"Problem Solving"

The hexagram "Yi" is also called "Feng Lei Yi".

"Xu Gua Zhuan" said: "If there is no loss, there will be benefit, so we will benefit from it."When things are damaged to the point of no loss, what is left is "benefit". Profit and loss are always opposite and complementary, so the hexagram "benefit" follows closely the hexagram "loss".

"Shuowen": "Yi, Rao Ye." "Yi" is the initial text of the word "Yi", which spreads out; That is to say, "Yi" is a double-meaning word with the meaning of "opposite", just like "Li", "Xian" and so on.Confucius said: "Those who harm themselves benefit, and those who benefit themselves lack." ; Or if you want to harm it, turn it to benefit it. The opposite of benefit and harm is the gateway to misfortune and good fortune.
Self-injury rather than self-benefit is the principle of all things and the way of self-cultivation.

"Benefits": There are benefits, and benefits involve Dachuan.

Ninth day of the lunar month: Use it as a masterpiece, Yuanji, no blame.

Sixty-two: The tortoise of the ten friends may benefit, Fuke violates, Yongzhen is auspicious; the king's use is enjoyed by the emperor, auspicious.

Sixty-three: Yizhi, use a murderous event, no blame; Youfu Zhongxing, tell the public to use Gui.

June [-]th: Bank of China, inform the public to obey; use it as a means of moving to the country.

Ninth Five-Year: If you have Fu Huixin, don't ask Yuanji.There is Fu Huierde.

Upper Nine: Don't benefit from it, or hit it.Be determined not to persevere, fierce.

The hexagram "Yi" symbolizes gain: it is good for going somewhere, and it is good for crossing great rivers.

The ninth line of the first day is good for accomplishing great deeds, great auspiciousness, and no disasters.

The six-two line, even if you add the big treasure tortoise worth "ten friends", you can't get a different result. It is the real auspiciousness to keep the right way forever; it is also auspicious for the king to worship the emperor of heaven.

Sixth and third lines, gain, are generally used for disasters (such as disaster relief), without fault.Full of integrity, move forward in the middle way, (come back) report to the prince to use the formal etiquette of holding a jade kui.

Sixth and fourth lines, go forward in the middle way, (return) report to the prince and duke for approval; it can be used as a basis to move to the capital.

Nine and five lines, as long as you are full of integrity and kindness, you don't need to ask to know that it is very auspicious.Having integrity increases one's moral strength.

Going up the Nine Lines, not only will there be no one to help, but you will even be attacked.The vows made are always changing, and the future is dangerous.

"Yuan" said: "Yi", harming the upper and benefiting the lower, the people say that there is no border; from up to down, its way is great. "Benefits come and go", Zhongzheng celebrates. "Benefiting across the great river", the wooden way is the way. "Yi" moves and sundaes, the day advances without boundaries, the sky gives and the earth grows, and its benefits are endless.The way of all benefits goes with the times.

"Zuci" said: "Yi" hexagram image, reduce the top and increase the bottom, the people will be infinitely happy; if you are at the top and can respect the bottom, the way of gain can shine everywhere. "It is beneficial to go forward" is because of adhering to the righteous way, so we can get happy results. "It is beneficial to cross great rivers and rivers" means that it is possible to sail on water by relying on wooden boats. The hexagram "Yi" symbolizes endless movement but obeys the law, making progress every day without end, just like the sun and rain from the sky and the creation of all things on the earth, the way of gaining is regardless of region and object.All the laws of gain change with time.

"Xiang" said: wind and thunder, "Yi".A gentleman will move if he sees good, and change if there is a fault. "Yuanji, there is no blame", it's not a big deal. "Or benefit it", from outside. "Beneficial use of ominous events" is inherent. "Tell the public to obey" means to benefit the will. "If you have a heart of kindness, don't ask questions"; "Mo Yizhi" is partial speech; "Or hit it" is from outside.

"Translation"

"Xiang Ci" says: wind gallops and thunder roars, this is the image of the hexagram "Yi".Inspired by this, a gentleman follows what is good, and corrects what is wrong.

(Ninth line of the first day) "It is very auspicious and there is no disaster", which means that there is no need to hand in more.

([-] yao) "Just adding" refers to sending from outside.

(Sixth and third lines) "Gains are generally used for murderous events", this is a consistent practice.

([-]th line) "Report that the prince is recognized", so that confidence is strengthened.

(Nine Five Lines) affirmed that "As long as you are full of integrity and kindness, you don't need to ask (auspicious)"; "It can increase a person's moral strength", so that he can show his ambitions.

(Upper Nine Lines) "No one to help" is because everyone generally thinks (he is not worthy of help); "will be attacked", which he did not expect.
