In the Five Organs Temple's Refining Qi Method, gathering the five elements' vital energy and refining it into the body is considered the highest level.

Among the Five Elements Qi, the Five Emperors Qi is the most superior for refining.

The so-called Five Emperors' Qi is specifically named the Azure Emperor's True Qi, the Black Emperor's True Qi, the Red Emperor's True Qi, the Yellow Emperor's True Qi, and the White Emperor's True Qi.

It is said that these five types of true energy each have their own more specific names.

For example, the Azure Emperor True Qi is called "Eternal Azure Qi". However, the names of the other four True Qi have been lost or are difficult to verify, with multiple versions existing at the same time, making it difficult to determine which is true and which is false.

The reason these five types of qi are called "True Qi" and are named after the Five Emperors is that, according to legend, these five types of qi were refined by five emperors in ancient times, and the five emperors used these five types of qi to form the so-called "First-Grade Celestial Golden Elixir".

In other words, any one of these vital energies is the sustenance for the Heavenly Immortal Golden Elixir. Its origin is extremely powerful, and an ordinary person who obtains even one of them can possess the potential to become an immortal!

He had no idea that the Qi Refining Method in the Five Organs Temple had such a background, and for a moment he even doubted whether the predecessors in the temple had exaggerated too much.

Even if the refinement of inner energy fails, one must still attempt to break through to the Five Emperors' True Energy!

He considered himself to be lacking in natural talent, possessing only a pseudo-spiritual root, but with solid true qi, reaching the sixty-five toad level before entering the sixth tribulation. Wasn't it said that once you break through the sixth tribulation during your seclusion in the Water and Fire Spirit Chamber, you can directly ask the immortals guarding the chamber for the cultivation technique?

Could it be that he has to leave this place and go to the temple to seek the Dharma? If so, I wonder if he will ever be able to return.

Fortunately, after ten breaths, the White Crane Immortal closed his eyes again.

With a slight twitch of its beak, the bird plucked a white feather from its neck and tossed it to Fang Shu.

The white feather shone with spiritual light, and Fang Shu quickly held it up with both hands.

Soon, spiritual light surged within the spiritual chamber where he was, displaying five colors: the Crimson Emperor, the White Emperor, the Azure Emperor, the Black Emperor, and the Yellow Emperor. The five flavors of true energy were all present beside him in an orderly manner, without any errors occurring.
The next step is just one final step: he will absorb all this vital energy into his body and condense it together, and then he will be done.
