Jindan is a kind of Dafa, which is basically divided into three categories, Qingjing Danfa, Yinyang Danfa and Dragon and Tiger Pill. Qingjing Danfa requires high understanding, and Yinyang Pill method is easy to flow into evil ways, so Dragon and Tiger Pill method has become The mainstream, the steps are clear, Qi training, foundation building, Disha, Tiangang, Dragon and Tiger Convergence, Golden Elixir, etc., followed by cultivating Yuanshen, Yuanying, Huashen, and then returning to the emptiness and harmony, the world's law is all here.

Achievement of golden elixir is a god, with a lifespan of [-] years, and there will be no mystery in the next birth. When reaching a certain age, one will recall the experience of the previous life.

"Uncle, how about the way of Huang Ting practiced by Junior Brother Mo Xian?"

"The way of Huang Ting is also a great method. Don't take the golden elixir, but keep thinking and contemplating inwardly. The spirit will appear all over the body, and the holy fetus will be born. It is not weaker than the golden elixir road." Qian Xuzi said.

Six degrees, Sanskrit is Paramita or Paramita, which means to reach the other shore. Six degrees are six ways to reach the other shore, and six degrees are Mahayana The general outline of the practice of the Bodhisattva way, the six perfections are generosity, precepts, patience, diligence, meditation, and prajna."
