(Sixth and third line) "Tolerance of wrongdoing will eventually lead to humiliation" means that a person without virtue is not worthy of occupying this position.

(Ninth and fourth lines) "Follow the destiny, and there will be no disasters", which means that the belief has finally begun to be realized.

(Nine and five lines) The "auspiciousness" obtained by the "adult" is that this position is suitable for him.
