The former is generally used in televisions, refrigerators and washing machines, with a rated power of 2200 watts.

The latter is used in air conditioners and electric water heaters, with a rated power of 3520 watts. If this value is exceeded, the temperature of the inner core of the socket will increase significantly, which poses a great safety hazard.

So if you don't know which sockets in your home are 10A and which are 16A, try not to plug the air conditioner into other sockets.
