23 Difficulty: Can you understand the three yin and three yang in the hands and feet, and the pulse?However: the three yang pulses of the hand, from the hand to the head, are five feet long, five or six conjoining and three zhang.The three yin pulses of the hand, from the hand to the chest, are three feet five inches long, three six feet eight feet long, five six three feet long, and two feet one foot.The three yang channels of the foot, from the foot to the head, are eight feet long, six to eight, four to eight feet.The three yin channels of the foot, from the foot to the chest, are six feet and five inches long, six feet three feet six feet, five six feet three feet, and three feet nine feet.The veins on the two feet of a person are stretched from the feet to the eyes. The length is seven feet five inches, two to seven feet four feet, two to five feet, and one foot to five feet.The governor vessel and the Ren vessel are each four feet five inches long, two forty-eight feet long, two five-one feet long, and a total of nine feet.Every meridian is sixteen zhang or two chi long, which is the number of the length of the so-called twelve meridians.

24 Difficult question: Three yin and three yang in the hands and feet, the qi has been extinct, why wait?How do you know whether it is good or bad?However: if the qi of the foot Shaoyin is exhausted, the bones will wither.

Therefore, if the pulse is not operating, the tendons will shrink quickly; if the muscles shrink quickly, the eggs will be attracted to the tongue; therefore, the tongue will roll and the eggs will shrink, and the tendons will die first.Geng Ri Du and Xin Ri died.

The hand is too yin, that is, the fur is scorched.The ones of the Taiyin are the lungs, and the ones that circulate the temperature in the skin and hair are also.Qi Fuying causes scorched fur; scorched fur leads to body fluid loss; body fluid loss means skin knot injury; skin knot injury means skin dryness and hair breakage; hair breakage means hair death first.Bing Ri Tu and Ding Ri died.

If the yin qi in the hand is cut off, the pulse will not flow; if the pulse is blocked, the blood will not flow; if the blood does not flow, the color will disappear.Therefore, the complexion is as dark as Mucuna, and the blood dies first.

Ren Ri is benevolent, Gui Ri is dead.

If the three yin qis are completely eliminated, the eyes will be dizzy and turn, and the eyes will be closed; if the eyes are closed, it will be loss of will;

If the six yang qi are completely eliminated, the yin and yang will be separated.When yin and yang are separated, the interstitial organs will vent, and sweat will come out, as big as a penetrating pearl. If it turns out and does not flow, the qi will die first.

27 Difficult question: If the pulse has eight extraordinary meridians, it is not limited to the twelve meridians, why?However: there is Yang dimension, there is Yin dimension, there is Yang Qiao, there is Yin Qiao, there is Chong, there is Du, there is Ren, and there is the channel of belt.All of these eight meridians are not limited to meridians, so they are called the eight meridians of strange meridians.

There are twelve sutras, and fifteen ties. All 27 qi follow each other up and down, so why not stick to the sutras alone?However: the sages try to set up ditches to facilitate waterways, in case of failure.When the rain falls and the ditches overflow, at this moment, the sage can't do it again.The meridians are overflowing, and the meridians cannot be restrained again.

28 Difficult question: The eight meridians of the extraordinary meridians are not limited to the twelve meridians, where do they start and follow?However: the governor vessel originates from the meridian of the lower pole, runs in the spine, goes up to Fengfu, and enters the brain.The Ren channel starts from below the middle pole, goes above the hairline, runs through the abdomen, goes up to Guanyuan, and ends at the throat.Chongmai originates from Qi Chong, goes through the meridian of Foot Yangming, clamps the umbilical cord, ascends, reaches the chest and then disperses.The person with the pulse starts from Jiwei and turns around for a week.The Yang Qiao pulse starts from the middle of the heel, goes up along the outer ankle, and enters the wind pool.The yin swaying pulse also originates from the middle of the heel, goes up along the inner malleolus, to the throat, and intersects with the Chong pulse.Those who maintain yang and yin maintain the collaterals in the body, and the overflow and storage cannot circulate to irrigate the various meridians.Therefore, the yang dimension originates from the yang associations, and the yin dimension originates from the yin intersections.Compared with the sage who set up a ditch, the ditch overflows and flows into a deep lake, so the sage cannot be restrained, but the human veins are prosperous, entering the eight meridians without surrounding them, so the twelve meridians cannot be restrained. It is swollen and hot, and the Bianstone shoots it.

29 Difficult question: What are the strange scriptures for disease?However: yang is maintained by yang, yin is maintained by yin, and yin and yang cannot support each other, so you will lose your ambition, and you will not be able to contain yourself.The yang dimension is suffering from cold and heat, and the yin dimension is suffering from pain and heartache.Yin swaying is a disease, yang is slow and yin is urgent, yin swaying is a disease, yin is slow and yang is urgent.

Rushing into it is a disease, against the qi and anxious.Supervising it is a disease, and the spine is strong and fainted.Let it be a disease, and its internal bitter knots, men have seven hernias, and women have lumps.

Bringing it is a disease, the abdomen is full, the waist melts, as if sitting in water.The eight extraordinary meridians are also diseases.
