The first assistant of the poor family

Chapter 200 The So-called Confucianism

Chapter 200 The So-called Confucianism

County Magistrate Wu took over the title deed and looked it over, nodding frequently.

"Since there is this land deed, it can naturally prove that you have separated."

The most difficult problem has been solved, and county magistrate Wu is naturally in a good mood.

This Tan Fang was so ignorant that she repeatedly made trouble for him.

Although County Magistrate Wu has a good temper, he is not willing to be bullied.

"Since that's the case, there's no need to discuss this matter anymore. The county will send the case back. If Tan Fang keeps pestering her, the county will point it out directly."

Xie Shen was overjoyed when he heard the words.

Although he knew that County Magistrate Wu intended to repair the relationship with him, he never thought that County Magistrate Wu would show such sincerity.

Once County Magistrate Wu expresses his position, things will be much easier.

Tan Fang was also dizzy, and rushed to "stand out" for the Xie clan without even asking about the matter. Now that he got better, he was beaten back immediately, and he was completely humiliated.

"It's just that there will be some embarrassment here for the county lord?"

Since County Magistrate Wu wants to repair the relationship, Xie Shen has no reason not to show his favor.

There is no deep hatred between the two, at most it is just that there are some differences in philosophy of life.

There are many friends and many paths, Xie Shen doesn't want to make bitterness and hatred, and no one can get along
"That's not true. No matter how domineering Tan Fang is, she wouldn't dare to run into the county government?"

County Magistrate Wu smiled lightly and said: "Xie Xiansheng, don't worry, they don't share the same room with you, and they separated a long time ago, so there is absolutely no reason for you to take care of them."

With the magistrate of this county patted on his chest as a guarantee, what else does Xie Shen need to worry about?
In his opinion, this is naturally the best way to deal with it.Although he is not afraid of going to court, it will have a great impact after all.As for whether this influence will have a negative effect on Xie Shen's imperial examination path, Xie Shen is not sure. Therefore, it is safest to turn major issues into minor ones.

Xie Shen chatted with Magistrate Wu for a while.County magistrate Wu insisted on staying with Xie Shen for dinner, but Xie Shen had no choice but to agree.

But after saying that he was full of wine and food, Xie Shen bowed his hands and resigned. It was already dark when I returned home from the K county office.

The one who opened the door was of course Chen Hu'er, a book boy. Seeing his young master's return, Chen Hu'er rubbed his sleepy eyes and said happily, "Master, you are back. The two ladies are waiting for you in the wing."

Xie Shen shook his head and said, "Didn't you tell them to go to bed earlier, it's really not worrying."

There was no other way, Xie Shen had no choice but to walk into the wing room where the second daughter lived, coughed and said, "Why aren't you sleeping?"

Both Shui Yun and Xiao Luoli were absent-mindedly embroidering their purses, and when they heard this, they all turned their heads to look at Xie Shen happily.

"Son!"

Xie Shen walked up to him and said: "It's just that the county lord called me to talk, it scares you two."

Little Loli raised her chest, her delicate body trembled and said: "Young master said it lightly, how can you go to the county government at will? If there is no important matter, the county magistrate will not ask you to go. Tell me quickly, What is it?"

Xie Shen scratched the little lolita's nose angrily and said, "Girls don't need to care about men's affairs."

The little Lolita turned to Shuiyun with aggrieved words: "Sister Shuiyun, look, the young master is bullying me again!"

Shui Yun shook her head and said: "Didn't you hear what the young master said, the affairs of the man's house don't need to be taken care of by the slave family."

Seeing that Shui Yun was so annoyed, Xie Shen could only say: "Actually, it's not a big deal, it's just that the relatives who came to our house last time exaggerated the matter and brought it to Tan Fang. Tan Fang wrote a complaint for them Handed it over to the county government."

"Ah, this is not a big deal? Young master, you have to be careful!"

"What are you afraid of? Eldest brother and I have already separated from each family in the clan. Even according to the law of the Ming Dynasty, they can't provoke our family!"

Xie Shen shrugged and said lightly.

"What does the county elder mean?"

Shui Yun was still a little worried, and continued to question D Xianzun and decided to press the matter down.Of course, if Tan Fang insisted on standing up for them, she might still have to go to court, but my eldest brother and I have no chance of losing. "

"Well."

Hearing this, Shui Yun's hanging heart was relieved.

"Since this is the case, the slave family can sleep well."

Xie Shen felt warm when he heard the words: "Don't worry, if my guess is correct, these clansmen will leave Yuyao and return to Juyu Mountain soon."

These clansmen were obviously here to fight the autumn wind, Xie Shen was firm, and the county officials did not stand by them. Not only would they not be able to win the autumn wind if it took a long time, but they would have to spend money in vain, which is impossible to accept with the mentality of these tribesmen.

"That's good." Shui Yun nodded and said: "Blessed by the Guan Yin Bodhisattva who saves the suffering, the young master is finally out of trouble."

Xie Shen couldn't laugh or cry.

It seems that the big hat of "unfilial piety" is really deterrent, and even Shui Yun, who has always been calm, can't sit still and pay homage to Guanyin.

"Go to bed early."

After coming out of the second daughter's room, Xie Shen went back to his own room to light candles and prepare to study.

I have been distracted by various things these days, but I don't have time to study books.

The scientific examination is coming soon, but I dare not slack off in the slightest.

Turning over Zhu Zi Annotations and Analects Volume [-], Xie Shen saw a very familiar sentence.

Confucius said: "Those who are virtuous must have words, and those who have words do not need to be virtuous; those who are benevolent must have courage, and those who are brave need not be benevolent."

This is the original text of the Analects, below which there are Zhu Zi's annotations copied in small script.

"Those who are virtuous are those who are peaceful and accumulating, and their brilliance shines out. Those who can speak well may just give it to others. Those who are benevolent have a selfless heart and will do what is right. A brave man may only be strong in blood."

Xie Shen did not praise Zhu Xi, the master of Confucianism. The reason is actually very simple, because starting from his old age, many Confucianisms have become rigid.

Take the Analects of Confucius as an example, there may be many kinds of annotations and understandings.

But as soon as Zhu Zi's annotations appeared, the opinions of hundreds of schools became the last way, and only following Zhu Zi's annotations was orthodox.

The rigidity of thinking is terrible, and the final result is often no cultural creativity.

The meaning of this passage of Analects is very simple, that is, a virtuous person may not be able to speak eloquently and reason, and a person who is eloquent in eloquence may not be virtuous.A benevolent person is not necessarily brave, and a brave person does not necessarily have a heart of benevolence.

At first glance, Zhu Xi's annotations are correct, but he has limited the direction!

The so-called "those who can speak, may just give it to the mouth."

Could it be that those who can speak are really "spoofs"?

There is no obvious emotional tendency in the Analects, but when it comes to Zhu Zi, although the word "or" is also used, it gives an obvious emotional tendency.

The so-called Cheng-Zhu Neo-Confucianism, in Xie Shen's view, is just an excessive commentary on Confucianism.

This kind of excessive annotation makes countless scholars read Confucian classics according to the old man Zhu Zi's thinking, which can be regarded as causing endless harm.
