"Problem Solving"

The hexagram "Bite" is also called "Fire and Thunder Biting".

Biting, gnawing; nibbling, cooperating.If there is a gap between things, they can be meshed together.The hexagram image has two yangs, the upper and lower, and the middle is empty, like a mouth image; "Nine Fourth" has one yang, which is in the middle, and it must be gnawed and combined.

"Xu Gua Zhuan" said: "It is impressive and then there is a combination, so it is swallowed by it; the one who eats it is also." "Pro" and "Guan" need the guarantee of the legal system to maintain the proper order of feudal rule, so "Bitting" closely follows the hexagram "Guan".

"Bitting" is a defense of the ancient criminal law. The first two lines talk about the necessity of punishment. It can be seen that the opinions on whether to punish and how to punish were not very unified at that time, reflecting that the society at that time was still very simple.We can also see from "Bitting" that the sentencing at that time had not yet been subdivided, and the method of investigation was only an autopsy, which reflects that all aspects of the judiciary were still in the initial stage at that time.Due to the small amount of vocabulary, there are no words such as criminal investigation, arrest, and legal action, so they are all replaced by "bite"; there are no words such as anatomy, inspection, etc., they are replaced by "yu" and "get", which makes many misunderstandings in this hexagram. It has brought a lot of trouble to readers.

Six three: eat bacon, encounter poison, stingy, no blame.

Ninety Four: To devour the stem, get the golden arrow, benefit the hardship, and good fortune.

Sixth Five: Eat dry meat, get gold, vigorous, and blameless.

Last Nine: He Xiao Er, fierce.

The hexagram "Bitting" symbolizes punishment: prosperity, which is beneficial to use to control prisons.

In the ninth line of the first day, the feet were covered with torture tools (shackles), and the toes were invisible, which prevented him from making bigger mistakes.

In the sixth and second lines, the skin was tattooed (tattooing), and the nose was cut off (劓死), which prevented him from making bigger mistakes.

In the sixth and third lines, we searched for "bacon", and found that he died of poisoning. (Solving the case) is a little troublesome, but there will be no major trouble.

In the ninth and fourth lines, I searched for "dried meat with bones" and found metal arrowheads in the bones, which is beneficial (to solve the case). Although it is still very difficult, it must be auspicious if you persevere.

In the sixth and fifth lines, I found "dried meat" and found a rusty metal arrowhead. I insisted on chasing it fiercely, without fault.

"彖ci" says: When you bite food in your mouth, it is called "biting". The "prosperity" of "Bitter" lies in the fact that the hard and the soft are in their positions first, and then they are very clear about the target and act quickly, like a thunderbolt, and they are unambiguous.Yinrou got the middle position, and then rose to the supreme position. Although it is not suitable, it is "useful for using in prison".
