"Now that everyone is here, I hereby declare the emergency meeting of the Board of Directors officially open."

Angers sat at the end of the long table and shook a small brass bell.

All the school board members simultaneously picked up the report in front of them and began to read it with solemn expressions. The report contained many photos, showing the scene of the Annihilation Well, representing traces of a battle between two dragons, possibly of the first generation.

The board members remained silent for a moment in response to the result.

Although they already knew some information about the matter to varying degrees, and although the result was only the result of speculation from various parties, the school board members still needed some time to digest it.

Frost rang the bell again:

“How do we know this isn’t the result of your deception? How can you be so sure that the one who stole the dragon bones was a dragon? Angers, you must provide more concrete evidence, otherwise we cannot rule out that you are exaggerating the enemy to cover up your dereliction of duty.”

Angers rings a bell:

"You can turn directly to the last page. To avoid any appearance of impropriety, nothing you see has passed through my hands."

Angers continued:

The outer ice cellar was built by the Equipment Department, and its blueprints have been seen by each and every one of you. You all know very well that there is no safer place in the world than there."

Just as the young school board member was about to ring the bell again, Elizabeth Laurent, standing beside her, beat her to it. This elegant school board member slowly raised the brass bell, and its clear sound echoed through the stone chamber.
