Mahendra takes Reva in his arms and directly runs towards the car. Seeing her blood he is not able to hold himself. Arnav send his two people with Mahendra. He wanted to go with him, but now taking care of other girls is also important. 

Due to Reva already beat many people, they just need to take care of the remaining people. Meanwhile there another rescue team also arrives there, it has doctors and also some other staff who will help these girls. After handling that situation Aranv also come to the hospital. 

He quickly find Mahendra who is looking like a dead body and sit near him. 

"How she is?" Arnav questions. 

"I don't know" Mahendra replied. He still remembers his hands which are covered in blood. He is scared. Very scared that he might lose Reva.

It takes three hours to take the two bullets out of Reva's body. 

"she will be fine right?" Mahendra questions. 

"Yes, but the way the bullet insert in her stomach and another part, which will create some problem in her future," The doctor told him. 

"What type of problems?" Mahendra questions. 

"She might never be able to be a mother" The doctor replied. Mahendra froze at the place after listening to this. He remember how intensely Reva wanted to have her own family. She also likes children very much, and he too, but now...

"I am sorry, if I know things will happen like this I will never send her there," Arnav said while putting his hand on Mahendra's back. He remembers how scared Mahendra look when Reva lose her consciousness. He never sees Mahendra that much scared. 

And the way he is crying from the moment the doctor takes Reva inside is quite heartbreaking. Mahendra never cry this much, even after his father's death. 

"It is not your fault, if I go and meet her on her birthday this might never happen," Mahendra said and again started to cry. Why does he act like this with her, he can't help but feel more guilty. 

That day, Reva gains her consciousness, and then again loses it many times, doctor tells them, that now she is out of danger, and this is happening due to the blood loss. That day both Mahendra and Arnav are not able to sleep. 

The next day, Reva's condition is quite better, and the doctor tells them that she will soon go to recover. After listening to this both Mahendra and Arnav feel quite happy. Meanwhile, Mahendra gets a call from Veer, and Mahendra told him about Reva's condition. After listing to this, Veer wanted to return, but Mahendra tell him not to worry and first finish the business. Right now Mahendra is not able to handle the business and if Veer comes here, then their business might be in trouble.

But besides this, he has another motive which is he wanted Reva to see only him when she wakes up. She might be still angry with him. So he wanted her to calm down.

He also send Aranv back and tell him not to worry. After that Mahendra sits near Reva. 

"I not cheated on you, it was just a misunderstanding, please wake up, if you want I will break every relationship with grandpa, but please wake up," Mahendra said while taking Reva's pale hand in his hands. Mahendra who started to cry at this time, says many things, and while he is doing this he is not able to notice Reva who already open her eyes. 

But Reva then quickly shut her eyes. Not because she wanted to hear the confession, but because she wanted to hear what happens with her. 

"System can you hear me?" Reva questions. 

"Yes," System replied. 

"So tell me exactly what happen after I lost my consciousness" Reva said. On which system tell her everything. System is somewhat scared right now, first because he thought that he might really lost Reva and later the change he is facing right now. 

"Oh, so I can't become a mom" Reva whispers. 

"no, they said it is going to be difficult for you" System replied. He realized he shouldn't tell Reva about the everything doctor said. 

"I understand," Reva said. While she is still in her thongs she again hear Mahendra's voice. 

"Reva are you crying in your sleep. Is this that much pain?" Mahendra questions. Reva realized that she is shading tears. Reva opens her eyes. Mahendra seeing this first get quite surprised and happy, and then he directly press the button for the doctor. 

"you finally gain conscious, I am too scared," Mahendra said while kissing her hand once again, but Reva suddenly pull her hand from his reach. Mahendra think that she must be scared or in pain, he wanted to ask her but before that doctor come. 

After the doctor checks Reva, they tell Mahendra and her that she is completely fine. And she needs to take as much rest as she can. After checking her the doctor left. Mahendra is too happy now. 

"You know how much I scared," Mahendra said, while gently kissing Reva on her forehead. Reva wanted to smile, but then she realized that she is not able to become a mother. She remembers how much her boss likes children, and also the importance of the heir for his family. 

He might accept her, but this decision is something which he is going to regret. 

"I think you might be happy if I die you might guilt freely marry your dear Shanaya," Reva said in a hoarse voice, she is not drink anything for a while. So Mahendra give her water. Even though the bullets are in their stomach, and the operation happens for that she can still drink water, it is just she is not able to eat anything for might a week. 

"You also know if I get happy or not after losing you" Mahendra said while sitting near her. 

Reva wanted to say more, but right now she is in so much pain that she don't even wanted to speak.. She once again close her eyes and decided to sleep.
