To subdue one's heart and let oneself truly master oneself is also a process of strengthening one's true self.Only in this way can people make themselves stronger.

This is the original meaning of the Xinghe system. It is different from other systems that focus on first training the tangible body, but first tempering the invisible spirit.

Because, any creature in this world can only be truly powerful if its own heart is strong!

This is a process from the inside out, with the real strength of self-will driving the growth of the physical body.

The human spirit, or consciousness, always resides in the brain.If a person is compared to a universe, then the brain is the heaven, where a person's soul resides.

Therefore, the system of Galaxy Emperor starts from the development of the brain.

Its first state is [deep sleep].

Because if a person enters a deep sleep, he can adjust his physical body very well, and there is a sense of the unity of heaven and man in the midst of darkness and emptiness.

At this level, the body is no longer the body, but the void, the planet, and the Dao!

The creatures in this realm are extremely powerful, and they can absorb the power of the universe for their own use with just a few gestures.In a single thought, the situation changes, and the mountains and rivers are covered with snow.

Similarly, at this level, people can extract the energy of various dimensions for their own use.Dimensions are called caves by Easterners, planes by Westerners, and dimensions or multiverses by modern science.

After all, the power of supernatural powers is limited, and if you use it a little, it will be exhausted.But the power of the dimension is infinite, once promoted to Zuo Wang, as long as he uses a little mental power, he can extract the fire element from the dimension, which is endless forever.

And once you step into the highest level of forgetting the world, you can condense the small world in your body to store energy.At this level, in a world like Dragon Ball, you don't know how many worlds you can open up in a single thought.

Further sublimate the small worlds in the body into runes, and then the gathering of tens of thousands or even more runes will become [laws], and the gathering of countless laws will become [road]!
This is the realm of a saint. In this realm, even if the apocalypse comes, the primordial spirit is dispersed, and the body is destroyed, people will still not die, because the soul is immortal!
If you go one step further, you can practice multiple avenues, hundreds of avenues, three thousand avenues, or even eight thousand avenues.When you reach a certain point, you can integrate these avenues into one, and thus step into another level of realm.

And in this process of unification, Westerners call it [God], and Easterners call it [Hunyuan Daoguo]!
In the future, there will naturally be realms. If you can survive the chaos of birth and death again and again, it will be the realm of [Reincarnation], and after reincarnation, it will be the realm of [Beyond Chaos] that transcends chaos.
