If my parents love me, it is not difficult for me to be filial; but when my parents no longer love me, I have to be filial to my parents, which is the most commendable.

After a period of investigation, Emperor Yao believed that Shun really had the ability to govern the country and the people, so he reassuredly abdicated to Yu Shun and let him govern the people of the world.
