Chapter 14

The whistling sword slashed past my head, I was trembling, but I heard the scream of a ghost behind me.

I was taken aback, and turned my head quietly, only to see countless pairs of feet floating in my sight!

There was a sudden chill on the arm, and the man picked me up and dragged me behind him.Only then did I realize that the basement was full of ghosts at some point.

When the little ghosts saw us coming forward, they grinned even more fiercely.The man kept his face calm and walked forward step by step.

Finally, the little ghosts couldn't bear it anymore, and rushed towards him waving their paws.

With two clangs, he swung the two little ghosts away like a mosquito.

The little ghost slammed into the wall on one side heavily, and a blue light flashed across the man's fingertips.The blue light sank into the chests of the two little ghosts, and the little ghosts wailed, and their bodies slowly became transparent.

"Are they dead?" I asked, looking at the empty wall.

"En." He responded lightly, and continued to walk forward, and I hurriedly followed up again.

He didn't say he wouldn't kill me, but he didn't say he would kill me either, did he?This ghostly place could kill me, I took a chance and thought it would be safer to follow this man.

After walking a few steps, he suddenly asked me, "How did you get here?"
