Attached is the first published picture.It looks like a spider hanging from a rope, but it's not like that at all, it's me learning how to swim in a pool.

The instructor threaded the rope hanging from the ceiling pulley through my belt.This approach is fine if you believe in the character of the coach.Unfortunately, I was always worried that she would suddenly let go of the rope, so I always watched her nervously with one eye and watched the swimming with the other.The result of one mind and two tasks is naturally slow progress.
