I went over the days events in my head while I soaked in the hot bath Micah had prepared for me. I left the Cabin shortly after Norma had talked with me, practically running when Felix had mind linked me.

'What are you doing?'

"We're leaving to take you home."

'Where's micah?'

"...Forget him dragon."

'Please call me by my name.'

"Which is?"

'Felix.'

"Hmm..felix? That sounds like a boys name." I smiled down at him as I slowed to a walk.

"I guess I never thought about it..."

Before we could finish our conversation I heard the thundering of hooves behind us, whipping around I saw a dozen of grizzly looking men thundering toward us. Sensing Ill intentions I started off running, unfortunately theres not a horse alive I can outrun. They galloped their horses in circles around us, corralling us so we couldnt escape. Laughing as they leaped from their horses.

"Well hello, little mouse. Where ya off to?" The large red headed man sneered at me, I clutched Felix to my chest.

"Leave me alone!" I shouted, recieving only laughter in return.

"You think we'd let a pretty little thing like you get away? My men haven't felt a womans touch in quite a while." A greasy man whispered in my ear as he grazed my back, I shivered terrified of what was to come. The greasy man behind me pulled out a dagger and ran it gently down my jawline and under the collar of my tunic ripping some of the seam.

"Come on Sam share!" Another man hollered coming forth with his own dagger, being less gentle than the previous man he sliced my tunic down the front slicing my stomach causing me to scream out in pain. The rain had started camouflaging my tears, these men were going to take me and I feared I would not survive this ordeal. I heard more hooves thunder toward us and dread filled me. Were more men coming to take advantage of me? I couldn't make out what this new man was yelling but before I knew it he had cut down the aggresive man who sliced me. Was this new man protecting me? He shouted some more and the men all retreated, then he turned toward me and I immediately recognized him. Even after saying all I had to him Micah still came for me, I felt like an idiot.

Sinking further in the tub I knew I couldn't do this journey without him, Hell i was barely one day in and was already as helpless as a newborn lamb.

Entering the living quarters after my bath I blushed sheepishly at Micah, he was rocking Felix to sleep like a baby.

"Micah?"

"Shhh, he's sleeping." He said as he settled Felix onto a chair.

"Thank you. " I said giving him a big hug.

"If you hadn't come they would've..."

"Shhh...let's not talk about it." He silenced me with a hug,

"Please don't push me away again."

"I won't. " I promised him and placed a kiss on his cheek.

"I don't hate you Micah, I never have."

"I know." He said placing a lustful kiss on my lips.
