Chapter 21

After walking for a long time on the desert, rocks and snow, the little prince finally found a road.

The little prince was convinced that all roads lead to places where people live, so he walked along this road.The little prince came to a garden, which was a garden full of roses.

"Hello." The little prince greeted the flowers in the garden.

"Hello." Rose said.

The little prince looked at the flowers carefully, and was surprised to find that they were all exactly like his one.

"What kind of flowers are you?" asked the little prince in amazement.

"We are roses," replied the flowers.

"Oh." The little prince nodded.

He feels a little unlucky now.The flower on the little prince's planet once told the little prince that it is a unique flower in the entire universe.But, right now, right before our eyes, there are at least five thousand identical flowers in this garden alone!

The little prince said to himself: "If he sees this, he will be very angry and cough more severely. In order not to be ridiculed by others, he will pretend to be dead. Then, I have to take care of him. Because otherwise it might actually die in order to make me forget that..."

The little prince shook his head and said to himself: "I thought I had a unique flower on my planet, but unexpectedly, what I have is just an ordinary flower. This flower, plus three A volcano as high as my knees, and one of them may never erupt, all this is my property, what a prince I am..."

Finally, the little prince lay down in the grass and wept.
