! We won't stop until we destroy those two cannons!"

Andrei gave the order with a slightly gloomy expression, but before issuing the mission, he carefully examined the map and ultimately decided against having the armored forces continue the pursuit.

The enemy has already laid a huge ambush here. If he sends his armored forces to pursue them, it is almost certain that all of his tanks will be destroyed in the end.

In comparison...

Andrei then issued a mission, asking the air force players to take them out, preferably by launching a boarding action, jumping onto the enemy's giant cannon, and killing it, or even capturing it!

There was no other way; he could only pin all his hopes on the air force's boarding maneuvers.

As for the army now, Andrei told the player to quickly head towards the city, and that once they entered the Volkhov district, the area would be safe.

Meanwhile, in the city of Volkhov, the two sides engaged in another round of chaotic fighting.

Since none of the air force players were carrying flags, they were unable to set up a respawn point here. Therefore, the players located here had to rely on these air force players to hold off the enemy forces.

However, when the troops defending other areas of Volkhov heard that this area had been recaptured, they sent more men to provide support.

They knew the importance of this main road, and they knew even more that if they wanted General Vorontsov to bring in his armored forces, they had to hold this intersection firmly.

Otherwise, if the enemy were to set up bunkers here again, General Vorontsov and his men would be in trouble.

In an effort to retake the area, the Black Hawk Army, along with a group of Warsaw Nile soldiers, launched several fierce attacks on the surrounding buildings.

Even though the Cambrian soldiers defending this place were poorly equipped and weak in combat, they were still repelled many times because the enemy's tactics were too abstract.

Throwing Molotov cocktails is nothing, they're only effective at close range, but what's with them setting up gasoline drums and then firing those at them like that?

A company was charging forward when suddenly a soldier with red lettering fell from above. Before they could even figure out what was happening, the soldier started charging into their ranks and wielding a greatsword in a whirlwind attack.

After several consecutive attacks, they were repelled by the red-letter warriors who descended from the sky, to the point that the Black Hawk Army developed a psychological aversion to this unfortunate unit.

Many Black Hawk soldiers couldn't help but curse Joan of Arc, wondering why this witch from the Iris Empire had to come here and cause trouble.
Wasn't it enough that the Wuxiao Empire drove them out back then? Why did they have to come here to continue to wreak havoc on them?
But what they didn't know was that Jeanne was also confused about the situation, because she had never thought that the Scarlet Warrior could be used like this.

"Well done, Miss Saintess! Give the red-letter warriors below another resurrection, and let those Black Hawk devils see how powerful we are!"

"Hahaha, I thought these Black Hawk devils were something special, but I didn't expect them to be driven back so easily!"

The Cambrian soldiers hidden inside the building watched with excitement as the red-letter warriors outside were resurrected.

They never dreamed that these red-letter warriors could pull off such tricks, constantly giving the enemy a shock!
Meanwhile, some Cambrian soldiers, caught up in the moment, simply opened the Molotov cocktails and started chugging them directly into their mouths.

Anyway, the main ingredient in this Molotov cocktail is strong liquor, and a lot of white sugar has been added. Although the taste is a bit strange, it's not unpleasant.

Especially when they desperately need some emotional release, these strong liquors become the best choice.

A laughing Cambrian soldier ran over and tried to offer Jeanne a drink, but she refused.

It's not that she can't drink; in fact, Jeanne feels she quite enjoys drinking if given the chance.

But when she saw these guys dismantle the Molotov cocktails and start drinking the highly concentrated liquor inside—a liquor that could ignite at the slightest touch—she decided it was better not to take the risk.

If someone gets alcohol poisoning here, who will control and revive the Red Letter warriors outside?
Moreover, there wasn't even a single medic among these soldiers. If something really happened, she wouldn't know who to ask for help.

Thinking of this, she suddenly looked at the players inside the building and was once again amazed by the Cambrian Empire's pilot training.

At this very moment, the players over there have transformed into medics, treating a large number of wounded soldiers in the Volkhov city garrison.

The lack of both medics and medicines has resulted in a very poor condition for the wounded in Volkhov.

They originally had medical nuns, but in the previous battle, their medical nuns were killed by a traitor, which caused them to completely lose their last medical resources, leaving the soldiers to treat their own wounds.

When the player saw that there were so many wounded soldiers who could be healed, he immediately switched to the medic class and started operating the medic.

Taking advantage of the current opportunity, it couldn't be easier to rack up merits with these wounded soldiers.

In just a short period of treatment, he had already earned enough merit points to buy another airplane. He was absolutely thrilled!
"...Okay, medics, demolitionists, assault troops, artillery, and even marksmen!"

"This is unbelievable! What profession can't these pilots handle? Could they possibly be flying mechs later on?"

The more Jeanne watched, the more amazed she became about the origins of these players.

She was certain that these guys were no ordinary Cambrian soldiers; Cambrian soldiers couldn't possibly possess so many skills.

Even some elite special operations units shouldn't be able to master so many complex skills; it's practically training people to be all-around superhumans!
Thinking about this, Jeanne suddenly became curious about Andrei.

Before this, she couldn't help but wonder why Andrei was able to become a savior-like figure in the end.

But when she saw these soldiers, she felt as if she had witnessed something strange.

She wasn't sure what was going on, but she was almost certain that it was all related to Andrei. Could it be that Andrei had a way to turn soldiers into all-powerful supermen?

Even so, she felt that Andrei might not be able to deal with the demons of hell, and the other abstract monsters.

The more she thought about it, the more curious she became about Andrei's secret. She wanted to know how this savior, whom she considered a golden goose, was able to save the world.
Just then, a burst of cannon fire suddenly came from afar.

Upon hearing the enormous cannon fire, Jeanne immediately realized that something was wrong, because only the Black Hawk Army's Great Belsa Cannon could produce such a sound!

"No way, is it really that brutal?"

She stood up and looked into the distance, trying to make out the scene of battle in the distance, but all she saw was smoke and fire.

It remains to be seen whether Andrei's troops can withstand such a massive cannon.
But then again, since Andrei could become the savior later on, he must have been able to hold on, and the Lord did not give her any additional revelation.

With this in mind, Jeanne calmed herself down and waited quietly for Andrei's troops to break in and support her.

But she didn't know that at that moment, Major General Bush of the Black Hawk Command was far from calm.

Just now, Major General Bush received a very outrageous communication.

"...Wait a minute, just wait a minute! I need a reasonable explanation!"

"The enemy's air force launched a surprise attack on our heavy artillery, but we had deflection shields, so we successfully blocked their attack..."

"But what do you mean by people suddenly falling from their planes, crashing into our artillery, and then self-destructing to summon demons?"

On the other end of the communication line, the Black Hawk communications soldier, who was frantically reporting over the radio, said with a sob in his voice:

"General, we don't know either! Suddenly a guy dressed as a wizard fell down from the sky, and before we could even fire, he exploded!"

"Suddenly, a magical vortex appeared, and then a giant hand suddenly reached out from the vortex, not only turning many of our soldiers into demons, but also bombarding them with spells!"

"What should we do now? We can't hold on any longer!"
