It consists of three methods, namely:
① Enrichment method.Effective use of idle time.For example, it can be used to go to the hospital to see a doctor, wait for a bus, line up for shopping, listen to tape recorders during business trips, read books and newspapers, or review textbooks learned.etc.

② Supervision Law.Seek the understanding and support of your family.Set up work and rest schedules for "business", housework, and study, and hang them on the indoor wall, asking family members to assist in the implementation, and seeking understanding from guests.

③ merger method.Do things of the same kind together, and do things that happen along the way.
