Chapter 393, Section 391: Baby Cat and Leopard Biscuits

Hope Cottage.

There's a hidden door on the left side of the wall here.

A gentle breeze swept by, and it seemed as if a crack had appeared in the wall.

Justin glanced at the crack instinctively, stared at it for a moment, and then resumed practicing his spell.

Inside the crevice was a large, round room.

Elegant arched windows adorned the walls, draped with blue and bronze silk, offering views of the beautiful scenery outside.

The ceiling was a dome adorned with stars, as was the dark blue carpet below. The room contained tables, chairs, and bookshelves. Opposite the door, in a niche, stood a white marble bust of Rowena Ravenclaw. Next to the bust was a door leading to Hope Cottage.

To Sheehan, this place looked exactly like the Ravenclaw common room, even with the statue of Lady Ravenclaw.

However, the Ravenclaw statue here wears a crown on its head, with the following inscription:

"Exceptional wisdom is the greatest wealth."

Sheen was initially surprised and confused until he got closer to the crown and realized it was just a beautiful fake.

Now, he looked at the crown again:

"How could the true wisdom of a wizard reside in a crown?"

After saying that, he walked to his workbench.

On the silver-white workbench were many trinkets: some things that looked like broken mirrors, and some cookies of various shapes—

There were purring cat biscuits, fire dragon biscuits that breathe fire, and eagle-headed, horse-bodied winged beast biscuits that let out a long howl... all of them were neatly arranged on the display shelf next to the workbench.

Today, we also had an unusually peculiar cat and leopard cookie.

When Sheen met Biscuit's gaze, the world before his eyes began to distort in the blink of an eye, transforming into various places familiar to Sheen:
The Transfiguration office with its crackling fireplace, the cellar with its bubbling cauldrons, the McGonagall mansion with its ever-falling snow...

Sheen calmly raised his wand, and the beginner-level Occlumency spell brought him back to reality in a short while.

He picked up the cat-and-leopard biscuit and took a bite.

The secluded house suddenly lost a young wizard.

When the house made noise again, a cat and a leopard seemed to appear out of nowhere.

It has flowing, dark fur with silver-white patterns like embroidered clouds, and most notably, a pair of green eyes that radiate a captivating brilliance.

As the cat-leopard silently examined its own body, it discovered something unexpected yet perfectly logical.

That is, it is very small.

Literally small, it's only a size bigger than a cat's lily.

Like a young cat or leopard.

It guessed that this was brought by the cat-leopard biscuits at the "apprentice" level.

Just like the difference between mini dragon cookies and real dragon cookies—in the rating panel, mini dragon cookies are transformed into dragon cookies when they reach the [Expert] level.

So, should this be considered a "juvenile cat and leopard biscuit"?
Hmm... an even more important question is whether the cat-leopard's unique ability to manipulate consciousness is mature enough?

Verifying this is no easy task. The cat-leopard thought for a moment and then shook the pendant around its neck.

A book suddenly jumped off the pendant, growing larger and larger until it finally unfolded to form an exquisite oak door.

"As you wish—please give the order, Will—"

Butler Pukchi had quite a presence.

Its upward gaze paused, then it looked left and right, finally freezing in shock.

"Look down."

A familiar voice came from behind him, and Butler Pukchi jumped and quickly lowered his head.

But when he looked down, he discovered something extraordinary.

His respected master, the great wizard he swore allegiance to... how did he turn into a cat and a leopard?
"Please forgive me—it's too late—" With a snap of its fingers, Sheen found himself being embraced. The butler, Pukchi, asked anxiously...

"Dear Mr. Green, where is the Hogwarts Hospital?"

"I did not fail to transform."

It was something like a brooch around the cat's neck.

“Of course, of course, for a great wizard like you, this is just a small exploration, an accidental exploration, oh, that's what Lord William taught…”

Butler Pukchi's thick eyebrows furrowed into a knot.

“This is my Animagus.”

The cat and leopard probably understood.

Animagus in its magical creature form is not common for Will.

It raised its head and stared at the elm clock, which showed that it was 8:10.

It was exactly three minutes after the deformation began.

So, in front of Will's swaying body, a little wizard naturally stood still.

"May Lord William protect us—"

Will dug his sharp nails into his arm, the pain making him realize he wasn't under any confusion spell.

"Mr. William—has the power of fairy tale cookies really reached such a level?"
Oh, this is just a small question from Will, you don't have to answer it.

Will knows that a great wizard like you always possesses many mysterious and unfathomable secrets.

Will asked the question cautiously.

“It’s nothing, Will.”

When a wizard's Animagus form aligns with an animal transformation, the wizard does not lose consciousness because their soul is not distorted.

Sheen explained.

"Oh, oh, the soul... twisted..."

Will was dazed, but he kept nodding.

Judging from its appearance, Sheen knew it was completely unable to understand, so he pulled out the Transfiguration Notebook and briefly explained the knowledge of soul transformation and reincarnation.

When Sheen returned the Transformation Notebook to the Wizarding Book, Will had already lowered his head, and Sheen could see that his small body was trembling slightly.

This made the young wizard frown slightly.

"This is……"

"By Lord William—"

Will suddenly let out a cry, and something glittered in its eyes.
"Ah, I hope Mr. Green knows."

I hope he knows what wizards are to us lowly Pukchs in the magical world.

Every day they want to transform us into creatures like house-elves.

House-elves! Wizards used to treat house-elves like pests, sir! Of course, they still do now, sir.

That's why they'll never have many house-elves—no creature is born to be enslaved!
But Pukch must hide, must fight back, otherwise the greedy wizards will not give up their terrible desires..."

Sheen listened silently; he had never learned about history from anyone other than wizards... fairies.

Do you know what is the most precious thing among all of these?

Knowledge! Sir, as Aesop Searle said: "Exceptional wisdom is the most precious treasure."

Sheehan was speechless, wondering where Ms. Aesop had learned of Ms. Ravenclaw's maxim.
