Chapter 65 : Believing in Love

Chapter 65 (New Generation 1): Believing in Love

6500 million years ago, at the edge of the solar system, Power Station X.
Tesla and Maria's consciousnesses merged; more accurately, their consciousnesses shared one of Maria's brains.

Language is ultimately a kind of "analog" signal. True barrier-free communication only occurs when two consciousnesses are "entangled" together.

The first thing the two thought of was the preservation of the genetic material of Venusian humans.

Power Station X, with its two intersecting rope structures spanning 18 kilometers, can absorb the energy of incident superluminal waves and convert thermal energy into electrical energy.

The power plant provides virtually inexhaustible electricity. Preserving genetic tissue and maintaining its activity for a relatively long period should not be a problem.

Ten million years from now, Earth's oxygen levels will have recovered to over 20%, but Maria won't be able to wait that long. Who will be able to help the Venusian humans "resurrect" then?

Tesla and Maria's solution is called "Rebirth from Discontinuity"!
Even if the genetic material of Venusian humans could be preserved for tens of millions of years, there would be no chance of it being brought back to Earth and cloned one by one.

According to Maria's previous calculations, the probability of advanced intelligent life evolving naturally after the explosion of mammals on Earth is extremely low.

Maria studied the process of the emergence of Venusian humans. Initially, she believed in the evolutionary hypothesis of Venusian biologists. Later, as her research in genetics deepened, she discovered that biological evolution is the transmission and change of genotypes between generations, rather than the gradual changes caused by adaptation to the environment as described by evolutionary theory.

To put it simply, the genes of apes can only evolve into apes. The mutation of apes into Homo sapiens is caused by genetic mutation and has nothing to do with changes in adaptation to the environment.

How did the Venusians come to be? Could the genes of intelligent life really have originated from a comet?

Mary had no choice but to believe!

The method to significantly increase the probability of the emergence of a new human species on Earth has become clear: bury the genetic material of Venusian humans deep within the ice and snow of a comet at the edge of the solar system, and then "spread" it to Earth millions of years later with the comet!

The comets' orbits were calculated and set, and the X Power Station was used as an energy source to fine-tune their motion, ensuring that after a ten-million-year journey, they would accurately impact the Great Rift Valley region around Victoria, marked by the pyramids.

Over tens of millions of years, numerous comets fell to Earth repeatedly. Mammals in the Victoria Canyon region, drawing on the genetic material and organic matter of Venusian humans, evolved into the ancestors of a new type of human, which can be called "Homo sapiens".

Homo sapiens appeared approximately 6300 million years later, which is one of the Atto shields in Tesla's Long Count calendar. Tesla depicted this time unit of over 230 billion days as a symbol.

This symbol, representing 6300 million years and derived from the synodic period of the five planets, is a human figure with what appears to be an "external brain" attached to its head. In the blank circle of the external brain, Tesla wrote the character "T".

Tesla was being modest; the "T" didn't represent the first letter of his surname, but rather "-1" in the positional numeral system, and more importantly, "T-day," the day when Venusian humans were resurrected and Earth's new humans were born. This represents over 230 billion days, approximately 6300 million years.

After contemplating this idea, both of their consciousnesses smiled together. How come they hadn't thought of this before? Without a word, Maria instantly understood Tesla's thoughts.

As the "hard drive" that carries the consciousness of 60 billion Venusian humans, does Psyche mean that everyone's consciousness is just a string of code sealed in a silicon-based grid?
Can we bring them back to life? Wouldn't it be wonderful if they could return to family life and socialize again?

When Tesla left Psyche, he etched his consciousness code onto a metal "hard drive" and left behind a small nuclear battery as the power source for the main unit.

The battery's lifespan is no more than 10,000 years. In order for consciousness to be extracted by the host and to operate at low power, the battery must be charged from time to time.

This is no challenge for Tesla, who is the pioneer of long-distance charging theory and technology. Although the X power station is 50000 AU away from Psyche, its power generation capacity is large enough.

Psyche is an asteroid that orbits the sun in about 5 years. Tesla points a high-energy laser beam at the sun, and whenever Psyche passes through the sun and Orion, it can complete a charge. Of course, it can also repair various electrical appliances through a reserved hibernation robotic arm.

Computers can be multi-core, and so can the human brain. The combined consciousness of multiple people on Spirit Star operates through multiple chips within the mainframe.

The two shared Maria's brain, and on a spaceship near the X Power Station, their senses attempted to "see" the wondrous sight of multi-core consciousness merging using backup consciousness data.

They wondered if they could transmit the consciousness data of millions of people into Abbott's brain, since he had been in a coma.

Maria's body carried out the consciousness tasks of two people and successfully completed the experiment. The results of the experiment astonished them.

The consciousness of thousands of people was poured into Abbott's brain, including that of He Disheng. Didn't he refuse to upload his consciousness? Did he abandon the theory of direct current at the last moment and use Tesla's lightning ball?
In Abbott's ocean of consciousness, the Venusians rediscovered their families from being isolated individuals, and they even set up love corners, social circles, and even topic forums.

Loneliness is deadly; sometimes it's more terrifying than death. Humans are social animals; it's so good to be with family and friends!

To pass the time, people began to reminisce about the past, recalling the happy times they had on Venus.

Many families have turned their family history and interesting stories into films or short videos, which are then played on a loop in real "open-air" cinemas. The most popular one is "A Better Tomorrow: The Glorious Years," which was filmed by former Speaker Kent during his final days on Venus.

Some enthusiasts have given this series of stories, which comprises tens of thousands of family histories, an epic title: "Eternal Family and Nation".

After countless years, the Venusians finally understood that as intelligent beings, humans always have a way to live a fulfilling life.

Crises and difficulties are inevitable, and people must choose to face them in order to survive or to live better.

Thus, the key to passing the test was found: faith, wisdom, and courage.

But what if that still doesn't solve the problem?

Then choose resilience! If it doesn't work out now, then be resilient forever!
What if it still doesn't work, and it never works until I die?
In addition to faith, wisdom, courage, and perseverance, humans have another innate ability: to find solace!
If you can't do it yourself, entrust it to your descendants; if your descendants can't do it either, entrust it to future generations!

For generations to come, why should we trust those unfortunate kids?
Because I believe in love!
The six billion people of Venus, chosen to leave behind a brief entrustment for future generations of humanity, are unaware that this passage is the penultimate poem in Tagore's "Stray Birds":

"My unfinished past,

They wrapped themselves around my body from behind.

Death is never easy.

Please release me, free me from that bondage.

The hopes of Venusian humans are even more concise, embodied in the last poem of "Stray Birds," which consists of only one line:

"These are my last words: Believe in love!"

Maria was very curious, and Tesla's consciousness flooded into her own brain, forming a sea of memories.

Tesla was in a coma for 86 years. Where did his consciousness wander during that time? Did it leave an imprint on his subconscious?

Maria activated her senses, transforming it into a fish, and swam into the ocean of the subconscious that even Tesla himself could not recall.

Maria felt as if she had traveled 6500 million years into the future and experienced the entire New Generation; it was as if she had opened a history book from the distant future.

The book depicts the prehistory of emerging humans 6500 million years later:
Four hundred and fifty million years ago, Earth was in the Cambrian period. Due to frequent volcanic eruptions, a large amount of oxygen was consumed, and the atmosphere was filled with sulfides, extending all the way to the water bodies. In addition to toxic sulfur, the oceans also contained a large amount of barium ions. For some unknown reason, a series of comet showers brought abundant oxygen to Earth. The oxygen entered the ocean and reacted chemically with barium ions and sulfur, forming barium sulfide crystals that aggregated into strands of barite.

After 99% of the barium ions were removed, Earth experienced a massive explosion of biodiversity, known as the "Cambrian Explosion."

After the explosion of life, dinosaurs ruled the Earth.

Until 6500 million years ago, the temperature of Mars' core rose, eventually causing the outer shell to crack.

The seawater ejected into the air froze into ice, colliding and merging with fragments of rock, and under the powerful gravitational pull of the sun, formed the asteroid belt, which consists of about 50 celestial bodies.

A massive fragment from the Martian explosion hurtled towards Earth and struck the Yucatan Peninsula. The resulting dust entered the stratosphere, obscuring the entire planet.

Because of the abundant barite reserves in the Yucatan Peninsula region of Mexico, the barium ions and sulfides produced by the impact poisoned a large number of organisms on land and in water.

Dinosaurs were not spared either, and almost became extinct in a very short time.

The impact triggered volcanic eruptions in multiple locations, resulting in intense plate tectonics and large-scale marine regression. Massive numbers of shellfish died, and their shells accumulated on the uplifted land, weathering into a thin geological layer.

This grayish-white stratum is mainly composed of calcium oxides, also known as chalk. Geologists refer to the geological period preceding this as the "Cretaceous Period." This thin layer of white powder marks the end of the Cretaceous Period in Earth's geological history, and also the end of the Mesozoic Era.

The period from the end of the Cretaceous period to the 6500 million years that followed is known to geologists as the "Cenozoic Era"!
For the first 1000 million years after the start of the Cenozoic Era, algae in the ocean slowly increased the oxygen content of the Earth. As the water was purified, angiosperms multiplied, and biological evolution was slow but diverse.

Some marine fish came ashore and evolved into terrestrial mammals. Even more remarkably, some small terrestrial mammals returned to the ocean.

For example, a type of deer in the ancient Indian Kashmir region, also known as the ancient Indian pig (Indohyus), often dived underwater to escape predators. Later, they migrated westward and, over a long period of time, gradually evolved into the amphibious "Pakistani whale." Eventually, they returned to the sea and evolved into the large humpback whale.

Humpback whales' calls sound like singing, and their vocal range spans seven octaves. Female humpback whales release milk into the sea, which their calves suckle while swimming.

Time flies, and the world changes.

The Victoria wetlands rise into a plateau, flanked by the East African Rift Valley, which stretches for thousands of kilometers. The White Nile River, originating from Lake Victoria, flows northward and has become the longest river on Earth.

The Indo-Australian Plate subducted deep beneath the Eurasian Plate, causing the Neo-Tethys Ocean to disappear. As a result, the plateau to the north rose, forming the highest plateaus and mountain ranges on Earth: the Tibetan Plateau and the Himalayas.

The Martian blast event, calculated as an Attotun in the Mayan Long Count calendar, occurred approximately 6300 million years later, about 200 million years before the emergence of modern humans. During this time, a group of early humans, known as Homo sapiens, appeared in the East African Rift Valley.

As Homo sapiens reproduced and evolved, they migrated and spread throughout the entire Earth.

Modern humans have finally become the masters of the Earth, and their civilization shines like a galaxy.

The Egyptians built the pyramids in the shape of Orion, while the Maya created short and long calendars based on the conjunction cycles of the five planets with the Earth.

The Indians invented the concise decimal system, pioneering the introduction of "0" into mathematical calculations. This great invention unified mathematics, physics, and philosophy, elevating human thought to a higher level.

Even more incredibly, the ancient Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu seems to have accurately described superluminal waves in the *Tao Te Ching*, writing:
It is invisible to the eye (its wavelength) and inaudible to the ear (its frequency).

You cannot see its head when you approach it, nor can you see its tail when you follow it. Its upper part is not bright, and its lower part is not dark.

It is boundless and cannot be named; it returns to nothingness.

Maria thought in surprise, "Rope? Is it Nikola Tesla's rope?"
Are these words from the Tao Te Ching describing superluminal waves?

She arrived at the year 1936, as recorded in the book, when Tesla completed his paper, "The Dynamic Principle of Gravity".

Abbott also came to this time and space. Perhaps his brain contained the consciousness and wisdom of thousands of Venusians. Later, people discovered that his brain structure was indeed different from that of ordinary people.

Abbott was known to people at the time as Mr. Albert Einstein.

His smiling face revealed wrinkles, his eyes were deep and bright, and the violin was his favorite instrument.

The music began, and Einstein played "Liebestraum" and "Liebestraum".

Beyond the piano music, Maria seemed to hear a magnificent oratorio; she remembered Tesla saying that the opera was called:
Genesis.

Maria's consciousness "swam back" and reunited with Tesla.

Their happy smiles were reflected in the mirror-like dome of the sky. Yes! Yes!
The genetic material of Venusian humans could indeed "grow" a new generation of Earthlings!

Nikola Tesla had no regrets. Using the wavelength of faster light, which he called a "rope," he and Maria reached the pinnacle of human technology, completing their great and ultimate project.
Genesis! Take care of yourself!
And then what happened? Where did Maria's body go?

One day during the Cenozoic Era, spanning 6500 million years, she buried her body deep beneath the comet's snow and rode the comet toward Earth. With the help of the three Great Pyramids as markers, the comet accurately crashed into the East African Rift Valley.

Maria's body and the genetic material of 60 billion Venusian humans permeated the body of Homo sapiens, the mother of humans in the East African Rift Valley, and flowed in the blood of every emerging human on Earth!

Humans once migrated from Venus.

The Venusian humans have already returned!

They have always lived alongside us on this hopeful land of Earth.

What has remained unchanged for 6500 million years is Psyche, which carries the consciousness and souls of 60 billion Venusian humans, revolving around the sun again and again in the vast and lonely space.

For millions of years, it has been waiting in hope, filled with hope for the emerging humankind on Earth.

Time flies like an arrow, a thousand years pass in the blink of an eye, but what does it matter if a thousand years or ten thousand generations pass
Spirit Star is the true VESSEL, a vessel for faith and soul!
The signals it emitted, which resembled human brainwaves, repeatedly said one sentence, not "Help me," but rather:

Believe in love!
