A new parchment was nailed to the bulletin board of the common room of the four colleges.

The students gathered around the bulletin board, discussing the matter animatedly.

"The second open duel lesson! I still remember the content of the last open duel lesson!"

"It's Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick again—our Dean can finally make an appearance! It's not the Slytherin guys running the show anymore!"

The Gryffindor and Ravenclaw students were very excited.
