What should we say?

I am grateful to my editor, Jiang Cha, for her trust and encouragement, which gave me the opportunity to sign a contract for this book. This is the starting point of the whole story.

Thanks to Yang Chenkong, the flight attendant, for the crucial book list recommendation (I still can't figure out how he found my book, which had 70,000 words at the time, with only zero or one or two new favorites per day. If it weren't for this book list recommendation, the book wouldn't have been able to test the waters so quickly).

Thank you to all our readers for your support, which has enabled this book to receive recommendations from the Three Rivers Publishing House and to reach number one on the category's new book chart in the last two days of the new book period.

This achievement is nothing to those who created alternate accounts to hurl hundreds of insults at me, but Big Head is quite satisfied.

Here's a side note: Big Head started out writing pretentious articles about the past and how people slapped themselves in the face. He wasn't exactly an expert on policies, but he'd glanced at them and they stuck in his mind.

This book is Da Nao's first Chinese entertainment novel, written purely as practice. You should know who he borrowed from in this half-business, half-period, half-entertainment style.

I figured if I followed the market leaders and wrote for them, even if I didn't get the big prize, I could at least get some scraps.

Who would have thought that this would provoke a barrage of angry criticism from a group of fervent fans of Chinese entertainment literature? They argued that this wasn't Chinese entertainment literature, so why didn't they produce something groundbreaking like a bulldozer? Why didn't they create something that would shock the world? They claimed that this realistic style was purely self-indulgent…

Actually, I'm also a huge fan of Chinese entertainment novels. The first one I read was over ten years ago. I only remember that the male protagonist was named Yang Lin, and he named his fan group 'Tropical Rainforest'. Frog Fun. I was absolutely blown away by this book when I read it back then.

Later, I read (not finished) several hundred Chinese entertainment novels on and off, covering various angles and genres. I haven't read them all, but I've read most of them.

Therefore, when writing some plots, I unconsciously 'borrow' one or two ideas, such as the plot of Feng Xiaogang.

Let me talk about the creative process behind this book. I've seen many Chinese entertainment novels mention the Beijing Film Studio, but I haven't seen many that attempt to save it or the film studio system... As for whether the protagonist of this book can save it, I don't know. Just consider this my self-indulgent revival of the times; I can only try to find limited plausibility.

To be honest, when it comes to plagiarism, I really don't know which works to copy. I've read too many, and I've lost all motivation to write myself. If anyone has any ideas, please recommend one or two.

Furthermore, realistic Chinese entertainment novels are destined to be slow-paced and destined to curry favor with the powerful; those who know, know.

I'll talk about whatever comes to mind when I dream about it.

Anyway, I'll try my best to fix any problems with the plot. Please feel free to point them out. Some comments disappeared because I revised the chapters, which is why they disappeared. It has nothing to do with deleting comments. Some comments were censored because they were too vulgar.

At last.

Please make an initial reservation.

There are no additional requirements for this update.

At least 30,000 words will be updated on the first day of publication.

Thank you.
