Chapter 450, Section 448: The Gift of the Resurrection Chapter

Chapter 450, Section 448: Easter Gifts
Sheen is about to set out to break the old senior's curse.

This is a daunting task; no wizard can guarantee that they can break Tom Riddle's curse.

But what's even more urgent is that he needs to rest.

A full day had passed from entering the headmaster's office to destroying the Horcruxes and returning to Hogwarts Castle.

After carefully storing the cursed resurrection stone, Sheen drifted off to sleep.

When he woke up, a small number of wizards had already left Hogwarts Castle.

Easter holidays are here, and students usually have a two-week break. Some young wizards can return home, and the Hogwarts Express also opens during this time.

This train, which runs between London's King's Cross and Hogsmeade stations, will make the round trip approximately six times a year.

A small group of wizards, of course, went to Hogsmeade to play.

The Great Hall is now filled with such sounds, everyone happily discussing what they'll be doing at Hogsmeade today.

Sheen quietly unpacked his Easter egg:
One of them was sent by Mrs. Weasley.

Beside him, the Easter egg that Harry and Ron received was about the size of a dragon egg, filled with homemade toffee.

But Sheen's Easter egg was bigger than the table. Upon seeing it, Sheen's eyes widened slightly as he looked at Bai Yi.

The pure white owl was so tired that it didn't move.

There are also some interesting Easter eggs.

The Easter eggs from the farm contained colorful candy wrappers, a piping hot pumpkin pie, and a perfectly sealed glass of milk.

Grandpa Marcus was always worried about the food at Hogwarts.

He harbored an old idea: the food produced by the large-scale farming at Hogwarts Castle was not as good as that produced on farms.

Grandpa Marcus often boasted that his farm had the best milk in Scotland, and surprisingly, The Times also thought so.

The farm had won the competition, but Professor McGonagall, without looking up, said it was because the old wizard had broken the rules and used magic.

Besides the eggs from the farm, Sheehan also received eggs from the far suburbs of London, eggs from Hogsmeade Village... Of course, the most eggs came from Hogwarts Castle.

Just as Sheen was unwrapping his gifts, the owls flooded into the hall.

During holidays, there are naturally more letters.

But after a short while, the young wizards' discussions became a bit too loud.

Moreover, they split into two simple factions.

The wizard who was about to go to Hogsmeade was overjoyed and spread the news with the Daily Prophet.
The wizards who couldn't go to Hogsmeade were extremely disappointed and could only look on with envy at the older wizards.

"Sheen, did you see that? Merlin! The Magic Hand Mirror, a revolutionary creation—"

Ron, reciting the description in the Daily Prophet, hurriedly handed the newspaper to Sheehan.

"Instant calling, covering the world, connecting your life..."

Harry read the promotional slogans aloud, feeling a strange sense of familiarity.

Sheehan took the newspaper and could clearly see that most of the pages of the Daily Prophet were occupied by one article.

[The latest masterpiece from the greatest wizard of the future, a miraculous creation that will change the way the magical world communicates!]

[Diagon Alley's most mysterious shops expand for the first time, with five countries and Hogsmeade Village opening simultaneously!]

[The best Easter gift: Doesn't your child already have a pair of magic hand mirrors?]

The sheer volume of advertising slogans makes one wonder if this is still the Daily Prophet.

“My father said that the Ministry of Magic wanted to purchase this creation extensively, but the mysterious alchemist was only willing to give the Ministry thirty copies, and claimed that production capacity was limited, with only three hundred copies produced in the first batch—”

Ron held the letter, marveling at it.

"I feel like..."

The more Harry looked at the photos in the newspaper, the more they seemed to resemble the mirror in his hand.

"I'd only ever heard of two-way mirrors before, but they're incredibly expensive."

Ron whispered.

How expensive?

Harry asked curiously.

"Hundreds of Galleons!"

Ron spread his hands out.

"That is indeed very expensive."

Harry and Sheehan agreed.

"I bet this is some kind of two-way mirror, at least..."

Ron frowned in thought, "Seven..."

Harry waited, and even Sheen looked at him.

"Seven hundred... no, at least three hundred Galleons!"

Ron said with absolute certainty.

"three hundred!"

Harry was startled.

The Nimbus 2001 he dreamed of only cost a few hundred Galleons.

"There might be even more! The manufacturing process and materials for two-way mirrors have been lost for a long time."

Ron said this with an air of seriousness.

Harry fell silent.

He sat down and took a mirror out of his bag.

He carefully compared the mirror with the advertisement photo in the newspaper and fell into deep thought.

"Harry?"

Ron curiously came closer.

"You bought it?!"

Ron shouted.

"If I'm not mistaken, you have it too."

Harry said.

Ron was bewildered, seemingly having a hard time understanding whether Harry was speaking in English or not.

Have you opened your Easter presents yet?

Harry asked.

"Not yet, you mean..."

Ron sensed something was wrong and hurriedly began to unwrap the gifts.

After a long while, he picked up a mirror in disbelief.

Ripples spread across the surface, revealing several distinctive figures:

Sheen, quietly reading a book; Professor McGonagall, much smaller than herself; a friendly and kind badger; a chubby Neville; Ron, with two chicken legs stuffed in his mouth; and a smaller version of Harry.

"When will I be able to fit two chicken legs this big in my mouth?"

Ron's face turned red.

Do you remember what happened in the auditorium?

Harry tried to help him remember.

“Oh Harry, I don’t want to remember.”

Ron said, embarrassed and annoyed.

The auditorium was in an uproar, but Sheen had already left.

Professor Terra had just called him, and Sheen knew it was about the Magic Hand Mirror.

His figure gradually faded into the distance in the corridor, but after only a few minutes, he stopped and opened the magic hand mirror.

Hermione's face, with its pale pink tips tinged with pink, appeared on the image:

"Sheen!"

she says.

It seems to be because of what happened with Xiaomaig.

"Sheen, Happy Easter."

The second face to appear is Justin.

"Oh, Sheehan, my goodness, it's unbelievable, it really is you! You invented the Magic Hand Mirror! Seven-sided one at that! I heard the Ministry of Magic can't even procure it... Oh, of course they can't, because we have it here."

The third and fourth were Ron, who was shouting and yelling, and Harry, who was excited.

Several people occupied a small portion of the mirror, and then a round, large face appeared, making everyone's faces look smaller.

"Sheen, Hermione, Justin, Harry, Ron..."

Neville stammered as he greeted him, seeming quite uncomfortable.
