Chapter 82
"It's been said that it's been a cool autumn... why do I feel that my heart is also cold?" Shaoyu sat in front of the door that had been locked for two years, looked up at the sky, and sighed.

The cough of the old presiding officer was heard in the distance, and he immediately ran over to take care of the old presiding officer.

But he didn't realize that the little novice monk under the bodhi tree in the backyard had quietly turned into a young monk under the acceleration of time!

Opposite him is a young man, with his hands behind his back, looking up at the sky, still in a daze, muttering in his mouth:

"There is a mixture of things, born from heaven and earth, lonely and lonely, independent and unchanging, traveling around without dying, and can be the mother of heaven and earth.

I don't know its name, the word is called Dao, and the strong name is called Da. "

Anyone who comes from the same time, space and earth as Jiang Zhe will definitely know that what he said is the content of Chapter 25 of the Tao Te Ching.

The translation is:

There is a thing that is mixed and formed, which existed before the formation of heaven and earth.

Its voice cannot be heard and its shape cannot be seen. It is silent and empty. It does not rely on any external force and exists independently and never stops. It circulates and never fails. It can be the root of all things.

I didn't know its name, so I reluctantly called it "Tao", and then reluctantly named it "Da".

This is the description and definition of Tao in Tao Te Ching.

Jiang Zhe continued to murmur: "Cultivating the Tao, cultivating the Tao, people turn into Tao, and Tao is ruthless. Dao is ruthless and treats all things as dogs. In the eyes of Dao, there is no preferential treatment, no poor treatment, and all living beings are ants. I don't want to see more." One glance at you, one more glance at you, let you come and die with the wind, just like the weeds and wild dogs on the side of the road...

The Tao is like this, so can people who practice the Tao be so indifferent? "

Jiang Zhe asked questions that had accumulated in his mind for two years.

The young monk under the tree was just aware of the law, he remained motionless, and the scriptures in front of him were replaced by the Diamond Sutra.

At the same time, there was a rumbling sound outside the twin stone peaks.

"Shaoyu, what are you doing over there? The sound of the drum sounds very lively." the abbot of the Fa Conference asked.

Shaoyu scratched his head, expressing that he didn't know either.

At this moment, a voice came: "The Nanyue Martial Arts Conference will be held over there. It is said that many domestic masters have come, and the competition will be held tomorrow. Aren't the two mages going to have a look?"

The two heard the words and looked around, only to see two tourists walking over.

This pair of stone peaks is different from other peaks. This mountain peak is almost straight up and down. Although the upper and lower steps are often repaired, many places are vertically up and down, which is very difficult to climb.

Ordinary people, even if they climb all the way and rest, they will be exhausted to death.

But the two of them looked calm and relaxed.

Among the two, there was a young man with a slender figure, a warm smile, and eagle-eyed eyes, giving off a rebellious and rebellious look.

The other was an old man with his hands behind his back and a gloomy expression on his face.

The two walked very calmly, and they were not ordinary people at first sight.

Shaoyu clasped his hands together and proclaimed the Buddha's name: "Amitabha, thank you two benefactors for clarifying your doubts. Are the two benefactors here to pay homage to the Buddha?"

The young man smiled and said, "Master, do you want to burn incense?"

The old man snorted coldly and said, "I, Mr. Chen, have never believed in the sky, the earth, or the Buddha in my life. I came here just to have nothing to do and go for a walk... Monk, don't worry about us. We just don't believe in it, but There will be no disrespect for your beliefs."

After hearing the words, he smiled slightly and was not angry: "Those two benefactors, feel free."

Then speak less, continue to listen to the sound of drums, and look into the distance.

There is the main peak of Nanyue, Tongtian Peak. Tongtian Peak takes a step to reach the sky. There is a big temple on it, named Tiantong Temple.

Tiantong Temple is the largest temple in the mountains of Nanyue, but it is said that it used to be a Taoist temple. Later, because of the war, the monks and Taoist priests on the mountain jointly signed a letter to form a national salvation association and went down the mountain to save the country. As a result, none of the Taoist priests who went there came back. A young monk named Qingyuan came back with a broken leg.

During the war, the monasteries and Taoist temples on the mountain were almost completely burned down. Only Tiantong Temple, which was also called Tongtian Taoist Temple at that time, escaped the disaster because of its high altitude.

After the little monk Qingyuan came back, he was arranged to enter the Tongtian Taoist Temple.

Originally someone suggested that Qingyuan should reform the name of the Buddhist sect, but Qingyuan thought of the Taoists who were comrades-in-arms in the past, and just changed the word "Tongtian", and today's Tiantong Temple came into being.

However, there is always a place in the temple, which is listed as Tongtian Daoist Temple.

It's just that no Taoist has ever stayed there...

Tiantong Temple has made great contributions to saving it, and has received the support of resources from all sides. After the world was at peace, it quickly developed into the largest temple in the mountains of Nanyue, and became the head of Nanyue.

In Shaoyu's heart, and even in Fahui's heart, they are somewhat envious of Tiantong Temple.

Even in my dreams, I want my own temple to be able to have that kind of weather one day in the future.

At this moment, Shaoyu heard the boy's voice from the temple: "Master, why is this place locked?"

When Shaoyu heard it, his heart skipped a beat, and he ran back quickly, shouting at the same time: "Two benefactors, that is the forbidden place of Buddhism, please go back."

When the young man heard this, he laughed immediately: "You little monastery also has a forbidden area? Really interesting?
Although I have seen many similar scams, I am really curious.

Monk, tell me, how much does it cost to open the door? "

When Shaoyu heard it, he immediately became angry, and said angrily: "What kind of scam? This is originally a forbidden area of our monastery. The door will not be opened for any amount of money, you go back."

The young man smiled: "I, Xu Yuhai, really don't believe it. How about unlocking the lock for 1 yuan?"

Shaoyu waved his hand directly and said, "Please go back."

Xu Yuhai continued to shout: "One hundred thousand!"

"Go back."

"50! Monk, that's a lot. It's enough for you to renovate this monastery. Be content. I won't give you any more money after a while."

Xu Yuhai said domineeringly.

Shaoyu was angry, and was about to say something when he heard the name of Yisheng Buddha: "Amitabha, two benefactors, the Buddhist gate is a pure place, and you don't talk about copper-smelling things. Since you two have no intention of worshiping the Buddha, you should go down the mountain as soon as possible."

Xu Yuhai looked at the trembling old man, and said with disdain: "It is said that there are tall people in the mountains, ha ha...but that's all! 100 million, open the door!"

He was not angry at the Fa conference, and shook his head slightly: "Benefactor, it's not about money. Please go back..."

The more the monks refused to open the door, the more curious Xu Yuhai became.

Chen Gong on the side looked at the two-meter-high wall with his hands behind his back, and was about to go down to find out.

Someone shouted over there, "Is Mr. Chen there?"

Chen Gong looked back and saw a monk running over with sweat on his back, holding a wooden waist card in his hand and saying: "You are walking too fast, this is a martial arts waist card. Without a waist card, you cannot participate in the competition!"

Xu Yuhai went over immediately, took the badge, frowned and said, "Why didn't you say it earlier?"

The monk smiled bitterly and said, "I said it, it's just that you walked too fast."

Xu Yuhai took out some money and handed it to the monk and said, "Master, please help me burn two more sticks of incense for the Bodhisattva with this money."
