In ancient times, there were two adjacent mountains in the north of our country, called Taihang and Wangwu.The two mountains have a radius of more than [-] li.There is an old man named Yu Gong who is nearly ninety years old in Beishan, who lives facing the mountain.He suffered from the blockage of the road to the north of the mountain, and he had to walk a long way to get in and out, so he called his whole family and wanted to move the mountain away.Yu Gong took three of his children and grandchildren who could carry the burden up the mountain, broke rocks and dug the soil, and carried the rocks to the west of the Bohai Sea in a basket.

One was placed in the west of Yongzhou.Since then, the south of Jizhou and the north of Han River have not been blocked.
