Aarav is able to prove his worth in just two and a half years. Now Aarav also started to live in the Yadav family, so Rajiv is not very much against their marriage, he makes sure that Aarav and Anu will stay with them. 

Anu doesn't have any problems, but she then once again ask Aarav, as some people thought that living in the wife's home is quite disrespectful. After the marriage, Rajiv's family become too strong, as they have Ram and Aarav as young and successful businessman, Sanjana's dad is also a famous businessman and Priya's maternal family is also there. Mr. Khurana and co understand that they now can't able to offend or even use Aarav. 

Talking about Shefali, in this lifetime, she spend a relatively simple but good life. She marry with her college sweetheart. Even though this boy is not very rich, he loves her very much and has good nature.

Rohan and Ram also get married, and Anu is the one who takes care of their children, Aarav spends most of his time what Anu, and he is also the loving uncle of children. Anu died in very young age, at 32. Rajiv and Priya are not able to handle this pain, but as they promise Anu they decided to take care of Aarav. 

Aarav is in too sad after her death, he doesn't understand why he should live without his Anu, but Anu takes a promise from him, a promise to take care of her family. So Aarav for the next ten years takes care of the Yadav family. Priya and Rajiv died after some years of Anu's death. Aarav take care of them like his own parents until there last breath.
