The Fourth Calamity never believed in the steel torrent!

Chapter 326 This is a desperate final charge!

Chapter 326 This is a desperate final charge!
"Holy crap, Corpse Explosion?!"

When players saw a group of Black Hawk soldiers' corpses carrying bombs charging towards them, they were completely bewildered by the scene before them.

The infantrymen charging in front of the tanks quickly opened fire on the corpses, but their shots were not very effective.

Although these resurrected soldiers seem different from ghouls, these walking corpses are still not so easy to kill with a gun.

Rat-a-tat-tat! Rat-a-tat-tat!
Accompanied by a long burst of very distinctive fire, several support soldiers carrying machine guns rushed up.

With these hip-fire machine guns, the players' firepower increased significantly, barely managing to suppress the group of zombies who charged forward carrying bombs.

However, the current war situation is still not good, because at this rate, it will be difficult for them to continue their advance.

If the enemies in front cannot be cleared out quickly, the tanks behind will not be able to continue pushing forward.

The longer the battle drags on, the more enemy troops will be gathered, and the more unfavorable their situation will become.

Some players don't think that much about it. Since they can't kill the enemy with guns, they might as well launch an invincible bayonet charge!
A barrage of bayonets was thrown in, and these resurrected zombies immediately became docile.

Of course, some zombies detonated the explosives in their arms before the players could charge at them with bayonets, resulting in a mutual destruction.

Even so, they still couldn't scare away the players, or rather, the players simply didn't care about dying together.

However, some players noticed something strange. Compared to ghouls, these walking corpses seemed to be easier to kill. The instant-kill effect of their bayonets worked on these guys without needing to select any aiming options.

Of course, in the heat of battle, players don't pay much attention to these issues.

In their view, this might just be a minor bug in some games. Many games experience this kind of situation, such as certain actions causing the character to suddenly freeze, or even the magical sight of battleships flying in the sky.

"What a brave group of soldiers!"

Looking at the Cambrian soldiers who kept launching bayonet charges, stabbing him and his fellow zombies to death, only to perish together with the bombs, Master Heinrich couldn't help but say with some emotion.

"It's a pity that their bravery will not help the war effort in any way. Faced with our offensive, the Cambrian Empire will eventually fall under the endless torrent of steel!"

The colonel stood to the side, somewhat moved, but stubbornly insisted on his words.

Although the war has brought him many surprises and setbacks to his army, he still has great confidence in the final victory.

boom! boom! boom!
Suddenly, the Andrei's Hammer heavy cannon, which had been driven up by players from behind, began to bombard them.

However, unlike before, this batch of Andrei's Hammer shells landed on the front line of the position instead of heading towards the enemy's Void Shield.

While theoretically they could eventually destroy the opponent's void shield with continuous bombardment, doing so would be far too inefficient; they simply didn't have the time.

Since that's the case, let's just use these grenades to clear the way for the infantry who are attacking!

The 203mm shrapnel shells have an extremely devastating effect when they explode on the ground. The crackling steel balls and various fragments can instantly tear everything around them to shreds.

In the blink of an eye, these flying steel balls shattered a group of zombies that rushed forward into pieces. However, the players who were launching an attack were also blown to smithereens by their own teammates' barrage.

"Damn it! I've reported it, I've reported it!"

"Bro, could you at least give me a heads-up next time you're going to bombard us? So I could at least take cover!"

Although the other teammates expressed strong dissatisfaction with the actions of the artillerymen behind them, in this situation, the artillerymen's fierce bombardment to clear the way did indeed bring them considerable help.

After clearing out the zombies, the remaining infantry immediately launched a desperate charge forward.

Even as the enemy's machine guns roared continuously, firing bullets one after another and sending players crashing down on their way, the remaining players still did not give up.

At this moment, even the Black Hawk machine gunners were struggling to keep up; it was the first time they had encountered such a reckless enemy.

Faced with this tactic, many Black Hawk soldiers felt a sense of mental breakdown.

Of course, their mental breakdown might also stem from their fear that after they die, they will be turned into zombies by necromancers behind them.

Watching their comrades fall to the enemy's guns before they could even be checked by the medics, and then being turned into zombies by necromancy, followed by being handed explosives by soldiers behind them, and then carrying the explosives and charging forward, was a rather eerie sight.

While some fanatical Black Hawk soldiers insisted that their comrades died honorably, most Black Hawk soldiers felt the scene was utterly inhumane!
Faced with the players' reckless charge, some Black Hawk soldiers couldn't withstand the onslaught and ran straight back.

However, with a sharp crack of a gunshot, a supervising officer shot and killed the man with his pistol, then shouted to the other soldiers who were trying to escape:
"No retreat! Go back now! Face the enemy!"

"Shoot the cowards! Shoot the cowards!"

Faced with the suppression by these officers and supervisory teams, the soldiers who wanted to withdraw had no choice but to charge forward again.

However, the colonel frowned upon seeing this scene.

He frowned not because he was annoyed that some of his soldiers had deserted; in fact, desertion was quite normal at times like this, given the overwhelming momentum of the enemy's attack.

He frowned at this moment because he knew that the morale of his soldiers was in a very dangerous state!
If this trend continues, these soldiers will probably collapse again soon.

The supervisory team can only help the soldiers' morale barely recover to a passing level, preventing them from collapsing completely, but it is impossible to truly restore them to a state of high morale all at once, let alone make them fight desperately.

If they were truly willing to fight to the death, there would be no need to send out a supervisory team.

Just then, several heavily modified giant gunners crawled up from behind.

These giant gunners were also cyborgs brought by Master Heinrich, and were similarly controlled by his necromancers.

According to Master Heinrich, compared to ordinary soldiers, cyborgs have various disadvantages, but at the same time they also have some advantages that ordinary people do not have at all. One of the biggest advantages is that these cyborgs will never experience a collapse in morale.

After lying on the ground, the giant gunner aimed the heavy mortar on his back at the distance and fired two shots, using this method to suppress the Andrei's Hammer shells that kept falling from the other side.

The Cambrian Empire's artillery did not seem to follow traditional artillery tactics, such as staying at a distance to exchange fire and relying on a continuous stream of firepower to suppress the enemy's artillery.

Their artillery was highly mobile and positioned relatively close to the battlefield to provide support firepower for bombardment.

This tactic can indeed provide more timely support to frontline infantry, but it is not only easy to accidentally injure friendly forces, but it also makes their artillery easily exposed to the range of friendly artillery.

Master Heinrich's current goal is to use these cyborg gunners to suppress the enemy. As long as he can suppress the enemy's artillery fire, he can continue to replicate the endless zombie offensive.

If only zombies exist, these guys are actually not very effective at killing players.

After all, the zombies' movements were too rigid, and they didn't have any means of long-range attack. They could only carry explosive packs and keep rushing upwards, pulling the fuses as soon as they reached their destination.

But when these zombies are paired with other infantrymen who are constantly firing, they perform much better.

Because of these zombies, players can't just keep charging forward; they have to stop from time to time to block the zombies and prevent them from getting into their team.

As a result, the rhythm of the player's assault is always disrupted by the enemy, and the Black Hawk soldiers can get a brief respite from time to time to adjust their firepower.

Amidst the chaos of battle, the slow-moving Mendeleev tanks finally rolled in.

As this massive steel behemoth slowly pressed towards their position, many Black Hawk soldiers couldn't help but feel a chill run down their spines.

Honestly, they would rather this thing moved faster and simply pushed past their own lines than to be slowly and steadily advancing like this!
The mendeleev tanks in front of them were incredibly intimidating, especially when they saw the 180mm heavy cannon aimed at them; all the Black Hawk soldiers couldn't help but feel a chill run down their spines.

boom!
The massive cannons opened fire.

A machine gun emplacement located ahead was instantly blown into the air by the shell, and a Hunter mech that had been brought over by Black Hawk soldiers as support firepower also overturned on the spot because of the shell.

Seeing the Hunter mech struggling on the ground, seemingly able to get back up, the player in the other tank once again aimed the cannon at it and fired a powerful shot!
When the mech exploded and turned into a pile of scrap metal parts, the players inside the tank burst into cheers.

"Charge! Charge! Keep charging! I refuse to believe these zombies can outlast us!"

The crow laughed heartily, its eyes filled with extreme confidence in its own group of Fourth Calamities.

The corpses of your Black Hawk soldiers will eventually run out, and necromancers cannot summon zombies indefinitely; their magic power is also limited.

But we players can keep respawning, and we can even survive to the front line in combat squad mode. After this comparison, the difference between the two sides is immediately obvious!
With this in mind, players no longer care whether the merit points are worthwhile or not, and directly engage in a head-on battle of attrition against the enemy.

Most infantry players treat their heavy tanks as if they were on a specific mission, constantly providing cover for them, because they know that these heavy tanks are rare and cannot be replenished from the factory.

Moreover, even if they wanted to fill the battlefield with other tanks, they had no chance.

Because there are no factories in this area, every single one of their armored vehicles is extremely valuable, and all heavy armored vehicles cannot be replenished or recruited.

Since that's the case, let's use the lives of the infantry to pave a path for the tanks behind us. Anyway, they can keep respawning, and the lives of the infantry are worthless!

Two heavily armored Oglins charged forward, wielding large shields. However, they didn't go very far. After a short distance, they placed their shields on the ground and began firing their heavy machine guns at the enemy.

These two Oglin players were trying to establish two firing points and use continuous crossfire to wear down the enemy.

If we can suppress the enemy with this crossfire, their remaining men will have a much better chance of charging forward.

However, in this chaotic battlefield, even Oglin might not survive for long, especially when the Black Hawk soldiers brought out the Armored Hunter rocket launcher.

With several rockets launched, Oglin, who had just set up his shield, was instantly blown away.

Although they were only seriously injured and not yet killed due to their tenacious vitality, the subsequent rockets that followed finally killed them and forced them to revive.

At some point, several anti-armor teams from the Black Hawk soldiers were all in position, each soldier busily loading the latest rocket launchers and firing them at the charging players.

Their primary target at the moment was the heavy tanks that were slowly approaching in the distance. However, because a large number of players were blocking their way, they couldn't find a suitable angle to fire, so they could only bombard the enemy's cyborg infantry first.

Even now, there are some rather delightful misunderstandings within most of the Black Hawk units.

For example, most people in the Black Hawk Empire now confuse the legendary Imperial Eagle Project in Moscow with the Oglin that appears on the player's side.

Most Black Hawk officers believed that the Oglins were products of Project Eagle of the Empire. After all, in their view, normal humans could never grow into such a form; they must have undergone significant modifications!
"Where has the air force gone? What is our air force busy with?"

"Stop running off to who-knows-where and being a nobody. Hurry up and bombard the enemy's artillery positions, or what use are you guys?"

Some players thought of the Air Force brothers who had gone missing at that moment.

Theoretically, when they faced heavy artillery bombardment from the enemy, these air forces should have launched air raids on the enemy's artillery positions to cover them.

However, just as most army units feel that the air force is unreliable, these players also feel that their own air force is unreliable.

Objectively speaking, players' air force can indeed be unreliable at times, often being inconsistent.

If they choose the right time, their bombardment of the enemy will be highly effective and deadly, and no artillery position can withstand such bombardment.

Furthermore, because these bombs don't travel fast enough when they bombard the area, the Void Shield is often unable to defend against projectiles falling from the sky, since players don't really like high-altitude bombardment.

But here's the problem: there aren't always people flying planes.

Sometimes they would wait for ages and no one would fly over, only to find out later that the old guys had gone to another front!

At this moment, it wasn't just fighting breaking out here. While Andrei was busy launching infiltration attacks against the enemy, the encircled army group was also trying to use flooding tactics to constantly find a breakthrough.

Therefore, many air force players would occasionally run over there to bomb, but ended up neglecting the situation on this side.

It wasn't until their teammates called out that they realized they seemed to need the air force more.

"What a brave group of soldiers! Although their actions were reckless, they certainly lived up to their uniforms!"

On the front-line trenches, Colonel Belyak, the commander-in-chief of the unit, had somehow arrived in person.

He carefully observed the battle in the distance through a high-powered periscope, feeling both affection and anger towards these soldiers from Andrei.

He had to admit that he had always liked the soldiers Andrei had sent, because these guys always had extremely high fighting spirit and were particularly proactive.

To be honest, he felt that he was actually somewhat incompetent as a commander.

Because most of the time, when unexpected situations arise at the front line, these highly proactive soldiers would take action on their own before he, as the commander, even had time to issue orders.

No one knows how Andrei trained them. Colonel Belyak has been observing them carefully for a while and found that each of these soldiers, if selected, could basically serve as an officer of about a platoon or squad level.

They are exceptionally adaptable, adept at inspiring their comrades, and possess remarkable teamwork.

Because Colonel Belyak was unaware that these men had an internal communication network, he always assumed that the various coordinations that Andrei and his soldiers had were actually accomplished through their tacit understanding.

"If only they weren't so proactive, if they could just obey orders a little more, they would be the soldiers every general dreams of."

Colonel Belyak was both amused and exasperated when he thought that these guys had actually knocked out his own armored soldiers and then sneaked out the remaining tanks, which were then driven to the flank of the enemy's position to launch an attack.

To be honest, it's also thanks to the fact that these guys put all their initiative into offense.

If they dared to steal a tank and run away at the slightest disagreement, he would truly be furious!
Of course, the current situation doesn't seem as good as they imagined, because they have committed almost all of their army's heavy equipment, but it is still difficult to break through the enemy's defenses.

After some thought, Colonel Belyak suddenly gave the order:
"Pass my orders to headquarters and tell everyone that from this moment forward, command of this army is transferred to Major General Spiridovich!"

No sooner had he finished speaking than he shoved aside the adjutant who was trying to dissuade him, rushed straight to the last remaining tank on the battlefield, and jumped inside.

After entering the vehicle, he leaned half his body out of it, holding a flag high in his hand, and looked at the other Cambrian soldiers on the battlefield.

"Soldiers, the glorious moment has arrived!"

"You now have two choices: either stay on this position and continue defending, waiting for the enemy's artillery fire to come down from time to time and blow our position to smithereens, or charge with me!"

"Our men have charged up from the flank, but they've been held back. Now let's launch a frontal attack to help our comrades hold them off!"

"If we can hold off the enemy for three minutes, their artillery will be finished. Soldiers, let us pave the way for those three minutes with our blood and lives!"

"Attack immediately! Hurrah—!" As soon as Colonel Belyak finished speaking, the surrounding soldiers rang out a chorus of "Hurrah!"

Cambrian soldiers roared as they charged out of the trenches, following pre-marked paths, crossing landmines, and rushing forward.

Although these Cambrian soldiers did not receive much of a buff from the fanatics at this moment, because most of the fanatic players had also rushed to the front.

But the morale they had built up earlier, and the encouragement from their commander leading the charge, gave them the courage to charge again!
More than 3000 Cambrian soldiers charged forward headlong, while the remaining soldiers were required to continue guarding the defensive line.

Although many soldiers wanted to charge forward with their comrades, they knew that the battlefield did not have a large enough area to attack, and it was impossible for too many soldiers to charge together.

Even if they charge forward, it will only increase the density of soldiers for no reason, leading to more people being killed by enemy heavy firepower.

In comparison, by staying here, they can at least provide a safety net for the troops, ensuring that even if all of them are killed in action, the position will not be lost.

The shouts of "Hurrah!" echoed throughout the station. Although the Mendeleev tank was moving slowly, the soldiers felt a great sense of exhilaration as they watched it steadily advance.

One soldier after another leaped over the chariot, roaring as they charged forward. However, the ghouls who had already captured the first trench were now launching a counter-charge under the control of several necromancers.

puff!

The sounds of sharp blades piercing flesh rang out one after another as Cambrian soldiers roared and raised their bayonets, stabbing each other against the ghoul soldiers.

Although they pierced each other's chests at almost the same time, the Cambrian soldiers knew they had not killed the monsters.

These undead demons roared madly, twisting the bayonets embedded in the Cambrian soldiers' bodies, causing them to emit bloodcurdling screams of agony.

However, to the surprise of the necromancer controlling them from the rear, the Cambrian soldiers who charged out with bayonets still refused to fall, even after reaching this point.

A Cambrian soldier coughed up blood but revealed a ferocious smile before forcefully pulling off a fuse attached to his body.

With his last ounce of strength, he clung tightly to the ghoul before him, while the two explosives hanging from his body emitted choking white smoke.

Boom!

Explosions rang out one after another, each one signifying the death of a Cambrian soldier and the ghoul before him.

The other Cambrian soldiers' eyes turned red at the sight. Although they were not necessarily locals, most of the soldiers actually came from Moscow and all over the country. But on this battlefield, they were still willing to risk their lives to pave a way for their comrades behind them.

"They're insane, damn it, they're absolutely insane!"

The necromancers, hiding in the trenches and controlling the ghouls, trembled. They felt as if they were fighting not humans, but a pack of crazed beasts.

They couldn't understand, and couldn't comprehend at all, why these Cambrian soldiers could unleash such astonishing combat power.

In their view, these guys had absolutely no reason to fight to the death!

In fact, the Cambrian soldiers who launched the charge didn't understand why, but seeing others rushing forward like this, their minds went blank and they thought of following these people and fighting desperately together.

The aura effect that the fanatics cast on them doesn't seem to fade away so easily.

At the very least, even though the players who acted as fanatics have left this place and moved to another battlefield, these halos still have a certain impact on the morale of the Cambrian soldiers.

Of course, it's also possible that the Black Hawk team is too brutal.

The Cambrian soldiers' eyes turned red with rage at the sight of necromancer shells that could turn their fallen comrades into zombies and the ghoul legions.

Since death is inevitable no matter what, and after death one might even fall into enemy hands and be ruined like this, it's better to risk everything at this time!
When people are driven to the brink of despair, they can unleash unimaginable madness.

"Cavalry company! Attack!"

Suddenly, accompanied by a shout and the sound of swords being drawn, more than 100 cavalrymen rushed out from the flank of the attacking force like a whirlwind and charged straight toward the enemy's position.

This cavalry company is a special unit within a special armored brigade. Under normal circumstances, their mission is reconnaissance, and occasionally they are responsible for pursuing the defeated enemy.

But at this moment, they chose to unleash the last bit of their cavalry's momentum. They chose to do as their predecessors had done, drawing their sabers and charging into the forest of guns and cannons ahead!

chug chug!
The Black Hawk machine gunners in the trenches kept firing forward, not caring about their teammates in front of them, since their ghoul teammates wouldn't be killed by the machine guns anyway.

Amidst this barrage of fire, Cambrian soldiers who charged forward fell from time to time, and even more than ten cavalrymen charging from the flanks were killed.

However, thanks to their superb horsemanship, these cavalrymen managed to disperse at an extremely fast speed, making it difficult for machine guns to aim.

After the Black Hawk machine gunners took down several cavalrymen with burst fire, he discovered that some cavalrymen had circled around to his back!

The cavalryman, still on horseback, pulled a grenade from his waist and threw it, which landed right in the trench.

As his warhorse galloped past, the grenade exploded instantly, killing the machine gunner and his deputy on the spot.

Some cavalrymen, undeterred by enemy fire, charged straight at the ghoul soldiers.

Using the speed of their warhorses, they cut straight past the ghoul soldiers before they could react, and the cavalrymen on horseback leaned down and swung their sabers.

The sharp saber, aided by the speed of the charge, possessed immense chopping power; with a single strike, a ghoul soldier's head was severed.

When the ghouls' only weakness was their heads, these hussars proved far more lethal than the infantry.

boom! boom!
Suddenly, the two large Belsa cannons on the opposite side roared again.

Two terrifying heavy shells landed one after another on this position, exploding directly into the charging Cambrian troops.

In an instant, the two shells caused the charging Cambrian soldiers to fall to the ground, and the terrifying impact, like a fan, killed or injured a large number of soldiers on the spot.

The violent explosion startled the warhorses, and many cavalrymen's horses became unruly.

At this moment, both humans and horses experienced a brief period of hearing loss; apart from a sharp buzzing sound, they could not hear any other sounds.

Some unfortunate cavalrymen were thrown from their horses and then trampled to death by their frightened horses.

However, some cavalrymen acted decisively, jumping off their horses and quickly dismounting.

Even after losing their warhorses, they still thought about their mission to charge. The remaining cavalrymen, carrying lances or simply holding sabers, charged towards the front lines.

Amidst the intermittent sounds of machine gun fire, soldiers fell one after another as they charged forward, but the Cambrian soldiers behind them continued to surge forward relentlessly.

Even though many of them were dizzy and disoriented.

But all they need to do is open their eyes, see the chariot that is still leading them in the charge, and see the flag flying on that chariot, and they will be able to find their direction again.

It doesn't matter if they're dizzy and disoriented. As long as they can see where the tank is heading and where the cannon is pointing, that's where they'll charge!

Feeling the bullets whizzing around him, Colonel Belyak gritted his teeth and continued to raise the flag and launch the charge.

It would be a lie to say he wasn't afraid; he knew that if he were hit by those bullets, he would die just like any other soldier.

He also knew that as long as he closed the hatch and retreated into the vehicle, he would be safe.

But he was unwilling to back down like that. If he retreated now, wouldn't he look like a coward?

"Come on, you demons, if you have the guts, step over my dead body!"

"As long as I live, you will never stop my attack! The armored soldiers of the Empire will only die in the attack, never cower in the trenches like cowards and live a life of ignominy!"

Colonel Belyak roared ahead, showing no fear even as bullets struck the hatch in front of him, sending up dazzling sparks.

boom!
In the foremost trench, a Black Hawk soldier picked up a rocket launcher and fired at the front of the vehicle.

The 200mm thick armor barely protected the vehicle from the rocket launcher's attack, but the shrapnel and metal jets from the explosion still injured Colonel Belyak, whose body was exposed.

He was almost certain that his left shoulder had been severed by shrapnel, and there seemed to be wounds on his neck as well, with blood spurting out.

He also heard screams coming from beneath him, not knowing which unlucky soul had been injured in the explosion, but he couldn't care less about that now.

Someone handed him gauze, and he quickly bandaged his shoulder before gritting his teeth and continuing to raise the flag.

At that moment, Colonel Belyak felt his mind go blank; he had only one thought left:
As long as he is alive, don't even think about letting this flag fall from his hands!

He will hold this flag high until it is planted on the enemy's position!
"Master Heinrich, what should we do? Bring out all your best skills!"

On the opposite side of the battlefield, Colonel Black Hawk shouted to the Necromancer:

"Quickly, fire the Necromancer Shells at them! Turn all those enemies who charge up into zombies!"

Master Heinrich snorted coldly, shook off the hand that was gripping his shoulder, and said with a displeased expression:

"You think I didn't think of that? But we've already run out of necromancer cannonballs!"

"These things are incredibly difficult to produce, and the Empire's necromancers have all been busy working overtime elsewhere lately. I managed to get this batch of shells only after much difficulty, picking them out from the inventory!"

Looking around at the scene of war, and discovering that his own position was being attacked from both sides, the necromancer's eyes shifted imperceptibly.

Immediately afterwards, he suddenly gave an order to the magic soldiers behind him, ordering these soldiers wielding necromancer spears to join the battle.

"Colonel, this is my last strength. Make good use of them and hold off the enemy troops charging forward!"

"These Cambrian people have willpower, so why don't we? I refuse to believe it!"

Colonel Black Hawk didn't even notice Master Heinrich's gaze. He simply nodded and then personally led the group of magical soldiers to charge towards the front line.

Just as he rushed forward, Heinrich suddenly beckoned to a few people beside him and said to these necromancers:
"It's time to retreat. This position can no longer be held!"

"The Empire desperately needs necromancers right now. We have a more important mission, and we can't die here worthless. There's a car waiting over there; let's get out of here quickly!"

After saying this, he left the place with his group of necromancer apprentices, leaving only the other Black Hawk soldiers and battle mages who had not noticed the situation and were still busy fighting the enemies who were charging up.

The Necromancer's Gun was indeed powerful; a single sweep of its green beam turned charging Cambrian soldiers into skeletons.

However, this thing didn't play a significant role on the battlefield because there were simply too many Cambrian soldiers charging in.

Furthermore, the green light emanating from this thing is so dazzling, resembling the scene of a space necromancer's Gauss Gun, that it makes them easy targets for players.

To the players, these guys practically had their high scores written all over their faces.

Any player knows that if they can kill them, they will definitely gain a merit far exceeding that of ordinary soldiers.

boom!
As the players drew ever closer, one of the Mendeleev tanks eventually fell in the procession.

Even with all their careful planning, they still couldn't prevent the zombies from attacking. Especially when the players and other Black Hawk soldiers were busy fighting, they didn't really pay attention to the markers on the map.

So much so that when a tank drove up, there was a zombie with only its upper body left that wasn't completely dead, and it detonated the explosive pack in its arms.

Upon seeing the tank crippled on the ground and engulfed in flames, a group of Black Hawk soldiers couldn't help but cheer.

They no longer cared about desecrating their comrades' corpses. The group loudly urged the zombies behind them to rush forward, but after shouting for a long time, they didn't see any new zombies being added.

"What happened? Where is everyone?!"

When the Black Hawk soldiers looked back, they found that the group of necromancers behind them had disappeared!

Without the necromancers' transformation, even though there were still many corpses on the ground, no zombies would stand up again and continue charging with explosives.

Faced with this situation, the other Black Hawk soldiers were somewhat at a loss.

An officer shouted an order for them to charge with live men carrying explosives, but the Black Hawk soldiers who were given the order looked at each other and then shot the officer who gave the order dead!
These guys are inhuman. Using their comrades' corpses as human bombs is bad enough, but now they actually want to use living people.

They've had enough anyway, so let them do whatever they want!

When the morale of these Black Hawk soldiers collapsed like snowflakes, the outcome of the war was no longer in doubt.

The lighter artillery pieces had a chance to be quickly packed up and towed away, barely managing to be evacuated in the last bit of time.

But the remaining heavy artillery, and the two largest Belsar guns, cannot be evacuated!
The players looked at the two giant cannons so close at hand and couldn't help but cheer excitedly, thinking they could capture these two behemoths.

Some players have even started to imagine what kind of pose the enemy would adopt when they finally manage to seize these two giant cannons and turn around to bombard them.

Unfortunately, they seemed to have underestimated the quality and determination of the Black Hawk artillery.

Under the watchful eyes of everyone, the artillerymen of the two giant cannons resolutely detonated the remaining shells, and then disappeared along with the two giant cannons beneath their feet in the overwhelming explosion.

Players were somewhat stunned when they saw the two giant cannons disintegrate in the flames.

"Holy crap, this is terrible! The NPC self-destructed!"

The players were extremely frustrated. The main reason they launched this fierce attack was to capture the two cannons.

After all, we've already come this far. Wouldn't it be a huge loss if we didn't capture those two cannons?

While the players were still lamenting the loss of the two giant cannons, a mournful cry also rang out from the other Cambrian soldiers.

Good news! Colonel Belyak's wish has been fulfilled; he has successfully planted his flag on this position.

But the bad news was that when the people carried the seriously wounded Colonel Belyak off the vehicle, he had already died from excessive blood loss.
