1913 - Find it

As soon as Ling'er opened the door, the wind outside the hall was blowing towards her face, but she couldn't feel the chill, so she still tugged at the front of her clothes unconsciously, and the elves who were flying past stopped at the same time to look over.

When the beast lying in the distance heard the sound, it woke up with a start, raised its head to look over, and when it saw Ling'er, it ran over with short legs, and leaned against her feet, whistling.

"Hush." Ling'er made a silent movement towards Beast.

The beast opened its mouth again, wanted to scream but didn't make a sound, just wagged its tail desperately to show its goodwill.

Ling'er turned around and looked into the hall, and she could still see the figure on the bed under the curtain. She pursed her lower lip, closed the door quietly, and said to the beast at her feet, "Let's go, accompany me to a place."

The beast wagged its tail and nodded its furry head.

Ling'er walked forward, and many elves followed her, some with torches in front, some with torches behind, to show her the way ahead clearly.

Walking out of the palace garden, all the elves did not follow, they all stopped behind and looked at one person and one beast.

Beast tilted its head to look back at the road behind it, and then tilted its head to look at Ling'er. It didn't make a sound, but just followed Linger with its tail wagging.

Ling'er walked forward, and the elves along the road kept up with them from time to time, and stopped following them when they were far away. The whole palace was so quiet that it seemed that there were only these silent elves, but there was an extra unexpected visitor.

Ling'er walked in the direction of the medicine hall, and the spirits of the medicine hall were flying around. When they saw someone coming, they subconsciously hid themselves. When they saw who it was, they revealed their bodies again and flew up.

The Medicine Hall is not just the flying spirits with torches, but also some weird herbs planted outside, some of which are still glowing, and the whole Medicine Palace does not look dark.

Linger walked in, she walked to the medicine pavilion, she knocked on the door of the medicine pavilion, and after a while, a pharmacist came out to open the door, and the moment she opened the door, she saw Linger's frown tightened even more.

"Ling'er?" He hurriedly turned sideways to let Ling'er in, and said while moving, "But what happened, come at this time? Is it you or the emperor?"

Linger shook her head, "No, I'm looking for Coning."

The pharmacist was stunned for a moment, before realizing it, "Sit down first, I'll help you find him."

Ling'er nodded, she didn't sit down, she stood and waited for Coning.

The pharmacist went in for a long time, but no one came out, neither did Ko Ning.

Ling'er didn't rush, didn't rush, just stood and waited, the wagging tail of the beast at his feet stopped unconsciously.

After about a quarter of an hour, there was a sound from inside, the footsteps of two people.

Ling'er raised her head and looked over. Ko Ning and the pharmacist who just opened the door came out.

Coning didn't seem surprised when he saw Ling'er. He turned his head and said to the pharmacist beside him, "Go back first."

The pharmacist glanced at Ling'er, but without asking, he nodded and turned to leave.

Ko Ning looked at Linger, his eyes became a little complicated, he looked at Linger, "I knew you would come."

Linger smiled and didn't feel surprised, he would know that it was normal for her to come, after all, she also knew some things she didn't know not long ago.

"I want to ask him." Ling'er said straight to the point.

Coning raised his hand, "Don't worry, I'm waiting for someone." As soon as he finished speaking, he raised his eyes to look behind Linger, and said, "Here we come."
