A Race to Melt Hearts

I hit the showers, a cold bath sounds good to me. As iced water baths improve stamina and resistance against the coldness of the weather. But it's not advisable to do everyday, unless you're immunity levels are high, or if you're living in the wild for a long time.

Water drips from my hair, down to my breasts, down to my body ending to my legs. I shiver with the thought of my brother and his sudden death that was declared to be an anonymous accident, the police end up with nothing. Heck they even declared that the case should be closed.

I recently dug up the forbidden details of my brother's death. I know why he did it, I know why he wanted me to be safe by giving up his own life and I know why the Han Group devastatingly sneaked an attack behind us.

The late wife of Mr. Han Louis, Madame Han Luanne was once addicted to our father. She even wanted to be betrothed to our father, but our father and our grandparents' approval of marriage was solely doted on our mother. The Sy Empire that holds business from the East tied their names successfully to the Ming Empire of the West. Han group was never against with the idea as they hold the South, but Mr. Han's wife felt envious that she even tried breaking the relationship of Sy and Ming.

Thus, when problems arise I was sent to the Sy household and my family were distorted by the Han Group. There was a temporary gap between Ming and Sy Empires as the Han schemed against us. But a peaceful bilateral agreement was made when my brother took over after our parents' deaths.

He agreed to be in a romantic relationship with the Han's eldest miss. According to my resources they've dated for long, dates trace back from their high school years. But in the end he betrayed my brother and so the agreement has ended.

I suffered in the hands of Sy Empire. And I'm planning to gain back what's rightfully mine, with the help of the Ming Empire. They should never throw a party of victory, if only they have known that the real fun is about to start.
