Chapter 1 Yang An
Even in the vastness of antiquity, and to the limits of heaven and earth.

The universe is vast and boundless; no one knows what lies hidden beneath its endless starry sky.

Is it a god, an immortal, a demon, a monster... or an alien?
Ye Fan had no idea, just as he could not have imagined that a simple outing with his former classmates, climbing Mount Tai to see the world from a high vantage point and to experience the mindset of ancient sages, would suddenly turn into such a dramatic change.

Inside the black coffin, there was not a ray of light, and a chilling coldness swept over everyone's hearts.

Some of the female students were on the verge of collapse, filled with helplessness and fear, but they dared not cry out loud. They all suppressed their emotions and voices, sobbing softly.

Even Ye Fan felt a silent sense of oppression.

At that moment, the student in charge of counting the number of people exclaimed in horror, "Thirty people! Didn't we only have twenty-nine people?!"

“Who…who is it?”

The person who asked the question had a trembling voice.

All the phone screens lit up, and everyone looked around in fear, terrified that a strange face would appear before them.

People who knew each other tried to huddle together, cautiously glancing around.

Just then, everyone finally realized that there was indeed an extra person, leaning against that corner not far away.

“It’s me, Pang Bo.”

The phone screen lit up in the darkness, and a familiar figure appeared in front of him, holding a phone. He had thick eyebrows, big eyes, and a strong build.

"I don't believe it. Pang Bo didn't even attend the class reunion. Who are you?" someone said, trembling. The crowd's hearts, which had just calmed down, were filled with panic again.

Ye Fan stepped forward to support Pang Bo.

After some arguing, the group eventually accepted Pang Bo's story. The information he provided matched up, and most people were relieved, though a few still harbored some distrust.

After all, everything that happened today was too bizarre: the dragon falling under the blood-red setting sun, the giant bronze coffin, and the five-colored altar.

Now that he's still trapped in this dark and gloomy coffin, who can feel at ease?

"fine."

Pang Bo patted Ye Fan's shoulder heavily and said casually, "The rescue team might already be on their way. Let's just hang in there a little longer."

"Those who survive a great calamity are bound to have good fortune in the future. Nine dragons pulling a coffin, an ancient bronze tomb—this is just like the one in the Tomb Raider Chronicles."

"Hehe, who knows, once we get out, a lot of reporters will interview us about this mysterious adventure, and we'll become famous overnight, gaining both fame and fortune."

Ye Fan smiled wryly and slapped his hand away, "I don't have your ambition to achieve both fame and fortune."

However, he also admired Pang Bo's composure, as he still had the mood to joke around.

"Boom!"

Just as Ye Fan and Pang Bo were joking around and relaxed a little, a golden bolt of lightning exploded in the dark space, illuminating the surroundings. The magnificent bronze coffin carvings, the ghosts and gods on all sides, the ancient beasts, and the strange coffin within a coffin flashed by.

A figure fell down.

Everyone's hearts skipped a beat, and several girls almost screamed, tightly covering their mouths.

"Who?!"

"What is it?"

Everyone was terrified and dared not move. Fortunately, the light came quickly and disappeared just as quickly.

The surroundings were deathly silent, with only pitch-black darkness. Even Ye Fan dared not move at this moment. The golden lightning that exploded almost scared people to death.

But a faint groan could be heard from the darkness.

"This is where?"

Why is it so dark?

Yang An looked around blankly, only able to see a few hazy lights. He felt as if he had slept for an unknown amount of time before waking up, his whole body aching.

But his voice startled Ye Fan and the others; there was another person here out of nowhere.

After that sudden burst of golden lightning, who knows if it was a human or a ghost?

It was even more bizarre than Pang Bo's appearance.

Therefore, they dared not speak at all.

Yang An sat up, looking completely bewildered. He glanced around and saw a group of people shining their phones in his direction, along with some soft sobbing. His mind began to stir, and he quickly awoke from his drowsiness. He examined the strange bronze reliefs around him, the cold metallic touch of his hands, and the group of people he had never seen before.

An absurd thought popped into Yang An's head: Could he have transmigrated?

"A person can't die from holding their pee." Ye Fan, who had been watching them the whole time, saw Yang An's reaction and, after confirming that he was a normal person, tentatively asked, "Hey, who are you?"

"We were just on the top of Mount Tai, did you see the Nine Dragons Pulling the Coffin? It felt like we were sucked into the coffin."

Do you have any ideas?

Ye Fan was unsure of the situation on the other side. The golden lightning bolt was strangely unpredictable, and he was certain that this person was not among the people he had counted earlier.

But the other person acted like a normal person, just appearing out of nowhere.

"Mount Tai? Nine dragons pulling a coffin?"

Yang An's expression was strange, a thought flashing through his mind: 'Could it be that he has transmigrated into the world of Shrouding the Heavens?'

He scrutinized the person before him.

"You don't seem to have been buried with us in the coffin."

Seeing that the other party could communicate normally, Ye Fan became bolder and walked over directly with his phone in hand.

Everyone else hid in the back, not daring to move. Pang Bo gritted his teeth and followed. "Ye Zi, don't be too hasty, be careful."

The bronze coffin was twenty meters long and more than eight meters wide. Just now, everyone discovered a coffin within a coffin, and the appearance of this person was bizarre. Accompanied by golden lightning, he suddenly fell into the giant coffin.

Who wouldn't be afraid?

Only Ye Fan was so bold as to dare to contact and talk to the other party.

"We're not going, let them go!" Liu Yunzhi grabbed the person next to him, his eyes darting around, seemingly lost in thought.

Li Xiaoman didn't move an inch, and quite cunningly stood in the very center of the crowd.

If there is any danger, she will have to wait until others are killed or injured before it is her turn.

Ye Fan ignored them and walked over to Yang An's side. Under the light of his phone, he was a handsome young man with sword-like eyebrows and regular features. He was dressed in casual clothes and seemed to be a little younger than them.

He fell to the ground. Seeing the other person's reaction, Ye Fan breathed a sigh of relief and quickly went forward to help him up.

"Ye Fan, what's your name?"

"Yang An".

"Pang Bo".

Pang Bo then lent a hand and helped Yang An up.

The giant bronze coffin, Ye Fan and Pang Bo.

If he was only suspicious just now, Yang An was now almost certain that he had probably transmigrated into the world of Shrouding the Heavens, and that he was currently in the very beginning of the Nine Dragons Pulling the Coffin, heading towards the Big Dipper.

The only thing that wasn't finalized was that we didn't get to see a big event.

Once we get to Mars, that's for sure.

"Brother Yang An, do you know where that golden lightning bolt came from?"

After exchanging a few words, Ye Fan tentatively asked, "I found that this young man in front of me, apart from being handsome, doesn't seem to have the ability to summon that golden lightning, and his physical fitness is no better than mine or Pang Bo's."

"Golden lightning?!"

Yang An was taken aback, and suddenly a golden figure appeared deep in his mind.

The golden figure sits cross-legged, radiating light, giving people a mysterious, vast, and irresistible feeling, as if a god high above has descended to earth and looked down on all things.

The moment Yang An 'saw' the golden figure, a vast array of text and graphics surged into his soul—a cultivation technique for internal energy.

"Use Qi to attract spirits, and use spirits to form images. Every move you make is the power of a giant elephant. A human body is made up of 840 million particles. If its potential is awakened, every tiny particle will be the power of a giant elephant. If all are awakened, they will be comparable to the divine elephant, overturning rivers and seas, roaring down stars, plucking the moon and swallowing the sun, all in a moment..."

"The Divine Elephant's Prison-Suppressing Power!"

The sound, like a resounding bell, made Yang An's mind buzz, and his eyes widened in shock.
